I'm 31 TTC #1 after a MC in March this year, AF has just finished and I'm on CD6 and all ready to go for my 2nd full cycle.

This month I will be tracking with opks, CB connected, BBT and following SMEP plan.

@elliew818 I love opks but I absolutely love data (I did pick maths for my degree so probably days a lot about me) I find it more stressful not knowing but I think everyone is different. And I definitely DTD before my bleed had fully finished following MC but DP insisted on withdrawal as he was worried about infection for me 🙈

@1990EM I normally have 28 day cycles but 1st cycle post MC I ovulated CD18 and had a 31 day cycle so be patient with your body.

@Renna hey hun 👋 ooh let us know how you get on with the cup? You going to try it before fertile week? My calc flour arrived today, how many tablets do you take a day in LP? Bottle seems to suggest taking 24 but that seems crazy 😳

@Saim86 i had surgery for my MMC but the bleed after was a bit strange, wasn't particularly heavy and painful though definitely worth following up with EPU if it's worrying you x

@2020wish glad that you are being looked after by your GP, although it's not the outcome you wanted at least they are acknowledging your concerns and trying to help xx

@Ejb86 yeah, let's do Friday. I feel like I'm being a bad influence 😂. Yeah FMU and FRER xx

Ejb86 · 26/05/2020 18:27

@VP91x I hope so! Shall we both do Friday then? Will you be using a frer and fmu?

VP91x · 26/05/2020 18:04

@Ejb86 ahh 😭 not a chance I would last until then. I'm hoping my temp rises again tomorrow 🙏🤞

Ejb86 · 26/05/2020 17:51

@VP91x I was going to try and hold out until sunday!

Saim86 · 26/05/2020 17:50

@2020wish sending you lots of hugs....hopefully you will get the answers you need xx

VP91x · 26/05/2020 17:47

@Ejb86 ahh so glad to have a cycle buddy! Yeah Friday thinking of testing. Need to lock them up until then. How about you x

Ejb86 · 26/05/2020 17:45

@VP91x we're all synced up. I'm 7dpo too. You thinking of testing Friday?

1990EM · 26/05/2020 17:24

@2020wish glad you have got the ball rolling with your GP .. praying that you get answers or better yet an uncomplicated pregnancy this cycle 💗💗

VP91x · 26/05/2020 17:12

@2020wish sending you so much love xx

My DPO recalculated so I'm 7DPO today. So I'll wait until Friday to be 10DPO and see from there. Xx

Renna · 26/05/2020 17:08

Hope you get some answers hun @2020wish xx

HE88 · 26/05/2020 16:42

@2020wish I'm glad they are going to tests for you and hopefully get to the bottom of what's going on xx

2020wish · 26/05/2020 16:38

Yea basically. Extremely faint positives but fainter than what they were when I found out at 10dpo and digitals still negative.

When are you testing? X

VP91x · 26/05/2020 15:59

@2020wish are all your tests negative now? I'm really sorry that you're having to deal with all of this xxx

2020wish · 26/05/2020 15:56

Feel like I’m getting somewhere. Finally got through to my doctors. They are going to check my bloods and see if they can find a reason for the 3 losses in row and refer me to Recurrant miscarriage clinic. I’m hoping that if something is wrong they will pick it up in the GP tests and it can easily by sorted. I hope I start bleeding properly soon so I can get over this loss and back on track

Saim86 · 26/05/2020 14:51

@Nannon145 are you due to test yet ?? ....fingers crossed for your rainbow 🌈

Saim86 · 26/05/2020 14:49

@VP91x oh no it’s your worst nightmare to have that happen especially when you feel you are ready to try again I’ve only had pain that one day and not having any pain since waiting on gp to call back have tried EPU but they are busy on voicemail

HE88 · 26/05/2020 14:33

@SmileyT I'm feeling better today the pain isn't really there anymore thankfully.
I'm on cycle day 7 today will start opks in a few days. Xx

@Dipsy77 what calc fluor tablets are you using if you don't mind me asking. Xx

VP91x · 26/05/2020 14:20

@Saim86 god, I'm sorry they treated you that way.
I would request a scan - if you're getting clots and alot of pain you never know if anything was retained and that can cause an infection. I don't want to worry you as it could obviously be the start of a very heavy period, but still.

After my miscarriage I had retained tissue and I was in so much pain after a week of my procedure and passing clots etc. Dont let them send you away! Xx

Saim86 · 26/05/2020 14:15

@VP91x I’m not sure they did take everything away to check and just sent us on our way with baby no aftercare advice apart from next period will be heavy and painful they weren’t really helpful we did deliver baby ourself as they were all on lunch but we made sure to get placenta in a paper bowl

@Bellabubble I have had some tinges of blood on the 18th may gp put it down to uti so did I tbh it’s just clots and discharge have called my gp for advice will update soon

Bellabubble · 26/05/2020 13:59

@saim86 my first period post mc wasn’t very heavy or long - about 2 days and I am normally a 5day girl x

VP91x · 26/05/2020 13:56

Hey @Saim86 I think it is worth contacting your EPU again. Did they confirm that everything had passed? Sorry if you've mentioned it before. It might be that causing the pain? X

Saim86 · 26/05/2020 12:48

Hi ladies I’m a bit confused hoping someone can help....I had bleeding for about a week after my miscarriage then light spotting for a few days I had been experiencing pain while weeing and tinges of blood phoned gp he said uti and gave antibiotics I had really bad pain coming and going in my ovaries a few days ago and started spotting put this down to first period after mc it got heavier yesterday and then stopped I’m just worried as hospital said it will be heavy and very painful...we have dtd a couple times

Dipsy77 · 26/05/2020 11:07

@Renna that's my next buy if the normal menstrual cup doesn't work you'll have to let me know how it is x

Renna · 26/05/2020 10:28

@SmileyT I'm on CD5 :) will start OPKS on Thursday normally get my peak CD12 /CD13
Hi to all new ladies who have joined xx sorry for your losses x I'm in my third cycle since MMC in March .
@elliew818 deffo recommend opks I never seem to have much problem with them and it finds my peak etc so dont find them stressful . The few weeks straight after I had surgery for MMC though it didnt find my peak so either didnt ovulate or it didnt pick up on it , I did find that stressful tbf but before I MC and the last 2 cycles had no problems and find it reassuring knowing were DTD at the right times knowing weve done all we can 🤷‍♀️ although the opks cant deffo confirm you have ovulated they just confirm you have had a surge for the LH hormone that makes ovualtion happen , only way to confirm you've deffo ovulated is by temping. I did that for one cycle to make sure and it confirmed I had the dip in temperature at ovualtion so I didnt bother temping last month and now this month I'm.doing it again to assure myself I am ovulating xx

@smileyT my parcel attached just arrived whilst typing this message ... :) x
