Afternoon ladies! Here we are, once again, biting our nails down to the quick during the TWW! 😂

We’re TTC after losing our first baby at 24 weeks in January 💔 but trying to stay positive, even though we’re now on cycle 5. Lots of frustrations around this as everybody else appears to be popping them out easily!!

I am trying to distract myself through dieting and healthy eating, theory being that if I’m focused on not eating crap, and googling my next workout, I’m not wasting tests and symptom spotting... 😂

Really really hoping to have a successful month this month and test early on 21st, because how lovely would it be to tell my wonderful husband I’m pregnant on Father’s Day? Well aware AF isn’t due until 24th, but a girl can dream, right?

Anyway, feel free to share your crazy with me here, or give me hope with some success stories! Also, I am very much a fan of “line eyes” threads, so hit me up with your squinters!! 🧐

@emiliet123 🤣 I like the ceramic phone to God thing. And I haven't tried brushing as I'm always at work and it'd be weird lol.
it's not the end till AF shows up. Don't be too hard on yourself. It might be wrong timing today cos of Father's Day but doesn't change the fact that it's possible. Hang in there ❤️

@MyGossip awww I can imagine what hubby is feeling- What a wonderful Father's Day it'd be for him.
Well I'm just feeling exhausted now. I'm gonna test this morning and see the line progress. Will keep you posted in a bit

Just told hubby and he is over the moon!! Demanding I take another test now 😂😂 bless. I've just taken a digital and it says I'm 2-3 weeks which would be about right.

@mansah2 honestly try not to hang up on symptoms. I had nothing really and totally thought I was out!! I know it's hard ❤️

@mansah2 I’m going to test in the morning, I would LOVE to be able to tell Ash on Fathers’ Day but equally I know it might have been an evap line or something, it was only one of the cheapo ones. Might give a clear blue early a go tomorrow - just splash out on the off chance!

I never got the metallic taste so I’m sorry I can’t help you with that! Does chewing gum or brushing your teeth help at all? Ohhh when I was between 7 and 12 weeks I could barely brush my teeth as the minty toothpaste set me off being sick! If you do get to that point, I found that kids strawberry toothpaste prevented the gagging 😂 I never felt as “fresh” but at least my teeth were clean and I hadn’t wasted 20 mins of my morning on the ceramic phone to god (as my dad calls it, ha!)

@emiliet123 you're doing amazing working out and all...news of your squinted got me extremely excited for you. When next are you testing or you'll wait a bit. Sorry about your migraine. Hopefully it's worth it 

@MyGossip I know right! This thread has some really lovely people and I feel very comfortable talking to y'all here. Hahaha y'all to us all you want. Just keep the secret and surprise the hubby tomorrow. I'm sure he'd be so excited.

No symptoms for me yet except slightly tender boobs and terrible metallic taste in my mouth. How do I reduce this? I love the idea of being pregnant. Praying so hard for this and for the rest of us.

Ohhhh @MyGossip no it’s not bad - it’s so hard to keep it to yourself! Just spill it all out on here and we’re keep doing happy dances with you!

I think I had a squinter just now 🙈 but I mean, proper squinty and I don’t knowww! I didn’t even take a pic coz it was SO faint.

I haven't told hubby yet as I'm waiting until tomorrow and feel so on edge!! Is that bad? 🙈🙈

I did a 10km run this morning with some friends. The last time I ran 10km was when I was six weeks pregnant and sick as a dog, so today was TOUGH! And now I’m KO’d in bed with a migraine - which is either a PG or AF symptom usually so I HAVE NO IDEA. 😂😂

@emiliet123 I did not sleep well last night thinking about today. My mind was in overdrive thinking how amazing it would be etc. etc. Waiting for hubby to get up and make breakfast so I can test though. Officially two dates late according to Premom and due AF tomorrow on Flo. I'll keep you posted though ❤️ I've got no symptoms of either AF or being pregnant so I'm not sure what to think tbh.
Yeh 10DPO is still early so you've got time on your hands. Maybe wait a few more days and then test again?

10dpo and another BFN. I know it’s still early but arghhhhh I really wanted to be able to tell hubs I’m pregnant on Father’s Day 😂 looking more and more unlikely that I will be! Once gone dead spotty - usually a sign of AF, but also was super spotty in my first pregnancy so it doesn’t actually mean anything, just that I’m a greasy mess 😂😂😂

@emiliet123 @mansah2 thank you. I'm excited not nervous too. I'm exhausted today (went back to work yesterday) so that taken my mind off testing.
With AF I usually get a sore head the day before and feel sluggish but I've just been exhausted today. Will know tomorrow. I'll keep you all posted ❤️ xx

@emiliet123 haha id be the same if I had lots of tests with me! I won’t buy a test unless I’m late. Because I’ve tested before after I’ve been a couple days late. Had a BFN, then af arrived the next day. Talk about playing with me!😂 but hopefully you get your faint positive soon lol!

I know I always wonder that too. On another thread the other day something was deleted too. Strange

So nervous.. AF due today-Sunday. Still no symptoms or AF symptoms either other than needing to pee constantly but I am drinking loads. Decided I am going to test tomorrow morning now too if AF doesn't turn up!

Haha @Leobaby @mansah2 I’ve been testing since 7dpo but not had a positive yet - although last time I was pregnant it was super faint even after I missed my period so I’m not too bothered haha I am just being a keen bean. And I’m not due on until 24th either 😂 I think it was lack of sleep tbh - but wow this week has flown by, I feel like I’ve got nothing done 🙈
