DTD with my partner on Saturday which makes it cycle day 13 for me. I ovulate around cycle day 15/16. So today or tomorrow. I can’t DTD today so I have to stick with my partners swimmers from Saturday. Wondering if I’m still in with a chance this month 😕I know it takes hours for egg to be released and sperm live for a few days but I’m still thinking I’m out. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

So I couldn't wait... I flippantly did the test and said to DH that it would be a waste of test and time esp as early and not FMU! Now look.. totally did not expect it, I had convinced myself that I was out this cycle because of having the infection!

Csari, thanks that's what I thought too!! Heres to the next month! 😊

Csari · 23/06/2020 11:45

Hi Rebecca, it does sound to me like it could have been a chemical pregnancy unfortunately. I hope you are ok and get a BFP really soon.

Rebecca1992 · 23/06/2020 11:23

Hi Ladies, this is my first time posting on a forum. I need some advice, I hope ye dont mind. Do I have 2 girls (7&3) both by C-Section. After plenty of consideration myself and my OH (other half) Jane decided to try for 1 more. My cycles are pretty regular usually 25-28 days, I'm an early tester (no patience) I only started keeping an eye on my cycles/ovulation for the past 3 months. AF was due tomorrow 22/06, Tues 17th I tested with 2x Suresign Early, both very faint positive (extremely excited) again the next morning I test with 2x Clearblue ultra early, nothing on them so I put them away, I checked them again an hour later and both had 2 lines (one fainter but a definite line) Thursday I used 2x tesco tests again faint but definitely 2 lines, I tested again that evening with a FRER came back negative, I started spotting thursday night (never happened on my other 2 pregnancies) I've bled (not my usual period heavy nor as long) from Friday night until this morning Sunday (stopped now) I started cramping Wednesday I thought nothing of it. I have had 3 negative since Thursday evening, cramping has been constant since Wednesday, although this morning it's more of a stitch like feeling in my right side rather than a cramp. My usual period is quite heavy and always lasts 5days. Is this a chemical pregnancy??

Csari · 23/06/2020 11:20

@Leobaby I would normally have tested by now but just not feeling it this month so might wait until AF is late if it happens. How about you?

Csari · 23/06/2020 11:14

Morning @SK2970 my rhr always drops right before AF, its usually the day before for me.
Hopefully it doesn't mean your not preg though, I know lots of other things can affect it like how well you slept or how hot it is.
Im ok thanks :) no symptoms for me this month except stomach cramps for the past few days, I actually feel like AF could arrive any minute so I'm expecting a short cycle this month.

SK2970 · 23/06/2020 10:31

Morning ladies! How are you all today?
All my symptoms have gone away Sad I have been monitoring my resting HR and it has dropped which apparently is the trend for not pg Sad
I have ordered some first response and early response tests which have literally just arrived so will read the instructions and might test later today or tomorrow morning and will be 10dpo according to Flo but think it's more 12-14 dpo.

Leobaby · 22/06/2020 14:58

Thank you @Csari I’m not going to get my hopes up though as I still have a feeling I’m not pregnant. Although I mentioned it to OH and he’s been so excited since so now I’ll feel bad if af comes! Thank you. Oh no really? Hopefully af doesn’t come for you. When are you going to test? 5 days isn’t too far away!

Ooh how exciting, that all sounds really positive @Leobaby fingers crossed for you ☺️. I hope you enjoy your walk too, it sounds lovely.
I'm ok thanks, 5 or so to go days before AF is due but I have a feeling she'll arrive early this month as I'm feeling like I'll come on any moment.

Leobaby · 22/06/2020 12:29

Hey @Csari I’m good thanks. Think I’m about 7dpo, my skin has took a turn for the worst. I have very sore big red bumps on my forehead, cheek & chin. Never ever have spots, especially before af is due. Been doing my normal skincare routine. Urgh! Sore breasts today as well, have had backache for a few days lol. Don’t get that until a few days before af. Other than that I’m okay, I’ve bought some tests just in case that will be arriving today but gonna hold off until the end of the week I think! On a better note, the weather is so nice!! Me and OH might go for a nice walk around some places we found in Derbyshire on Wednesday. So hopefully weather stays good. How are you?

Happy Birthday @RobinRose. Have a good day and eat plenty of chocolate & cake 🤪

Hey guys, how are you all today? Anyone cracked and tested yet or is it still too early? I reckon I'm about 10 dpo now sowould normally be testing but am holding off as don't want to be disappointed.
@RobinRose I hope you have a lovely Birthday

Leobaby · 21/06/2020 12:16

Oh bless you @RobinRose. Don’t be too down about it though, good luck for next month. If I don’t here from you, have a lovely birthday too! 💕

SK2970 · 21/06/2020 11:23

Aww sorry to hear that @RobinRose!! Wishing you all the luck for next month!! x

Csari · 21/06/2020 07:27

Sorry to hear that @RobinRose fingers crossed for next month though.

