Setting up this new thread for all the lovely ladies who have been on the ttc after miscarriage journey. And also all the ladies who have had their bfps but still want to stay in touch:)

@ejb that's great!! Whenever i test on cd15 i always hope to just straight away get that peak 😄 must have been so satisfying

@Annny27 oh Annny, I'm so sorry. Do you have any treats lined up to get you through? This TTC stuff is a shitter! I'm part way through cycle 7, please don't feel that you're alone in this.

You'll never believe this. I did my first OPK of this cycle on Saturday on cd15, thinking I'd be nowhere near ovulation based on last month's cd23, and I got a peak! I'd had EWCM all week, so think my body may finally be ready to make another baby!

I watched a video on how to support implantation on YouTube and the fertility homeopath recommends it. I think jf you type in YouTube "how to support implantation" the video comes up. To be honest I might not bother taking them and just stick to my omega fish oil. I'm really hoping this is the month. I have been on such an emotional rollercoaster since the miscarriage and someone at work announced their pregnancy which just makes things harder to cope with. I'm trying to stay calm but only 1dpo 🙈. Also don't know whether we should try one more time today? Ovulation pain has stopped now so I assume ovulation is over. We did it 4 days in a row (day of ovulation and 3 days prior) hope it works 🤞

Arghh I got annoyed for you lol we do so much and do things right and cherish the body and give it vitamins etc etc

I have a feeling i will be joining you onto month 7 as well ... 🙄

Well my period just arrived at 12dpo meaning my luteal phase was 11 days this month. It used to be so clockwork at 14 days I don't understand the change. So now onto month 13 of trying altogether / cycle 7 after miscarriage. I want the ground to swallow me up and only spit me back out when I am pregnant 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Just had some bloods done (for something else not fertility) but they check my thyroid as part of it and a blood clotting thing so sort of feels like some fertility things will get checked atleast haha!

@Mococo1 congratulations lovely! I think I might look into agnus castus. Thanks for your experience and advice and best of luck with your pregnancy 💗

@SunnySideUp2020 yep my LP was 10 days last month and even if she arrives today it will be 11 days which is within the normal range so I am pleased about that :)

@scrumdiddly123 we seem to both has lots of days of ewcm before ovulation. U had 7 days last month!

@nuggetlover27 tiredness is a very normal pre period sign for me.....but it doesn't stop me thinking I am pregnant every month when I feel tired 🤣🤣

@Hopesandrainbows I haven't personally researched or know what it is but I have heard of some women using it - what is it and how does it help?

Hey guys sorry I've been so quiet hope you're all well but got a bfp a few days ago. Couple of things I've done myself and on the other threads so thought it may help you ladies when TTcing

I used conceive plus and managed to catch!
Pre natal vitamins as well and IC OPKS. Tried SMEP as it's great for after MC when some cycles are u predictable - but I was exhausted and gave up sticking to every other day around ovulation

Other things I've heard of people saying
-unbiquinol
-seed cycling
-grapefruit juice for EWCM
-Angus castus to lengthen luteal phase

Morning! Thanks for asking @Annny27 I’m fine thanks, waiting to Ov. CD 12 today, been having wet cm since day 7 and EWCM yesterday and today so hoping it won’t be long! Would be early for me if it happens in the next couple of days but after last cycle anything goes so I wont be surprised either way!
How are you? I really hope AF stays away for you!

@Annny27 I know how you feel about not wanting to see people because they think there's going to be an announcement. Before MC no one expected anything but now it's like they know you're trying and it's a little added pressure !

@Leok83 have you had any signs of AF yet?

This is my 6th cycle after having a miscarriage in December. Luckily cycle has FINaLLY been back to normal for two cycles now. I am now 1dpo so the wait begins...

I have bought calc Fluor as I heard it helps with implantation. Anyone heard of this or tried it with success?

Arghhh it does look like AF coming for you. But the luteal phase seems to be slightly longer right?

I am ok... 4 dpo and feels like an eternity.
Nothing to report symptoms wise (obvs)

Morning :) 12dpo and although AF not arrived yet, I have had the brown spottinf yesterday and a little bit this morning plus been quite crampy with backache so I imagine she will arrive today

@fizzl if it wasn't for the miscarriage no-one would have known we were ttc and so its just an expectation now that its gonna happen 🙄

@leok83 yep like fizzl says, the applicators are a whole new step haha. I have used the applicators twice and tbh they hurt haha! The applicator is not smooth!

@sunnysideup2020 how are you feeling?

@Annny27 yep I agree. I've been feeling a lot like I miss my 'old life' recently and I just want to go back to enjoying myself/life and being carefree rather than being bogged down by everything at the minute. But I also desperately want to start our family 😒. I basically want it all 😂.

I also get the expectation for a pregnancy announcement. I was asked the other day if what I was drinking was alcoholic and I couldn't help but think they were probably trying to figure out if I was secretly pregnant again.

@Leok83 first time we used pre seed last year I fell pregnant. Have used it since and nothing but I still think it can't hurt. I do draw the line at the applicator tho! Ttc is very un-sexy as it is without pausing to insert lube 😂 feels like a right passion killer!

Like Anny we just use as normal lube now... so not inserting with the applicators some crazy amount but just on the outside to make things more comfortable.
Otherwise it gets super watery in there...

@Leok83 we have preseed and use it as normal lube in occasions, not because we think it will help just its the only fertility friendly lube for if we want to use lube :) but don't see how it could harm - it seems a faff if you used it with the applicators

We have used preseed for some cycle but didnt see any difference. I also never had ewcm so thought it would help... but urologist told DP that it doesnt help swimmers it's just more psychological...

Thinking about trying preseed or conceive plus next cycle. About to buy online but reading mixed reviews with majority saying they're great and got their BFPs with either of them and others saying that fertility specialists have said they could slow down the swimmers. I'm torn as last 2 cycles have had no EWCM, only very small amount of watery CM close to peak so worried this may be hindering his swimmers. Have tried drinking lots of water and grapefruit juice but no luck with that. Was not an issue before the MC either, started to dry up after and now it's just gone. Has anyone tried them or know much about them?

I swear i never had a dream like this before i started ttc 😶 so sad ...

@SunnySideUp2020 I'm 10/11DPO but more likely 11 cause I think I ovulated same day as peak based on temps. AF due Tuesday/Wednesday so I'll know soon anyways!

@Annny27 ya I'm definitely more prepared for AF now although been pretty down for the weekend. Yesterday morning when I tested early at 5.30 and went back to sleep I dreamt I had gotten a positive and it was so real, took few mins when I woke up to realise it was just a dream!

Thanks everyone :) I mean I can't be 100% sure its AF until she arrives properly but I have had a lot of brown spotting today and that's how AF always starts.

Of course there's still a tiny chance.....

@fizzl yep I am definitely in the frustrated and fed up. Its actually making me quite depressed I don't want to see any family or friends because I think they are all just waiting for me to announce a pregnancy. Just wanna crawl into a blanket fort with my hubby and cat 🙈

@SunnySideUp2020 nope not tested - wish I had now a bfn is easier to take in haha

@Nuggetlover27 fingers crossed you are still in the running!

@Leok83 age sorry about the bfn :( do you feel prepared for the next cycle after seeing it?
