Got another decent line tonight too though so I'll DTD again just incase it's still to come!
I'm a bit earlier this cycle at CD14 peak (usually CD16/17 clockwork) and I've never had a peak carry on into the next evening either 🤔

AF arrived this morning with a vengeance. I could be pregnant again by the end of the month... 🤞
This will be my first FET, I had a fresh transfer of a 5-day embryo back in mid October but miscarried (blighted ovum) in late Nov. I was surprisingly pragmatic about it, maybe because I’ve still got 7 embryos to try with, I don’t know.

@LS2020 will your DH get another test to see if anything’s improved before you try again?

@mrswilso yes I was so resigned to never seeing that second line that I’m at a point that I’m really grateful for that experience and know how long I waited to have that moment. It might be worth paying for a SA - we just assumed OH was fine as young and ideal weight etc so was a surprise when we got morphology score but we started him on vits this month so hoping that improves his end 🤞🏻
Hope it all goes well for you! My RHR tanked today at 10dpo so I’m over this week now 😂

Can’t believe it. A week after enquiring about a private consultation, we’ve reached the top of their list! They said six weeks for some clinics so this is amazing. So happy to have the ball rolling, so to speak.

I’m waiting again for AF as this will be the start of the cycle where I get my FET. Due today or tomorrow, fingers crossed.

Hope everyone is surviving the rollercoaster, and taking a bit of time to step off for a break when you need it

@LS2020 that's is EXACTLY how we've looked at it right from the start and to be honest it really helped us too. To be honest, DH was more excited about the fact that we managed to catch than that we actually were pregnant 🤣 - I think he had been starting to get a bit concerned about his sperm (age and had a wild wild youth!)
CD11 today on the first natural cycle after 🌈🤞🏻

@mrswilso we did the same, jumped right back on the horse so say 😂 I found it hard to get in the mood originally but I’m so glad we did start quick because it helped me move on. I get that, at the time I dealt with it quite well and remember doctor being shocked by my attitude of like yes I can get pregnant as that’s how I saw it but there’s definitely still triggers which will just make me burst into tears but that gets better too. You do need to grieve though so let yourself have that too ❤️

Ah I hope so for you - good luck this cycle. I think my O was about 5 days late in my first cycle so might want to keep an eye on with opks or similar for first couple 😊

The wish came true last night - finally BFN and a good strong LH positive so I can breathe a sigh of relief now I think. We're definitely TTC again straight away (so you can bet the deed was done even though I'm only CD9 🤣) but it is still a bit raw...I think at the time it was easier for me to look at it all very clinically and I didn't really allow myself to process the loss so I'm trying to be a lot gentler with myself and let it out. I feel good though, soooo hopeful for a little rainbow soon 🌈

Took some time off mn to try get out of my head a bit abs give myself a break. Not much news from me - due my day 3 bloods next week and have my fertility scan booked in for mid March. Not doing Hycosys at the minute so don’t know how that’s going to delay us but then they’ll call us back and talk options when that’s done.

@Ughmaybenot sorry you’re having to go the private route it sucks so much but we got referral in September, initial appointment in November and now it’s March and beyond for scans so you’re probably doing the best thing. We’re only not because I working up to promotion this summer so I want to focus on that first.

@mrswilso been thinking of you a lot! I did a grieving headspace last month and it was really helpful and had a cry for you too. For the first and only time, wishing you a BFN so you can start looking forward ❤️

@Lbiddis sorry you’ve had to join us and what a heartbreaking time. It’s awful to feel such a low at that point. I had my early mc on the last day of my holiday which I got engaged on so it was like a massive comedown and imagine must have been the same feeling over Xmas, having to pretend to be excited but feeling your own pain.

@CaribouCarafe what a beautiful kitten! Going to have to not show the OH that or that’s what I’ll be getting for my birthday next month 😂 I feel you on the trying - I would say my weight is the only factor I have and I’m only a size 14 so not huge. Been doing all the right things and nothing. It proper peed me off was the only month I have conceived was when i was proper relaxed - we were on a spa weekend - and it’s annoyed me that all that useless just relax and it’ll happen advice is probably right 😩

Thanks lovely. Feeling a bit brighter today but I just think it’s starting to take its toll now. What I’ve learned is that I’m not good with uncertainty and not feeling like I can improve a situation 🤦🏼‍♀️

It's really infuriating that you've had to take the private route but to be honest, I'd be the same if I could find any way to make it work. It would help me feel like I'd taken back some sort of control over the situation.

We’ve bitten the bullet and started the private route. Can’t do all this waiting around and uncertainty anymore. 4-6 week waiting list, apparently they’ve had a huge increase in demand since the start of the pandemic so lots of couples in the same boat as us I guess.
Really low today. AF arrived which is good news I guess after a 60+ day cycle but I just feel so flat and teary.

I'm on CD 2...I think! (Ha! I just do not trust my body at all anymore haha!) and feeling positive. I'm dying to do another FRER when this bleed stops though as I never ever got a negative test after the MC - I still tested the faintest positive on Thursday last week before I came on yesterday 😂 I just wanna see a blank test now! That's been a total headf**k in itself - wishing and waiting for AF and BFNs is not what I was hoping for a whole three months later 😂 what a saga this has been!

Aghhhhh. Just been on to the booking office, def not getting an appointment for a while now as they’ve stopped booking fertility clinic appointments because, and you couldn’t make this up, the consultant has gone on maternity leave. Excuse me while I scream 🤦🏼‍♀️

Yea it’s tough @Lbiddis just praying I get that initial appointment soon. Unfortunately tho I think I’ve probably been hanging too much on it, I think it’s quite likely that I’ll then have to wait for scans etc, which will obviously be a lot longer again.

Aw I know what you mean. Just before Christmas, DH and I have decided to just go back to basics. No OPKs, no checking CM, no symptom spotting, nothing like that. It was just stressing us out too much and for no real reason given that my cycles are so messed up.
I do think tho, that you shouldn’t feel you have to internalise anything... to be fair, that’s where this thread has been a godsend for me. As much as I wish no one was in this boat, it’s nice to know you aren’t alone.

Sorry to hear about your AF arriving, pretty sure mine is too although seems unable to make it’s mind up. Two tests clearly show no luck this month so just want it to arrive already so I can move on, guessing it’s a bit of a reaction to the mc but the delay is making me dwell on what I’ve lost 😞

Eugh sounds like you’re doing absolutely everything you possibly can, just sucks so much, hope kitten brings you joy so it’s not at the forefront of your mind every day. Been trying since Sept and already bored by how obsessive I’m becoming the longer we’re trying.

P.S. there was one particular message that I screen shot as it was as if I wrote it. All about the illusion of spontaneity my other half has. Been hiding a lot of the other OV details from him since Oct because it seemed to affect him somehow and had a couple of dud months where he struggled to ahem ‘complete’. I work so hard now to keep him free from the worries/thinking but sort of means I keep it myself instead
