Hey ladies!

Anyone with me ttc next month? I had my DS back in Feb 19 and we've now decided to try for baby #2.

I've been out and bought ovulation sticks, pregnancy tests and folic acid. I haven't been on Mumsnet in a long while and I've just checked the conception topic and I'm all excited again, it was such a great support platform for me the first time around!

@Newbie9 bloody progesterone causing AF and BFP symptoms to be the same!!
I hope AF stays away for you!

Newbie9 · 12/06/2020 10:00

@Bluepolkadots42 I'm a bit similar my stomach has been a bit off for a few days, think it's progesterone. Feel like I'm going to come on today ☹️ x

Bluepolkadots42 · 12/06/2020 09:07

Thanks @Newbie9 I am doubting myself now as feel totally fine so far today have had no nausea or cramping. I looked back on my pregnancy app from last time I got pregnant and the symptoms I logged during the 2ww included breast tenderness every day from 6dpo and I haven't had any of that. So think that possibly the nausea I've been having is stress/anxiety related. 😣 TMI I've got a bit of a dodgy tummy today so think I'm out as I often get that before AF because of hormone levels. My app is saying AF due Tues but it feels like forever to wait.

Thank you

Newbie9 · 11/06/2020 21:45

@Lozz22 so sorry to hear that, I have my fingers firmly crossed for you
@Bluepolkadots42 fingers crossed you are pregnant but hope you don't get the sickness again

I'm probably going to try and wait til Sunday/Monday to test which will be 12/13 dpo how about you?

Bluepolkadots42 · 11/06/2020 21:26

@kate123cl the sickness is just horrendous isn't it? But silver lining is the lack of weight gain. 1.5 stone is amazing! I think I lose a stone all in all including my 7lb daughter. I am aiming to hold out till 12dpo but so tempted to test at 10. Which is silly as I should just have will power to wait until Monday!

kate123cl · 11/06/2020 19:20

@Bluepolkadots42 I also ended up being a stone and a half lighter when I was pregnant than before!

aw @Lozz22 I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I'm really hoping that this is your month!

@Bluepolkadots42 Ooo fingers crossed for you! I also had horrendous sickness with my DS. Well, morning, afternoon and night sickness I liked to call itGrin I'll probably test from 2-3 days before AF being due!

Bluepolkadots42 · 11/06/2020 18:54

@Newbie9 that looks promising- fingers crossed!
@Lozz22 I hope this is your month too.

I am 8/9 dpo and have had some random bouts of horrible nausea... not sure if it's a bug , caused by work stress or whether it could be a sign of BFP. I had horrendous pregnancy sickness with my first- endless vomiting every day from 4.30pm (started like clockwork!) from week 5 til week 28. Only upside was it meant I put on v little weight in pregnancy. How many DPO are people waiting before they test?

Lozz22 · 11/06/2020 16:21

After a miscarriage last October I'm really really really hoping this month is the one!! My periods seem to be now returning back to normal again and I couldn't think of a better birthday present and wrapping up a positive Pregnancy test for my OH in Jul

Newbie9 · 11/06/2020 16:15

@kate123cl I've just reported it & asked them to remove it x

kate123cl · 11/06/2020 16:06

@Newbie9 Ooo I'm really not too sure! I can report it and ask them to take it down at your request possibly? I'm not sure!x

@kate123cl it's just sting but pink isn't it. How do I delete it now?!

kate123cl · 11/06/2020 15:49

Ah yes I see! @Newbie9 it could well be, it's usually pink-ish hue rather than red isn't it!🤞🏼x

Hiya so I'm currently 5 days into my period so can't wait to get trying again , I've never used ovulation strips so going to try those during the next cycle, I always just assumed I ovulated but started doubting myself so hopefully all will be in order and I don't have to add that to the list of potential reasons as to why we didn't get pregnant straight away 😂 fingers crossed for you all, it's a tiring and expensive process

Newbie9 · 11/06/2020 15:23

I've had mild cramps again today on & off and just been to the toilet & wiped & it's a tiny bit pink
I've took a pic but it's prob tmi for you all! X

Newbie9 · 11/06/2020 15:14

kate123cl · 11/06/2020 14:20
