@Rosegold3112 @Newbie0818 thanks. I’ve just done another opk and it’s still high 🤷🏻‍♀️ Guess I’ll have to wait and see if I get a temp rise over the next 3 days.

@Rosegold3112 we've literally BDd everyday for a week now 😂 and before that every other day just in case. Knackered!
Ah that's good, yeah some people just can't naturally absorb it. Glad they're helping :)

@Suki2020 I'd say last night too. Just DTD everyday for a while :)

Rosegold3112 · 26/07/2020 16:06

@suki2020 it looks to me like your peak was yesterday, although with mine I get such different readings depending what time of day I do it, so I'd check again at 8 this evening and compare with yesterday's evening reading.
The dip in temp I don't think is necessary to confirm ovulation, only the 3 days of raised temps afterwards.

Suki2020 · 26/07/2020 15:34

Do you think I peaked last night durning the night or am I still leading up to it? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn’t have a drop in temp this morning but not sure if you do every time anyway. What do you ladies think?

@newbie0818 that's really good! Have fun with all the BDing and I hope something sticks!
I am very impressed with this doctors. We only moved to the area in December and I never finished registering and then covid happened. But they've been so helpful! I only had the blood taken Thurs and then the nurse called Fri morning to tell me about the b12. I can't help but thinking at my old surgery I would have probably had to chase them up for any results and would have likely been told they'd lost them 😂 I think my levels are so low the nurse wants me to go straight for the injections. I'm at a loss to what could have caused it though. I eat plenty of meat and dairy. When she asked about my diet I was convinced she was going to say diabetes 😩

Newbie0818 · 26/07/2020 10:38

@Rosegold3112 I literally only started it at the start of this cycle! It may well be a coincidence but from the reviews of it people have said it's worked wonders from just a week taking it. And I've only been taking the recommended dose on the tub, for pcos you're meant to double it but I don't think I'll need to at this rate. I'm chuffed.

My aunt has auto immune disorder and b12 deficiency, I had it briefly and then an iron deficiency. It can affect fertility so they may well recommend supplements, but if those don't work they'll give you an injection which is said to really give you a fertile boost. Fatigue was the big one for both of us. It's good they're helping you out so proactively :) hopefully you'll get some answers.

Rosegold3112 · 26/07/2020 10:01

@newbie0818 that's so good that you're ovulating earlier! How long were you taking the inositol for?

I feel like I've been so sporadic in looking at these forums and I took a break from charting while af was here and finding it hard to get back into it. Could be good to stop me obsessing. I got in touch with the Dr's last week about my cycles and they sent me for a blood test. Getting the hormone results back next week and I'm a little nervous to say the least. The nurse has already got in touch though to say the test has revealed a b12 deficiency. Has anyone on here ever experienced that? I've got injections over the next couple of weeks and then further tests down the line to check if my body has a problem absorbing it. Googling it and it seems it can cause irregular ovulation as well as a whole bunch of other stuff. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Haven't had many if the other symptoms except maybe fatigue and lethargy but it's hard to say cos lockdown gives me zero motivation

Newbie0818 · 26/07/2020 09:19

@Suki2020 I know! I'm happy as it means I should be around 35 days, though I've worked out that if af comes I'll be on a family break in Yorkshire 😫
I'm sure it will happen soon, fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Suki2020 · 26/07/2020 09:10

@Newbie0818 yay so glad you’ve ovulated earlier this cycle. Seems like the inositol has helped. My temp hasn’t dropped so hoping it will tomorrow morning, as my line on my opk last night was as dark as other line so hoping today it will be darker 🤞

Newbie0818 · 26/07/2020 08:56

@Suki2020 that's good!
My temp is definitely on the rise and I've got my usual symptoms of post ovulation progesterone rise so I guess I'm just waiting now 👍🏻

Suki2020 · 26/07/2020 08:47

@Newbie0818 did you have another temp rise this morning? I had a peak reading last night on opk so I’ll test again lunchtime today.

Newbie0818 · 25/07/2020 16:13

@Suki2020 that's good! Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Tink2019 · 25/07/2020 15:56

@Suki2020 I'm the same, only know thanks to BBT

Suki2020 · 25/07/2020 15:42

@Newbie0818 that’s sound promising. My opk line has is definitely darker today, opk is reading high so hopefully peak maybe tomorrow or Monday. Had EWCM again today so I’m keeping everything crossed it will happen over next couple of days.

@duckii I wouldn’t be able to tell if I’ve ovulated or not with out temping as I can sometimes get a few days of wet or EWCM without ovulating. I only know I’ve defiantly ovulated with a temp rise.

Newbie0818 · 25/07/2020 11:32

@duckii I only test more than once if I can see the line is darker than the previous day. So for example here are my opk's from a couple days ago, I think I must have just tested with the dark one after my peak and they started to get lighter.
@duckii keep testing with opk's as I didn't get a high one until having nearly a week of ewcm. It will hopefully happen for you soon :)

@Suki2020 any signs yet? My temp had a big rise this morning so I think yesterday was actually ov day.
Thank you I hope so. Do you test twice a day? Hopefully you've caught o day!

duckii · 25/07/2020 10:10
@duckii I had the same thing this week too. My Cm is now watery but still only faint line on opk, so think my body tried to ovulate but didn’t happen. I’m going to keep testing twice a day to see if it happens soon. Do you temp?
Yes i think that too with myself that I try to ovulate but it doesn't happen. No I dont temp, trying to avoid that - I didn't realise ttc was so technical Grin

*lots of ewcm. Not logs lol

duckii · 24/07/2020 23:18

So weird - I'm on cd14, logs of ewcm but this is my opk. I average at 42 cycles so way too early to ovulate. Can't even dtd tonight as OH is away but I'm confused, only recently been tracking cm.. is this normal?

Good luck @justlonelystars !

justlonelystars · 24/07/2020 10:26

@Tink2019 @Newbie0818 @Pol96 thanks ladies - don’t want to get ahead of myself but fingers crossed! I know it’s super unlikely On my first month of trying but I’m an optimistic person by nature (and a super planner, so yes I will do tests daily Grin)

Pol96 · 24/07/2020 10:23

@justlonelystars there's something on the contrast pic.. I just went back and looked at mine and that's how it started.. (same tests as well) so if I was you I'd take another in a few days (or test each day if you're a poas addict!) fingers crossed for you 🤞

Newbie0818 · 24/07/2020 10:18

@justlonelystars I can't see anything but it may just be the photo. It's quite early though so if you can see a faint line I'd test again in a few days x

@Suki2020 as expected I had another temp dip today after my high opk yesterday, so I actually think this might be it. Not unusual for my body to try and ovulate a few times before it actually does though. Had the WORST stabbing pains yesterday evening so I reckon that was it.
How are you doing? Any signs of ov yet?
