Anyone TTC after stopping the pill?

@Flowerkm - Ooo a picnic sounds lovely ☺️ It will be nice to take your mind off of it! We have just finished watching colony on Netflix which is good :) need to find something new to watch! @Intrigued2020 Ah i know, drags so much doesn't it?? Im trying to find things to watch on Netflix to take my mind of it but then I find myself just on my phone on MumsNet lol going out this afternoon for a picnic with friends so that will be a nice distraction and they don't know Im TTC so at least I won't be talking about it :)

Aw thank you, ill keep you posted. I felt really emotional today and short tempered so i think Im out as i usually get this a few days before AF 😂

@Intrigued2020 Oh bless you, honestly Im confused as well! They do say positive OPK can be a sign of pregnancy so maybe thats what it was, really hoping this sticks for you, try and relax and re test in a week or in a couple of days and see if theres progression. Maybe you ovulated super early?

@Flowerkm - also my temperature shot up today from 36.34 to 36.80!

@Flowerkm - thank you! I honestly have no idea! I had a period on the 1st of September and it was totally normal so I was expecting my next period at the end of the month. I thought it was strange when I had the 5 positive OPKs in a row! That has been for the last week! Haha I’ve actually made myself more confused now that I have done this test! I guess I can only wait to see what happens! Not much else I can do 😞 xx

@Intrigued2020 Oh wow, I want to say a tentative congratulations :) totally understand you're probably confused, thats a tricky one. Keep positive and hopefully the bleeding stops 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Do you have a rough idea when you conceived? Is there any chance it could be implantation bleeding? Xx

@Flowerkm - so I did a pregnancy test this morning! I don’t want to get too excited though because I’m still bleeding so I don’t think it’s going to last but I guess I will just have to wait and see! Surely bleeding is not a good sign 😞😞 I think I will re-do a test in a week or 2 to see how it’s going xx

@Intrigued2020 😂 yeah the only time you want a negative as a positive will be very confusing! Hopefully you'll get your BFP in a few weeks.

@Flowerkm - yeah I know! I kind of hope that it’s negative in a way because if it’s positive I will still be confused 🙈🙈 hopefully I will get a temp rise and then I can wait to see what happens! Good luck with your testing! I will cross my fingers for you 😁😁

@Intrigued2020 Hmm, not many symptoms, have the usual PMS symptoms for me, feel a bit sicky but i tend to get that this part of my cycle and bloated so nothing major. Will try to hold out testing until Tuesday but might take one Sunday at 10DPO and see if theres anything.

Good idea, Clear Blue should be able to tell you, keep me posted ☺️ some tests are so misleading :(

@Flowerkm - ooo 8dpo! That’s good! When do you think you will test? Have you had any symptoms? Yeah it is so strange, I’m so confused :( I’m going to take a clear blue test tomorrow because I think that one is meant to be clearer and I will go from there! I’m still tracking on natural cycles but it hasn’t confirmed ovulation yet, also my temperature is not even high so I have no idea how I could be pregnant, I think maybe the test was wrong?? I’m going to test again tomorrow to see 👌 xx

@Intrigued2020 Hey ☺️ Im good thank you, how are you? So Im CD24 today and 8DPO so just waiting for me at the moment. Might test on Sunday but want to hold out until Tuesday 🙈

Ooh thats a bit odd? I don't think it could be a positive if you're CD18 but there is definitely a line there..can you take a test in the morning and see if its still there? Might be a evap line but it does look pretty strong.
How has the ovulation tracking been going? Xx

Hi @Flowerkm how are you and where are you now in your cycle? I’m on cycle day 18 now and I’m still spotting! That’s been 5 days now! I took a pregnancy test today just because I thought I might as well rule that out (thinking it was going to be negative) and it looks like this! What are your thoughts? Could it be wrong? I’m still bleeding and it’s red so I really don’t know what going on! Surely I can’t be pregnant this early on? :/

@Intrigued2020 Aw ok, it might just be where your body is still adjusting or just getting used to taking temps and testing, Ive read on here you can have AF without ovulation but Im really not sure. Now you've had AF hopefully you'll show signs this month :)
Thats a good idea, try them when you know where you are and then you'll hopefully catch ovulation and only use 2 tests a cycle ☺️

@Flowerkm - Yeah it is so confusing isn’t it! I’m using natural cycles and I am using the cheap OPKs but my temperature didn’t confirm ovulation last month and I never got a dark OPK so I’m not really sure when or if I ovulated but I must have done if I had AF no? I’m hoping this month I will get a positive OPK and the app will confirm ovulation with a temperature change :/ I was thinking about using the CB but like you said they are so expensive! I might start using them when I’m more confident with my ovulation dates :)

@Intrigued2020 It really is trial and error, even with the ovulation tests Im still confused but its a good starting point. Are you tracking ovulation with anything? I only use the Femometer strips and then the CB monitor for when Im close to ovulation as they are good just a bit more pricey.

@Flowerkm - I’m glad you are doing well! That’s good that your cycles are a good length and that you know when your ovulation dates are! I will cross my fingers for you :) I think it’s good that you have waited before trying as now you must be more confident with your cycle! I was disappointed last month but I think it will take a few months for me know exactly when I ovulate and therefore will be trial and error for a while 🙈 Thanks for recommending that other thread, I will try and find it now :) xx

@Intrigued2020 Hey, aww thanks for asking ☺️ Im doing good thank you, on CD15 and third cycle off the pill. I got a static smiley today so assume ovulation is happening soon. Cycles have been 24 days and then 27 days and ovulating around CD13/14 and now 15.
This is our first month of not trying not preventing if that makes sense? DTD quite a bit last few days so we shall see but don't want make it a TTC chore.

Thats a really good cycle and it didn't leave you waiting long, its always a worry isn't it, not knowing which way it will go. Best of luck 😀

@Flowerkm - just wondering how you are getting on? I started my AF on the 1st of September so I’m now in cycle 2 of TTC. My first cycle off the pill was 33 days so I’m going to see how long this cycle will be :) I’m glad that my period arrived as I was worried it would take a while to get back into a rhythm! Hopefully this is my month :D
