Hello and welcome!

I kinda wanted to make my own thread as I've been itching to POAS at only 7dpo 😒 I know I know... ridiculous right?

So need you lovely ladies to join in and keep each other distracted, share your experience, have a giggle/cry together and most importantly have each others support during BFNs and BFPs.

Please feel free to jot down your cycle/dpo info and when your AF is due so we can all keep a track of where we are!

This is also a thread where you are free to post any thoughts, poems, pictures, recipes, dreams and aspirations, the good the bad and the ugly 😝

As always stay safe and baby dust to you all!

I too am on cycle #6 trying for first, it's frustrating isn't it 😩 it's hard not to symptom spot but it feels like a breath of fresh air when you try and keep yourself busy

I have similar symptoms as you, I'm quite in tune with my body so I was left confused with having the odd sniffles and sneezes. I guess that could be due to the temperature rise?

Let me know how you get on!

Today I have really bad acid reflux, feel a bit dizzy/faint, keep sniffling/sneezing, and have some cramps. I’m trying not to read into it but I’m just praying...

@Darcy86 - I personally have it in my head that it will never be my turn so why waste money on tests. I also know if I had them in I would just become obsessed with using them all

I’m super happy, it’s so crazily early so trying not to get too excited but it’s hard not to isn’t it! No new ones i just couldn’t ignore the headache I’ve had for two days and waves of sickness. Twinges in my stomach too. I was tracking my ovulation and ovulated 7 days later than expected which completely threw me off during the month! Xxx

Hi everyone, 11dpo here and starting to feel AF twinges so prepping myself for her to arrive early, the cow.

If still nothing by wednesday I will test but not holding out much hope. @LittleTooMuch I'm exactly the same as you with having tests in the house. I dont have them as I dont want to tempt myself or "tempt fate," which is completely irrational I know 🤣

@runnerttc I temp! Not particularly knowledgeable about it though 😂 I use femometer and natural cycles apps.

You all sound so strong saying you're going to hold out testing! I literally want to start testing 1DPO some cycles 🤣
Does anyone else temp? This is my first cycle temping so have no comparisons, not sure what I should be looking for other than it staying high?

@springdeam - ahh ok my maths is awful today with you saying you are CD23 and not due for another 8 days I worked out that your cycle was longer. I try my hardest not to get my hopes up but its so easy to symptom spot and then be hisheartened when AF arrives

Currently 8dpo and I've been having this shooting dull ache in my uterus around 5am... it kept me awake for a while 😩 then it sort of turned into elastic band pulling twinges... is that normal??

Still no sore bbs, do feel quite thirsty and realising I have been feeling thirsty for a few days even with a water bottle by my side.

Has anyone also noticed a metallic smell in their urine? I can't un-smell it as I am usually an early morning pee-r it's kind of worrying me 😭😩

Thank you so much. My cycle is 28 days like clockwork so I figured I would just wait for AF and if she doesn't arrive then I would test rather than get my hopes up too soon like last month

@Mich2020 I know the feeling 😞 I was so sure I had a BFP but turned out to be an evap. My heart felt like it sank to my stomach. One thing that kept me going is the opportunity to get another cycle and think of ways to optimise my chances and obviously you guys!

I think I would have lost the plot if it wasn't for MN

@SpringDream - don't feel nervous everyone is in the same position although I will be honest I dread seeing lots of people getting there BFP and me getting a BFN but I know everyone will be here to support us no matter what. I am the same with the tests, Im not buying any until I am completely sure I need to. Do you have a longer cycle?

I use the Flo app to track my cycle and I'm trying to not buy any tests as last month I kept testing and I found that quite stressful.

@NJ2910 - i think I'm just lucky that I live really close to Asda so if needs be i can just call in there once im in a position that im really sure i need to buy a test

Morning all 😊 I'm either 4 or 5 DPO today and not much to report apart from on my normal walk before walk this morning, I got a lot of lower back pain which I don't usually have.

@runnerttc temp rise sounds positive! My temp dipped today but by 0.06 of a degree haha so not sure that means much tbh!

@littletoomuch I'm sort of like this - normally I had loads of IC ready and boxes of FRER but this time i have two FRER left from last cycle and going to try and hold out with those because every other time I have thought I was pregnant and tested early and of course got BFN.

@mich2020 I am so with you on this! I'm only on my third cycle and I am already sick of squinting at sticks, holding up to the light, tweaking it on my phone. So really going to try and hold out this time xx
