SmileyT · 21/05/2020 19:55

I'm 31 TTC #1 after a MC in March this year, AF has just finished and I'm on CD6 and all ready to go for my 2nd full cycle.

This month I will be tracking with opks, CB connected, BBT and following SMEP plan.

@Hayleylou89 thanks hun!! Hope so. I'm sure all your tests will go well😘

@Jazper thank you so much! Xx

@SmileyT ahh no😩😩 are you using ICs too? You've been fine with the CB though so I'm sure it is coming!! Yeah feeling okay! Just anxious haha.

Lmac2018 · 28/05/2020 17:08

Hello ladies! So after 8 months of being off the implant my boyfriend has finally decided it's time for us to start trying. Haven't got a positive opk for thus cycle yet but I know it's coming as I usually ovulate a week or so after my period... I'm so excited !

2020wish · 28/05/2020 17:03

Question. Is it insensitive for pregnant friends continually to send private messages/pictures directly to you mentioning their pregnancy and their symptoms knowing you are in the middle of a miscarriage and had one 2 months ago also and one before that. Even after you have messaged them privately before this asking could they give you a few days to deal with this grief first ... or am I asking too much?

Jazper · 28/05/2020 16:57

@VP91x
Also waiting anxiously for your result tomorrow!
Rooting for you!!

@MrsLLister
Your cycles will come good. I believe it can take 3 months for them to regulate after stopping bc, and you were taking them for a good while. Try to be patient and just dtd as much as poss if your cycles are irregular.

Jazper · 28/05/2020 16:54

@WellHurrahAndHuzzah
I've just recently got back in to running after relaxing with it since the mc. And by relaxing, I mean, stopped. I had awful morning sickness and was extremely tired which caused me to stop initially, and then after the mc I had no drive for weeks. I ended up having almost two months off but I feel so much better for getting back at it.
I cycle and walk too and have occasionally toyed with the idea of yoga but never have.
Renovating the garden will keep you busy, and the weather is perfect for it.
I know what you mean about the threads moving fast!

Hayleylou89 · 28/05/2020 16:46

@SmileyT when will u be testing? Xx

Hayleylou89 · 28/05/2020 16:45

@VP91x yeah the gassyness is real!! Ha it sounds good to me for u bfp with all those signs 🙏 💖💙🌈

@SmileyT I called the hospital and they said they will call me back with a scan date but it might be monday before i hear anything, soo will keep u updates when i hear, got a blood test tomorrow just to make sure im not lacking anything important and that my hcg levels are increasing nicely 🙏🌈💙💖xx

SmileyT · 28/05/2020 16:38

@VP91x blank ⭕️ for me this morning 🙄 how are you feeling?

@Niisa yeah they do say that opks don't pick up the lh surge for some people so no point driving yourself mad... I've got a peak on cheap lh tests and no flashing smilys so
Seems a bit pointless doing the CB as it gives me no extra information but I'll wait until I'm out of sticks 🤷🏾‍♀️

@Hayleylou89 I'm impressed with the no sex decision don't think I've ever tried going longer than 6 weeks in my adult life but so worth it for your 🌈 when is your first scan?

VP91x · 28/05/2020 16:35

@Hayleylou89 only things so far I would say would be my boobs feel heavy and I'm more gassy (Sorry 😣). Everything just feels soft inside I think!? Like softer than usual and my CM has been not loads but jelly-ish like and with a yellowish tinge. Xx

Hayleylou89 · 28/05/2020 16:09

@Niisa aww thank you lovely it means alot! This cycle was significant one for me to fall pg on as my due date was menat to be next week :( and it was my first wedding anniversary yest and here i am starting allll over again 🌈💙💖 ... ill feel like iv been pregnant for years by the time im done! Forever gratefull to be in this position though and just wish you all the best in getting ur bfp very soon! Xx

@VP91x Im an early bird so ill be up waiting to see how u get on ... have u had many symtoms ..my squishy walls were def a sign as they have stayed the same since ovulation haha and being so so so hungry waking up too!

@elliew818 I know it was his idea but im like lets see how long this lasts he will be pestering me soon enough i know it x

VP91x · 28/05/2020 15:42

@Saim86 sorry should have said!! I got them from Amazon - they have 50 Ovulation tests for £9.99 or something. If you get the pack with 50 + 20 of their PG tests then its £14.99.

It's depending on your length of cycle but I started on CD8 because I wasn't sure what my cycle was going to be xx

@Ejb86 if I pop it into NHS website it says 06 Feb 21 but just basing that on having had a 31 day cycle last month. Obsessed with prime too 😂 xx

Ejb86 · 28/05/2020 15:35

@VP91x yeah. I love a prime delivery!

Saim86 · 28/05/2020 15:35

@vp91 where did you purchase them from and do you start testing from the last day of your period ?? I’ve never used them before

Ejb86 · 28/05/2020 15:35

@VP91x I hope we've both been lucky. Have you researched what your EDD would be? With my cycles being so irregular it is hard to work mine out.

VP91x · 28/05/2020 15:26

@Ejb86 did you get them off Amazon too? Fingers crossed for you too!!

Ejb86 · 28/05/2020 15:17

@VP91x forgot again! I get so engrossed in writing my reply.

Ejb86 · 28/05/2020 15:16

I now have 4 frers, so I'm not so bothered about wasting them! I've just taken everything upstairs, took a cheapie and a frer to have a go tomorrow morning at 9dpo!

VP91x · 28/05/2020 15:05

Thank you @Saim86❤️ I used the femometer ones this month purely because I was using the app but they seem to work great and are quite popular. I'd recommend them! Xx

@Ejb86 my hopes are SO high 😩 I've been weighing up whether to use a FRER or CB early detection. All have pros and cons. But, will almost certainly use the FRER!

elliew818 · 28/05/2020 15:01

Good luck tomorrow for those testing!
Sorry to hear about your loss @HopeForRainbowbaby and thanks for the information.
@Hayleylou89 I don’t blame you for not wanting to DTD, my DH was so weird about it when I was pregnant but his hormones got the better of him after the 12 week scan when I was pregnant with our DS and we didn’t have any issues.

Ejb86 · 28/05/2020 14:27

Thank you @HopeForRainbowbaby and @saim86

@VP91x I'm not sure either. I really dont want to get my hopes up, but know that actually, they already are!

HopeForRainbowbaby · 28/05/2020 13:34

@VP91x @Ejb86

Good luck tomorrow ! Fingers crossed Daffodil

Saim86 · 28/05/2020 13:12

@vp91 @Ejb86 Good luck for your testing tomorrow sending you lots of baby dust xx

Have been reading all the stories into opk which are the best brands ?? It does it not matter at all

VP91x · 28/05/2020 12:46

@Ejb86 eek! I'm not sure how I feel about this 😂 so nervous!!

Ejb86 · 28/05/2020 12:25

@VP91x one more sleep!

VP91x · 28/05/2020 12:22

@Hayleylou89 thank you!!❤️🤞 I how something comes up xxx
