Anyone starting their TWW now?

Hi Ladies,

Just wondering if anyone is starting their TWW now? I got my peak on OPK yesterday around 2pm, another peak this morning but not as dark as yesterday! Think I have ovulated today (had some weird pains and cramps!) so now it’s a waiting game!

AF should be due on 19th/20th June but this is my first proper cycle since a MC back in April so not 100% sure if I’m going back to 28 days.

Anyway some TWW buddies would be lovely to keep ourselves sane Grin

@bluebubbles12 ps I have only tracked using my cycle and put my dates into an app I've been watching CM too. Just haven't been taking temp x

What's opks please? I'm cycle day 23 today and lots of Google info is misleading. I think I'll retest weekend then Monday if no AF. So many symptoms tho. I have no patience x

@Jaym78 hey, I can see! I'm not sure what the colours mean though I'm afraid. I'm using the app - are you on the website?

I'm no expert as I've only been tracking ovulation for a couple of months using OPKs, but I ovulate on CD19 in a 29 day cycle, so quite late really. So today makes me CD30 (or what should have been CD1) and I've only just seen my positive. I know blood tests are more sensitive though, but I don't know how much more sensitive.

Do you track ovulation using OPKs or any other method? Do you know what day you ovulate on? Then they say implantation occurs 6-12 days after ovulation, with most people implanting either day 8 or 9.

@bluebubbles12 sorry to tag you. I've made a post on here and got no reply and I've added 2 comments to this thread but yheu have come up pink. Others are green and white so I don't kmow if I'm doing it right hence the tag to see if anyone can see it. Please coukd u reply if you see this. I wanted to ask for help please ladies. @yoomoo I'm 11DPO and AF was due today. I've taken ICs for a couple of days, nothing yesterday morning but I tested yesterday evening and there was the faintest hint of a line! Tested with an IC this morning too and it was similar. I wanted answers so I used the same sample with an FRER and got a proper line! It's better in real life than on the photo. I've got some CB digitals too so I'll use those over the next few days and look forward to the words confirming it!

I didn't have any implantation bleeding either so I've no experience of that. Not had any symptoms apart from being a bit hungrier than normal!

Mind if i join? How are you getting on? I'm in 2ww too. Due AF 22/06... I don't kmow what to think my boobs are killing and I'm nauseous smells are making me queasy. Yesyerday and day before I had cramps. I had blood taken yester day but hcg was negative.. But reading up things say implantation is about day 25 I'm day 22/23. Have u any of these symptoms? How r u feeling? Do u think I've tested too soon as hcg won't show until implantation is complete? Xxx

@yoomoo that sounds very promising for you! I didn't have implantation bleeding with my miscarriage either but had brown spotting a few days ago so I'm definitely on edge. Took a cheapie strip test this morning and got BFN. Not holding out much hope this month but hey ho, we will see!

Excellent @BMWL it’s so nice to see the words isn’t it! I will deffo order some digitals to see those words. Glad they are going to see you for an early scan, when I get my BFP (hopefully this week!) also going to call EPU to see if they’ll scan me for reassurance they were so lovely hope they’ll say yes! Totally with you on the nervousness with previous MC, keep us updated after your scan Smile will keep everything crossed for you.

@KaptenKrusty I personally haven’t had implantation bleeding myself, had a MC in March and didn’t have any then so must be one of the ladies who doesn’t get it. From what I’ve read though that sounds like a positive! I’d give it 3 days after the bleeding to take a test, HCG should be detectable by then Smile

Same here @Stabal I am desperate to test but want to wait to avoid disappointment. Nearly tested this morning but quickly went for a wee so I wouldn’t be tempted Grin

I’m now 10 or 11DPO (bit sketchy as not sure if I ovulated on the first day of my peak or the day of the weaker peak!) still have sore boobs and my temperature shot up again this morning so hoping that’s a good sign. Had a look back at last month and my AF arrived on a Friday (also due this Friday) my temperature dropped on the Wednesday but as it’s gone up again I’m really hoping that’s a good sign. Tempted to test tomorrow but will try and hold off for Friday!

