TTC after MC - June 2020 (Part 2)

@Eli2020 oh I didn't read the spotting bit sorry! No spotting this time! I did two days before my BFP with my miscarriage so I was kinda expecting I would but not this time x

@Eli2020 thank you! I think I did have implantation pains actually, as I was going to work Thursday evening I had ovulation like pains that made me catch my breath. It only lasted as long as getting in the lift and going up two floors maybe!
I guess it could be anything but that gave me a sneaky feeling I might've been lucky this month. I do obsess over reading the conception threads on here though so I wouldn't be surprised if I convinced myself of it hahaha x

I didn't do anything differently, in fact the only thing I did was DTD CD10, CD11 and CD13 - according to app I was ovulating CD12.

I did have ewcm around CD10-Cd15

No OPK test or anything but this was the first month I actually timed DTD with my fertile window for once

Thanks @Rainbowhope11i think il take your advice and just carry on to be sure I’ve given it my best shot . I had a big lump of egg white Cm when wiping on day 9 so was pretty convinced that I was gearing up for ovulation then but nothing else at all really until yesterday ( day 15 ) when I noticed a big increase in amount of creamy cm followed by cramping and sharp familiar ovulation pins which lasted from 1am -4 am this morning . Such a minefield all this but I’m picking up lots of helpful tips from this wonderful thread which will hopefully help me along the way . I’m trying hard not to get my hopes up for this month as it’s the first attempt so Off to do some research on opk’s and bbts now to help pass the time . @Girlmum83 sorry, I just saw that you said you are going to try OPKs next cycle. I would carry on dtd for a few days just to make sure that you're covered, if you're not tracking with anything else. Have you noticed any changes to CM?

Hello can I join, please? I have started TTC this month after a miscarriage at almost 12 weeks in March and one at 6 weeks last October. I have two DD. Was scared to download this app, and start again.

My miscarriage was incomplete and I was really very ill passing the baby and the placenta two weeks apart and having a massive bleed resulting in me having to go to hospital in an ambulance.

Hoping for smoother Sailing if I'm lucky enough to get pregnant again x

Hi @Girlmum83 😊 last week, I thought I was in my tww, and I was watching tv around midnight and suddenly felt those familiar ovulation pains! I was confused because I thought I had already ovulated, so I did a cheapie opk (lines were very strong) and a clear blue opk (flashing smiley). I carried on doing the cb opk and got a peak a few days later and confirmed ovulation with bbt. So for me, I got the twinges before and ovulated a couple days after that. I've read that the twinges could be brought about as follicles stretch before they rupture and release and egg. But apparently it can be different for everyone and you may get it before, after or during ovulation.

Are you using any OPKs or tracking bbt to track ovulation? That may help to put your mind at ease Xx

Hi ladies I’m hoping one of you lovely Wise people will be able to help with a question . So I’m pretty sure I felt ovulation pain in my right side at 1am this morning ( I’ve always been aware of it and it was pretty strong ) so that would be on a day 16 of my cycle . As we were still awake I thought let’s just go for it now as it won’t do any harm and ensured We dtd before going to sleep but my question is would it already Have been too late by that point ? And is there any point continuing to dtd regularly now? . Does the pain generally happen before or after ovulation occurs do we know ? We previously dtd every day from day 5- 11then missed out day 12 dtd again days 13 & 14 and missed out day 15 as I was too exhausted and really not in the mood to keep going 🙈 . You’d think I would be clued up having had children before but this is the first time that I’ve actively tried and really paid attention to my cycles . I always just went with the let’s see what happens before . I’m planning to try out some ovulation sticks from next cycle to try and cut out some of the guess work but Appreciate any thoughts on this current cycle thanks x
