Anyone else DTD few days before ov?! 2WW

DTD with my partner on Saturday which makes it cycle day 13 for me. I ovulate around cycle day 15/16. So today or tomorrow. I can’t DTD today so I have to stick with my partners swimmers from Saturday. Wondering if I’m still in with a chance this month 😕I know it takes hours for egg to be released and sperm live for a few days but I’m still thinking I’m out. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

@Leobaby men are so difficult to read!! I wasn't sure my DH was so keen either but I think it was confusion because he thought it was so easy and didn't understand that there is a small window etc. I went through the Flo calendar with him at the beginning of the month and let him show me whether he wanted it or not.

Maybe you need to have a serious chat with him, you shouldn't go through this alone!! Smile

@SK2970 was definitely confusing lmao! I think the spotting at 9dpo and those pains just threw me off thinking “omg it’s implantation!” Haha I knew I’d come on though, it’s just my luck. And yes I’ve ordered some more cb digital test strips. And possibly, I’ve given dates to OH when I’m gonna need him if he really is serious about trying. Which I’m not sure he is.. so it’s a bit confusing for me. I’m exciting and want to try, but then a part of me isn’t because he’s so confusing about it all. Just puts me off. He was excited this month and then when I said af came, do you want to try he just didn’t seem interested. We weren’t actively trying but not preventing so. I don’t know, I’ve got the opks coming in case. And I roughly know my fertile days so we’ll just wait and see.. just difficult and confusing for me. I never know what he wants!
Lol I’d personally do another test just to see how dark the line is😂 if I was pregnant I wouldn’t believe it one bit. When you want something so bad and it happens it just doesn’t feel real lol! Glad you’re ok though 💕

Aww sorry to hear that AF has arrived @Leobaby after a confusing few weeks!! Fingers crossed for next month! Will you have more opportunity around fertile window this time? Have you got some more ov tests? I definitely ovulated way earlier than the Flo app predicted.

I'm doing well thanks Smile absolutely EXHAUSTED constantly!! I had cramps in both sides until a day or two ago and now nothing at all apart from the tiredness! Tempted to do another test as starting to think it isn't real!

@Csari hopefully. Tbh I’m a bit stressed as it is overall. Things are very confusing at the moment, so it’s not a huge deal if I don’t get my bfp anytime soon. Ah yes that’s the same with me, day before or the day af comes my boobs stop hurting. Keep us updated. Still fingers crossed for your bfp though! X

@Leobaby I am really sorry to hear that, fingers crossed that you will ger your BFP this cycle.
I'm doing ok thanks, still no AF but I still have cramps on and off and feel like AF may arrive soon. Its CD 29 now so I'm definitely late I but also had a huge amount of work stress this month so could just a likely be that as anything else. My boobs seem less sore and I'm not as sicky today so I'm thinking AF will arrive soon, if not then I'll test tomorrow.

Aw good @Csari. Ooo so exciting, I hope af doesn’t arrive for you I’m patiently waiting to see if you get your bfp! I’m like that too. I tested today with a cheapie and It was a bfn. Clear as day. I was scared to test. I had some spotting today, literally the tiniest spots ever. I’ve not had anything since, so I’m wondering if af is around the corner. Should be 14dpo. My breasts aren’t that sore anymore which is usually a sign af is about to arrive. X

Hey @Leobaby I'm good thanks! Cd28 and I reckon about 16/17dpo and no AF yet although I do feel like she could arrive any minute so haven't tested yet. I have sore boobs on and off and some nausea but nothing that would be unusual before AF. I think I might actually be a bit scared to test lol, just really dont want to see a BFN staring back at me. I suppose if I don't get AF by the end of tomorrow I might need to test double check.

How are you feeling?

@Csari oh that’s lovely! Glad you’ve enjoyed yourself. And really? You have a lot of will power to wait. But it’s like me, the months I think I could be pregnant my period likes to stay away for a bit longer then arrive. I really hope it’s a positive sign for you!!
As for me, I’m just waiting now.. af varies from 31-35 days. 1st July would be my 31 day mark. My breasts are getting more sore but this happens for me before af. I’ve noticed if I haven’t drank for a few hours then go to have a drink it’s really sour/bitter which is unusual for me, still emotional. But other than that, no other signs. I will feel very guilty if af arrives, my OH has been so excited. 😞

Hey @Leobaby how are you feeling now? Any more positive signs?

We've had a lovely few days taking the dog for long beach walks so I've managed to hold off fron testing and am now on CD 27, normally have a 25 day cycle but on a couple of occasions it's been 28 so I'll until CD 29 just to be safe as knowing my luck its just a longer cycle lol.

Well I’m hoping it was implantation bleeding! Knowing my luck af will arrive. Every time I think I might actually be pregnant I’m not lol. But I’ve still got my sore breasts. Dull very light crampy feeling around abdomen and my back. Maybe fatigue?but I’ve been busy so I can’t tell lol!

Hi @Leobaby I'm good thanks, Cd25 for me and 14dpo llso still just a waiting game lol although I'm pretty confident that this isn't my month as I feel like AF might start any moment. AF is due tomorrow but I normally get a bit of spotting the day before so I feel a bit nervous each time I go to the loo lol. This is the first month I haven't tested early and its ao weird not knowing for sure either way.

Glad you have been having a good time, the weather here has been lovely too. Ooh sounds super promising about the potential implantation bleeding! Are you getting any other symptoms? I will keep my fingers crossed for you 😊

Hey @Csari how are you doing? I’ve been busy these last couple of days enjoying the weather! Think I might have had implantation bleed a couple days ago at 9dpo. When I had bad backache and sharpe pains in my pelvis. Me and OH dtd that night and I had some two spots of blood after? And the lightest pink cm. So I’m not sure what that means. I should be 11dpo now. Due next wed-sat. Varies by 4 days. I wonder if it was implantation or just irritated cervix. Never happens though! How are you getting on?

Oh about the right time for implantation then @Leobaby thats exciting, hopefully a really good sign.

@SK2970 I am glad to hear you are doing well, my friend is 8 months preg at the mo and she said she hasn't quite got her head around it and it still doesn't feel 100% real even with a massive bump lol. Im so pleased for you, hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.

Well of course you never know until af arrives but then you know your body better than any of us lol! @Csari. At least you feel positive about next month which is good. Well, I’ve been out and about today, the heat is insane. But about 6 hours ago I had sharp sudden pains in my pelvis, which has followed by HORRIBLE backache. Im now currently in a hot bath to see if it’ll ease it. I’m 9dpo, not due for at least a week.

@csari my mind is mashed haha!! I was so convinced then in the last few days I had really written it off - I also have the tell-tale AF spots so might not be over yet! I'm waiting for it to sink in, I didn't sleep much last night - just kept thinking that it would fall out!! I have quite bad twinges and a bit of nausea but that could be the heat!

My fingers are crossed for you all 🤞🏻keep us updated!

@Leobaby I now have a tell-tale pre AF spot on my chin so just waiting for her to arrive really. Feeling really positive about next month at least and very glad I didn't waste money on a test. How are you doing now?

@Csari and I feel the same. I feel like I’m out this month so I’m going to wait and see if af comes. If late then I will test but knowing my luck af will appear straight after I’ve tested - happened plenty of times lol!