RobinRose · 21/06/2020 05:47

Morning guy, af arrived as predicted! Hope you all have a successful month x

Leobaby · 20/06/2020 12:38

@Csari yeah I can imagine you are fed up. I’m fed up already lol. I’m literally not gonna think about it anymore 😂

@SK2970 oh bless you! Well at least the sun is out and you’re going to have a good day!😊yeah it’s crazy. I’m not as bad as what I was, but then obviously the fear of it coming back is playing on my mind. I’m trying to keep busy, but just not motivated! But thank you, hope you have a lovely day! 😊x

Morning Smile
Im feeling good today! Sun is out, put new summer dress on and going to look at new houses! Grin I have still got bloating and cramps but not stopping me today!
I was unofficially working from home for about 6 months pre-Covid, I travelled around the country for 1/2 days most weeks and rest of time at home. Work was crazy busy when covid hit and hasn't eased up so thankfully the week days go fast!
@Leobaby I suffer with anxiety too, thankfully the keeping busy has really helped so feel for you if you haven't been working, think I would have lost it if I was you! Especially with TTC too!! Hope your able to look after yourself and take some you time to relax Smile

Csari · 20/06/2020 09:45

@RobinRose I don't know really, I guess I'm just not feeling it this month. Especially after feel so pregnant last month and then getting AF right on time anyway, im really trying not to read into anything anymore haha.

@SK2970 hope the weather is nice where you are today, we've look like we've got a bit of sun so I'm hoping it lasts.
Im still working too and have also been working from home since the week before lockdown lol.

@Leobaby it is so annoying that early pregnancy symptoms are so similar to PMS symptoms lol and it seems like forever until AF is due still. Hopefully it's a good sign but im going to try not to read into it this month as was quite fed up last month after AF arrived.

How are you all feeling today?

Leobaby · 19/06/2020 14:53

@RobinRose haha🤪Well isn’t that a good sign as well? So frustrating lol! Well you’re getting closer to knowing now! Won’t be long till you find out. And yep! Just gotta wait and see! Ooh it’s been storms over here, but I love it! The sunshine is meant to be coming back this weekend so hopefully it’s nice!

@Csari you never know, no symptoms could be a symptom lol, especially if you’re not getting your normal ones?!

@SK2970 exciting! I hate lockdown lol, as I already suffer with mental health it’s literally just made me worse tbh. I’m anxious there will be a second breakout, I think there will be too. I don’t think I’d cope to be honest. It’s been rough. I’m not working, so it’s been pretty boring.

Also update: done another opk the lines still dark, not positive though.🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m gonna keep doing them until I see the line is gone, If that happens. Also, done my temp as soon as I woke up was 36.72. Is that high or low?🤔 no more bloating for me. Mild backache, cramps coming and going. Can’t say how many dpo as I have no clue lmao 🤣how fun this has been lol

@Csari we had lots of rain yesterday and a bit of drizzle today, its been really nice otherwise! Hopefully it's a good sign for you! Why don't you feel very hopefull about this month? I am alright, still crampy!

@SK2970 lockdown hasn't been too bad, just miss going out for food really! I'm still working, i have been working from home since a week before lockdown! How about you?

SK2970 · 19/06/2020 08:19

Morning
Another day closer to testing! Wishing for a sunny weekend as fed up of the rain already!! The rain makes it so difficult to go visit our parents in their gardens so really hoping for a dry day to get both sets in! How are you all finding lockdown? Are you all still working? xx

Csari · 19/06/2020 07:50

Lucky you @RobinRose :D I'm a tiny bit jealous! It's been raining here all week with no signs of stopping lol I hope you enjoy your long weekend.

I'm OK thanks, normally after ovulation I have sore boobs and bit of nausea right through till a few days before AF but im feeling completely symptom free still which is nice in a way as I feel pretty good but I also don't feel like there's a chance of me being pregnant this month either.

How are you today?

RobinRose · 19/06/2020 07:25

Oh wow I'm a month older than him!🤣 not really but my cm is quite watery? This happend a few months ago so trying not to read j to it, still crampy today! Like you say there is always next month but you nevwr know! It could be your month! 🤞

How is everyone today? I have a 4 day weekend to enjoy the sunshine!!

Leobaby · 18/06/2020 20:54

@RobinRose ah well no it didn’t lol 😂 nearly 2 years, not that long to be honest. He’s 27 next month! Well, if you were to do a test it would be pretty accurate around now? Ooo are you peeing more often too?👀 and yes I am!😩 tbh I think it happened between 13-16th too. I’m just gonna go off that, I’ve read it can stay in your urine for up to 72 hours. It’s a pretty strong line tho, will have to test again tomorrow see if it gets lighter 🤦🏼‍♀️Might just take this month as a fail and try again on my birthday lol! Yes, usually every month my cm is the same. Sometimes I can be dry for up to a week until my af is due then it’ll increase loads. I just don’t normally have these symptoms.

@SK2970 ooo sounds good! A couple of the symptoms are most likely antibiotics. But you never know! When will you test?

OP posts:
SK2970 · 18/06/2020 20:39

I am 100% symptom spotting and it's driving me crazy!! I'm 5dpo now but think it's more like 7dpo.

  1. I have major nausea which in reality is probably the antibiotics. I was just putting left over dinner in a lunchbox and felt physically sick because of it!
  2. I have bloating like never before including lower than my belly - again antibiotics and the infection.
  3. I have all of a sudden no taste for coffee - not even caffeinated coffee but think it's the milk that actually makes me feel funny!
Sure there is more I'm forgetting! I can't wait to test already!!
