Testing Around 11th July

Hey girls, as @juno231 pointed out, we were almost at 1,000 messages on our last testing thread, so thought we should set up a new one for anyone that hasn't got their BFP this month. Of course a few of you may still get your positives :)

I'm just going to tag anyone that has posted on the thread in the last 24 hours or so, but please feel free to tag others that I've missed out...

Of course this thread is based on a cycle of around 30days, so take the title with a pinch of salt as I'm sure some of us will be testing earlier and some of us later. I seem to be on track for a 33+ day cycle at the mo! xx

Awh well done, not long to go now ☺️ I was getting twinges and a dull ache Monday-Tuesday, but today just feeling tired and a bit nauseous as well as super thirsty, could all just be PMS related though! X

@MintGreenLife AF due today, but longest cycle is 34 days.. So Sunday will put me over that so holding out!!

How many more days do you have to wait? I was going to wait until sunday, but I'm getting so frustrated with my endless LH surges that I think I'll give in and test tomorrow morn. How are you feeling? X

@Juno231 me too, other than cramps I don't feel any different now so part of me doesn't want to waste a perfectly good FRER to confirm what I already know 😂
If she is coming I wish she's hurry up about it!haha x

@ForeverHopeful67 ah that's funny! I'm expecting AF on Sunday or Monday but will still carry on with my daily routine of IC testing until then! Thing is though I'm fully expecting a BFN even if today was implantation as it take a few days before it would register on a test. I'm just doing it for my POAS obsession!

Fingers crossed the witch stays away for both of us.

@Juno231 haha we're so in sync I feel like I had tiny amount of light brown spotting when I wiped first thing this morning!
No sign of AF today yet though.
Do you think you'll test again tomorrow if AF hasn't appeared by then?
I'm pretty sure I'm out but had my FRERs delivered today so if by a miracle my temp doesn't drop even further tomorrow morning and AF hasn't appeared then I'll test tomorrow just to confirm I'm out! X

@acaciabluebell yep essentially test date is the first day AF is due - usually around 14DPO, and first day AF arrives is technically 1st day of new cycle x

@acaciabluebell hello and welcome! Testing date is the date you'll be caving in to finally pee on a stick to see if preggers! Ideally you should hold off until your period is late but most ladies cave in and start testing quite a few days before that. Feel free to join us regardless of whether it will coincide with your testing date though :)

@Juno231 not as far as I'm aware, but then I'm fresh off the pill and I heard being on the pill can mask PCOS, but also I guess being newly off the pill could also cause a strange cycle - could possibly had several surges if I didn't manage to ovulate I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm taking comfort in the fact that my LH levels were low and steady right up until CD20, as thinking if it was down to PCOS would think they would be up and down during the whole cycle maybe 🤔 Perhaps if this happens a few months in a row I'll check in with my GP x

@ForeverHopeful67 ah that's a shame about your temp drop! I've still got my fingers crossed for you that it's implantation. Mainly cause I'm trying to stay positive about my brown spotting today being implantation as well ha. In fact femometer has logged today as potential implantation day because of that symptom.... However RHR has readjusted itself though back to 63 so now I'm on my third static day and have no clue what's going on. If I had to guess I'd say it'll be CD1 tomorrow!

@33carr I'm sorry about AF showing her stupid face :( have a hot bath, your choc and baileys and lots of sweets to cheer you up! I should have an interview next week as well so will probably be reading up on that this weekend too.

@MintGreenLife you don't have PCOS do you? That's supposed to give erratic OPK results. Otherwise I'd just say most of us probably would get peak opks just before AF, we just don't know cause we don't test that late? I might try one this afternoon just to see!

@MintGreenLife I'm not a big drinker at home, if the weather is really nice I'll have some gin or cocktails in the garden otherwise I'm a hot choc & Baileys kinda of girl haha! Tbf as the weather is crap and hasn't stopped raining I might have one of those tonight haha!

It's a constant battle of being desperate to test and then regretting it when we don't get the results we want! Don't know if I'll ever learn!

@notyetamumbuttrying That is one good delivery day! Where did you get it all from? I think I'm gonna order some primrose too! And any top tips from the book throw them our way ;p

You're defo not pathetic @33Carr! As @MintGreenLife says we're all in this together and can support each other! This was my delivery today to spur me on for cycle 10 😫. Needed something to make me feel positive that I'll get this 🤱🏾one day...

@33Carr monster pick 'n mix sounds like a dream and very well deserved! Hope you can have a nice chillout day tomorrow and be kind to yourself. Interview prep will probably be good too to take your mind off things.

I think I might try and do the same in future, it's part of the reason why I'm not testing now until Sunday when AF will be late, to avoid multiple disappointments in the run up. Wish I didn't at 10DPO now tbh.

We're all in this together ☺️ Will you have a glass of wine or something this evening? X

I'm feeling very sorry for myself which makes me feel pathetic 🤦🏽‍♀️ My interview has been scheduled for Monday and I'm working Sunday so going to get stuck in with my interview prep; but a monster bag of pick and mix and be the boss lady I aspire to be!

Next cycle I'm not going to test untill AF is two days late, the last couple of days I've been fooling myself that I've been testing too soon and giving myself false hope so going to try avoid that next time!

Glad I've got you ladies, I am sorry you're still here though xx
