So sweet of you to check in 💕 I'm doing okay physically, struggling a bit mentally. I'm a bit numb to it still but have moments where it just overwhelms me and I've had a couple of crying/shouting "it's not fair" episodes the past couple of days. Hubby's been fab, plenty of cuddles and love. I started bleeding again yesterday and it's continued today so I'm really hoping this is the start and that I won't need any intervention.
Do any of you girls know when CD1 would be for me? Is it the first day of bleeding or when it all passes?

I’ve been chasing my referral, finally got somewhere today. My GP has pushed it and has asked her secretary to call me in a week to update me on the progress, but they say the wait time shouldn’t be too much, as that particular dept isn’t mega busy at the moment. I’ve lost a stone in weight, and am eating much better now, guess laying the groundwork is never a bad idea.

@mrswilso honestly I was so heartbroken after 5 days of planning and expecting so can’t imagine what you’re feeling now. Hope you’re having a nice takeout and wine tonight and just let it out as much as you can.

Yes I know I’m my heart that we will all get there and it’s all part of our journeys. I was super keen to get back on it too but I must admit, i was a bit sick of everyone telling me I will be more fertile after. Think that’s just made the pressure worse now for this month and kinda wish id let my body heal a bit more last month so take all the time you need. The stats are for 3 months after so you’ve got time when do you feel ready 💕

I went to bed with the intention of going into work today to keep busy but burst into tears when I woke up...think it's just hitting me properly today 😔 I'm gonna have a day in bed and let it all out...

@mrswilso it’s such an awful pain, take comfort from your OH and honestly just have a good cry whenever you need it. I’ve found my bleed and AF after a bit physically painful so make sure you have a good hot water bottle, a comfy blanket, painkillers in and lots of chocolate and wine. Also, we’re all here any time of day, make sure you reach out if you ever need - this thread is awesome for swearing/anger and tears. You can say anything you need to ❤️

Yes lovely anything you need to get through this tough time. Give yourself time to grieve but don’t wallow in it - that was the advice I was given and it was really helpful so hope it is for you but at this moment in time, there’s no wrong or right way to feel. You just do what you need to do 💕

Scan didn't go well today girls 💔 sacs not grown as quickly as it should...and it's still empty.
I've chosen to wait it out naturally for now and they've booked me back in for two weeks time (it's just procedure when you chose to wait) - if nothings changed I'll reconsider the medical options. Is it too early for a wine? 😭

I did have my booking today finally! What an anticlimax...booked in for bloods on Monday though so I'm happy with that.

@Ughmaybenot oh that’s so annoying! I know my referrals gone as got letter from hospital but I don’t know how long it’ll be but the only letter I got, I had to resend back to have no contact details 😩

@LS2020 I can’t even remember but something twigged with her and she messaged me haha!
Ugh, they hadn’t even sent the referral!! I spoke to the nicest woman at the hospital and she advised it’ll be about a month before I get the initial phone call from the point of referral but that I wasn’t on their system so I called my doctors and they were like ‘oh yea, that’s going in today’ 🤦🏼‍♀️

@LS2020 it’s a big area 😂 anyway, when it comes down to it, I think I’ll want to be going to Exeter, it’s a far better hospital/maternity unit.
That’s such a strange thought! It’s so weird when you stumble across someone you know on here too, I replied to someone I then found out was my old teacher once haha!
To be fair, I know they can be slack with acknowledgements but it pisses me off, let me bloody know where we’re at!!

@Ughmaybenot haha don’t think any internet creepers will track you down with only that info 😂 it can’t be too bad as I was on a fertility hospital thread and we were all from West Yorkshire using the Leeds one and I would have no clue if I saw them! Tbf I’m tempted to do similar as I’m not even sure if they got my letter with the details they asked for, had no acknowledgment!

@LS2020 hope you get back to your regular cycles ASAP. Oh my god, do not, after a point it just feels like you forget what a period even is! Going to call nddh on Wednesday I think and see if I can get an idea on how long it’ll be before I get my appointment, not necessarily a date but an idea of how long.

@Ughmaybenot snap! CD1 for me today, cycle was 5 days longer after the CP so hoping I regulate a bit more this month. I’m so glad you’ve got a new cycle but 101 days, you’re a trooper!

@Sarah239 sorry to hear AF has arrived for you too. We’ve been trying since July 2019 and it’s a hard journey. We got pregnant last month but had a CP at 5 weeks so now fees back to square one! I hope your consultation goes well, im still waiting to hear 🤞🏻

@Ughmaybenot Thank you, just went out and bought a cheap test at co-op as wanted to know either way and not spend the rest of the day feeling anxious. BFN and spotting on walk to the shop so pretty sure AF is on its way. Feel calmer now that I know. Thanks for the reply and I'm sorry to hear you are struggling too

I’m sorry to hear you’re so stressed @Sarah239. It doesn’t seem to matter how many times you tell yourself not to get your hopes up does it? I’m the same tbh. Bodies can be hard bloody work!

Hi everyone, I'm driving myself crazy this cycle. Period is either 1 or 3 days late depending on which app I look at and I just feel so nervous, don't even want to go to the toilet because I'm so scared of seeing red. Had some light brown discharge this morning. Scared to take a pregnancy test, I don't even have any in the house as I find BFNs so disappointing. Cross with myself for getting my hopes up again.

We have been TTC since June 2019, had some infertility testing done and have first consultation next week. I just so want this but I'm 99% certain AF is about to start and I feel crushed already.
