Thou will not get stressed.

Thou will symptom spot casually and not obsessively.

Thou will not test before 12dpo.

Thank you all!

Oh no sorry to hear that :-( maybe next month! August is good month! X

whambam89 · 03/07/2020 08:12

@rotagilla how are you getting on?

BuckleUp · 03/07/2020 08:04

@krj2608 Aww I hope you get a peak OPK soon! I'm 10dpo today but am 99% sure AF is on her way Sunday. My BBT has started to drop which normally happens a couple of days before AF. Maybe next month 🤞🏻

Tigger1987 · 03/07/2020 07:29

Good morning! I ovulated later this month on CD15/16. FF used my BBT temperatures to say ovulation happened on CD15 so 3DPO. Not holding out too much hope this cycle as my cycles are normally only 25 days.
Trying to be more chilled with symptom spotting and testing this month but it was easier to say that before the 2WW.

Hope you get a positive OPK soon @krj2608 🙂

whambam89 · 03/07/2020 07:26

@krj608 I'm CD14 and have had 3 days of flashing smileys so far hoping I'll ovulate soon. I didn't get a positive opk until CD22 last month (which I actually thought was 7dpo so got excited, stupidly) maybe you'll just have a longer cycle than usual!

krj2608 · 03/07/2020 06:58

@kirinm oh my fingers are crossed for you! X

kirinm · 03/07/2020 06:56

Morning.

@krj2608 I've ovulated but I have a short cycle and ovulated on CD12. 6dpo today and nothing symptoms wise.

krj2608 · 03/07/2020 06:43

Morning everyone!

How's everyone doing?

I'm currently cd16 and still no signs of ovulation opks are still negative. Confused. Has everyone else ovulated now? X

BuckleUp · 02/07/2020 18:11

@ALew15 Haha ok then 😊. I imagine you'll kind of have an inkling if AF hasn't arrived by Thursday! Beat of luck x

ALew15 · 02/07/2020 17:55

@BuckleUp I don't think they will arrive til Monday anyway and I like to test with DH so may have to wait until a morning when he isn't rushing off to work early. By then it would be Thursday and I'll be going out of my mind😂😂

BuckleUp · 02/07/2020 17:23

@ALew15 Aww hold out as long as you can! If you wait until Sunday/Monday, we'll test together if you want? Don't give yourself the heartache of a negative before it's had chance to develop x

ALew15 · 02/07/2020 17:18

I've just caved and bought some FRER online. Usually test with B&M cheapies but they haven't been giving me the result I want the last 2 months 😂 I'll hold off testing until they come, maybe do it Sunday or Monday. Ahhhh I'm scared. AF will probably turn up like it usually does tho 😭🙄

SS123456 · 02/07/2020 16:57

@claireb707 thank you 😊

LeopardLover · 02/07/2020 13:43

@BuckleUp Good advice 😊

@kirinm So positive to hear you got back to running for a couple of months! I definitely want to remain active if I'm able to.

@whambam89 All very positive signs! Hopefully you ovulate in the next few days.

whambam89 · 02/07/2020 13:40

@babyyno2 just 2 more days then the awful 2ww to get through!

My cycles have been a bit all over since my ectopic in Feb but I've had flashing cycles for 2 days now (cd13 today) so hoping they're getting back on track... Also (tmi sorry) but so much ewcm today, which is hopefully a good sign!

kirinm · 02/07/2020 12:57

I didn't exercise in my first trimester but only because I was so sick all the time. I was back running by 20 weeks and ran until about 30w. By which point I just felt too heavy.

BuckleUp · 02/07/2020 12:42

@LeopardLover Sounds like a plan, just start off gentle and remember you might not be as fit as you were after two months off. Be kind to yourself if you're setting goals and ramp up slowly. Enjoy 😊

LeopardLover · 02/07/2020 12:37

@BuckleUp That's exactly it!! I was so mega fit then no proper exercise for 2 months has had an impact on my waist line haha! I might do a gentle workout tonight 😉

BuckleUp · 02/07/2020 12:32

@ALew15 Haha I love your description of AF! Definitely made me chuckle over lunch 😂

@LeopardLover I've carried on with my training plan because I figured it could take ages for a BFP and want to be in good shape as prep. I suppose it's best to stick with a level that's normal for you, and just not push too far out of your limits. I have a friend who was still mountain biking at 6 months pregnant (she's a pro rider). Her and her baby are happy and healthy. I agree that the endorphins are good though!

LeopardLover · 02/07/2020 12:27

@ALew15 It's exciting you're testing on the weekend too! YES, the video suggests wearing big socks 🤣 We turned our fan off last night and I forced myself to wear socks lol!

LeopardLover · 02/07/2020 12:25

@BuckleUp I'm really not sure about exercise! That video says gentle exercise. I pretty much stopped during last month's TWW but I know people who continue with HIIT etc still conceive!

I miss exercising so much, if we don't fall pregnant this month I'm picking it back up. I just make sure I get my 10k steps every day! I miss that rush of endorphins.

ALew15 · 02/07/2020 12:22

@BuckleUp I might test on Sunday too. I should be about 11/12DPO by then. At least it could be a warning to expect AF rather than the bitch just turn up!

@LeopardLover I read somewhere that keeping your feet warm is good for implantation 😂 my feet are always freezing! Must be why we're still going... 😂

BuckleUp · 02/07/2020 12:21

@LeopardLover I know, excited to find out either way. The TWW drags by!

That video sounds interesting and being warm and relaxed sounds lovely. Do you think you should be avoiding exercise? I've kept up my regime as normal but am now questioning if that was wise..

LeopardLover · 02/07/2020 12:09

@claireb707 My husband is the same re doctors. Can you call for him and just get him to give approval if he's there? I know all surgeries are different but I think ours would allow that.

@BuckleUp Not long for you now! So exciting.

I've been back on YouTube... 🤣 Watched an interesting video called 'How to support implantation in your two week wait' by Fertility Homeopath. The keeping warm and staying relaxed thing makes sense! Worth a watch if you're curious.

BuckleUp · 02/07/2020 12:07

@ALew15 My app is saying I should test on Wednesday after I've missed my period 🤦🏼‍♀️. Think I'd have figured that one out by myself! I think I'll test Sunday if AF hasn't arrived that day, which I think matches what you suggest. I know what you mean about putting it off, it must get harder each cycle..