All these BFPs make me so happy! Congratulations everyone! Currently waiting anxiously to test. One minute I'm convinced it's pregnancy the next I'm convinced it's just AF building for a nasty cycle from a MMC. The waiting is awful!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to jump in and join you all!

I'm now about 8 days past Ovulation - wondered if anyone has any experience with implantation bleeding??

Since yesterday i've had pink spotting - again this morning - not heavy at all, and only usually appears for a short time then it's gone!

I never have spotting so this was strange! My period is not due for another week!

Gawd - the suspense waiting for this two weeks all the time kills me!

I did a digital this morning with SMU and I got my bfp.
Contacted the doctor and they'll get me in for an early scan probably end of next week, when I'm about 5 weeks just to make sure it's in the right place. A lot of anxiety surrounding it since the last pregnancy resulted in me losing a tube.

10DPO today with AF due Friday, I usually have spotting the day before full flow so will see if that happens on Thursday. Think I’m going to try and hold off testing for now as it just stresses me out. If nothing happens Thursday then I’ll test first thing Friday Smile
Having a few shooting pains but only for a few seconds, boobs feel heavy but only nipples sore. Keep prodding them to make sure Grin still feeling very nauseous and I think CM is making an appearance which is weird so close to AF!

My only symptoms at the moment are being really lethargic and sore boobs.
I woke on Saturday morning and had a sharp pain and an episode of diarrhoea so I'm thinking that was probably implantation.. so far no spotting.
Feels quite nervous as my last pregnancy was ectopic, so just have the one tube left. Let's hope this one is in the right place XX

Eeek @BMWL I can see a line on both of them! Definitely test again tomorrow or if you can wait Wednesday then you should have a much stronger line.
I’m currently 9DPO and resisting the urge to test Grin got a double pack of FRER as want to see good line progression.
Think I’ll do my first one Wednesday morning which is 11DPO!
Symptom wise I’ve got backache, bad nausea, cramping yesterday but that’s gone today and earlier I had a headache! Oh and OMG my nipples are so sore and my boobs feel really heavy but all of those things could be AF!
Hate this part of the TWW!
How is everyone else getting on?

@BMWL I think I can see a really faint line! More so on the bottom test, but that might just be the photo. Tentative congratulations! Will you test again tomorrow? Any symptoms?

Top test is this morning, and bottom is thus afternoon.

@yoomoo you just described me. I have stabbing pains, back ache, headaches but at only 5dpo i can only put it all down to coming off the pill. I haven't been off it in so long I have no idea what symptoms are just my body lol. I think I will test fathers day with a frer I will be 12dpo (I think) 3 days before af is due.... Hmmm might be too early?

Hi all, how are you all doing? Sorry I disappeared earlier in the week super busy at work!
Thank god it’s Friday, AF is due in exactly 1 week for me!
Obviously in full symptom spotting swing, I’m 7DPO according to my apps but 5DPO based on OPKs and EWCM. I’ve had a whole range of stuff this week: stabbing pains low down in my tummy, upset stomach, incredibly sore and heavy boobs plus a terrible backache. I do remember all of this from last time I was pregnant but trying not to get my hopes up too much. Oh and beyond exhausted to the point I had a little nap at 3pm today, I just couldn’t do anymore sitting at my desk so plonked myself on the sofa, also slept most of this evening on the sofa in front of TV. Oops! I had about 8 hours sleep last night so I can’t be THAT tired. Anyway in bed now and awake but still knackered, looking forward to a good sleep tonight!
Think I will test on Monday where I’ll be either 10DPO or 8DPO but know it’s likely to be negative. I did have a big dip in my temperature yesterday which could be implantation but not sure yet will need to monitor my temps more!

Who else is planning to test soon? Any other symptom spotters?

Evening ladies, am I glad it's Friday!

I know it's way too early as I'm only 4dpo but I am so tired today, had to have a nap after work and that never happens! This time next week I'll be thinking about testing I think 😊
