Hey,
So I’ve been looking into starting on ubiquinol if I don’t get a bfp this cycle.

I’m nearly 38 ttc number 4 and have read lots about it improving egg quality which at my age I need.

I’ve found some that have been recommended on lots of sites, I just keep find different info on what dosage to take?

Some say 300mg a day, some say up to 600mg a day.

Is it better to start with a lower dose?

Also do you take it continuously throughout your cycle, daily like you take folic acid? Or should you stop once ovulation is confirmed and then restart on cd1 again?

Are there any side effects? I’m sure I read somewhere that it can sometimes lengthen your cycle which is the only thing that’s put me off before as I currently take soy isoflavones to bring my ovulation forward as my cycles were long.

Any help much appreciated!!!

When I was going through fertility treatment my clinic had me take 600mg once a day every day for 2 mths prior.
