@Renna thank you I'm just glad she came when expected that's 2 30 day cycles I've had in a row so I'm going with I have a 30 day cycle. It was hubby that suggested the more relaxed approach I was a bit unsure at 1st of the thought of not using opks but the more I thought about it I realised he was perhaps right to give it a try plus I would need to order more opks so it's fate not to use them this cycle (well that's what I'm telling myself). I think exercising and getting fitter is a good thing to focus on I've been doing this since lockdown began and it has been good. Xx

@Northernsoul90 thanks hun xx yeah I read about tilted womb seems common and just a way to describe the position of the uterus . Does say could be a reason for utis which would make sense as I get a fair few xx oo please do post the meditation etc links 😁 thank you xxx

@Hayleylou89 yeah been weird emotions today. I felt so down and upset and fed up with AF arriving but then felt this relief after the scan xx dont think DH would be up for injections unless we were still trying after like a year or something . Hes probably right that we both need to kick start back out healthier lifestyles as he normally would workout a lot more but weve both got lazy with lockdown and we probs need to de stress a lot more and it may happen maybe . We had a lot of stress with step son issues last weekend too x x

@SmileyT yeah same it's hard to know what's helping me physically and mentally and what isnt xx I think the main thing is I just need to shift my focus back to me fully and getting fitter and healthier physically and mentally and back to feeling good about myself xxx

@micht4 thank you so much for your lovely words hun xxx so very true and thank you for the hugs ! Much needed . And very true I know some lovely ladies have agg with the opks and ovulation so I'll be grateful mine seems kinda regular ... although does make me keep thinking why isnt it happening then 😓 I threw everything at it last cycle . The cup tracking we followed SMEP to a T . So yeah I'm thinking its time for a new approach and just try chill and try reduce the stress . But thank you for taking time to message me your nice message xx

@VP91x thanks babe yup very true. Opks telling me I'm ovulating around the time I'm excepting give or take a day either side each time so maybe I'll leave the opks .. which will be hard tbh as I like to know what's happening and be in control but obvs not really working for me I guess xx

@Renna glad your scan went well today in terms of everything being healthy! I also apparently have a tilted womb it seems to be quite common. Sorry that AF arrived today It is so stressful and overwhelming ttc I find cycle tracking, opks etc very stressful in general. For anyone who is getting overwhelmed with everything I tried fertility meditations and binaural meditation on YouTube and also yoga for increased blood flow and fertility which I got from YouTube also. The month that I tried this I got pregnant (sadly ended in mc) it could have just been a placebo effect or may seem a bit weird to some but I can post find and post the links on here If anyone is interested x

@VP91x work is so silly busy at the moment but it honestly does make the days go quick, I normally work on London Wall just by Liverpool Street station but currently working in a local branch in Chingford, it's a 35 min walk when I can be bothered so not bad at all.

@MichT4 haha I love it, it's something to do when I'm waiting... no need to do Cheapies yet but it's all fun until ovulation is late🤪🤪

@SmileyT this is just because I still had a positive test at over 4 weeks post MVA so they just wanted to be sure it wasn’t a new pregnancy. Although I never expected it to be as I’ve been testing since 3 days post MVA and they’ve always been positive. I must have just had a lot of hcg and it’s taking forever to leave my system.

I just tried to give blood tonight but they wouldn’t let me as I’ve been pregnant in the last 6 months even though I know I’m not any more!

Haha @SmileyT sorry 🤣. I actually think the glow scan is better, no maybes, just peak or not. Who knew there were so many ways to photograph pee lines?

Good work with OH!! Mine just drinks all the Pom juice I buy. I can’t moan because he’d think I’d totally lost it if I told him it was for my uterus!

@VP91x I just had round 2 of Tesco supermarket sweep. Cannot be arsed with it. I’m sure I’ve shopped so badly and forgotten half of it but I couldn’t be doing with it. This one man kept pulling out in front of me with his trolley and quite frankly, I nearly battered him 😃

Also @MichT4 after you mentioned earlier about glow saying something about your opks I did some investigation and realised you can scan them, so I'm blaming you for the fact I'm now taking pictures on 3 apps of these bloody strips 😂

@HopeForRainbowbaby no, today was my first test! I only ordered the FRER yesterday, I was adamant I wouldn't test before AF date but me and my partner both thought I was pregnant yesterday 🙈

Well EWCM is a great sign @VP91x I've just got home and OH has this waiting 👇 (grapefruit and pomegranate juice and ridiculous numbers of supps 😂) dinner ready for when I want to eat and he is off to work in 20mins 🙌🏾 finally have him well trained. P.S those are definitely not peaks for you I think it's coming tomorrow, are you DTD every day until then? Or every other? x

@littletandme will they keep testing your bloods? So interesting that in some areas there is follow up and in mine I had surgery got released and never heard another word 🤷🏾‍♀️ would've been interesting to know how quickly mine reduced x

@Hayleylou89 yeah I did hear those tests could be hit or miss, but totally get why you'd connect the two things. Hopefully you won't get poorly this time and it will be all smooth sailing until the 40 week birth ❤️

@Renna ahh I'm sorry AF came and I totally understand the want to take the focus away from temping etc I've been thinking that if I don't catch before August we'll carry on trying but without all the added gadgets, I'm the same as you ovulate around the same time CD14/15 every month so not sure what info I'm trying to obtain x
