Catching up - ttc after miscarriage part 3

Evening ladies, sorry I haven't posted in a while I've sort of been in and out in the back ground due to being extremely busy with work but also having the battle with my body of 2 af's every month. I know it's probably my body resetting but it's extremely frustrating. @Ejb86 I am so happy to see you're BFP what wonderful news. I've been trying to go through the threads to see how everyone else is doing. I hope you're all well and have been enjoying the sunshine. I'm on 3 week count down to the summer holidays now. Xx

Morning, 8dpo for me. I’ve had lots of creamy cm all of this week and today when I’ve wiped it’s clear with a tiny tinge of pink? Almost like fertile CM which is weird! Also I’m so bloated this morning which I don’t normally notice this early on. Probably nothing to get excited about but have taken note!

@Annny27 Yepp AF finally arrived for me yesterday after a 43/44 day cycle. Glad I can move on to the next cycle at last. Hoping this is the one! Hope you get your ov soon!

I've been researching "fertile foods" for my next cycle and plan to have "fertility smoothies" for me and DH each morning hoping it will help things along! Also going to get some cheapy OPKs and do twice a day and just keep going until it says peek seeing as I can't predict my cycles anymore 😂

@SunnySideUp2020 sorry AF arrived for you. Glad to hear you made it safe and your Grandma is stable 🤞🏻 she feels better soon. No doubt she will love having all her family around her

@Fizzl I love that your husband is still sceptical even though it seems to have worked 😂😂 it's a man thing! Haha

@Fizzl glad your uterus is now not confused. Let’s hope a reset will then bring your BFP next cycle.

9dpo here and am sure AF will be here in the next few days. Just don’t feel this is our cycle. Only glimmer of hope is that RHR has gone up this morning. So will see if that continues to rise or drops again just before AFs arrival. Determined not to test until 1st July if AF hasn’t made an appearance before then.

@Leok83 I did say quite smugly to my husband that it was clearly the acupuncture that worked and his replay was 'or it's just coincidence' 😂 think he's still sceptical but more happy with me splashing out £90 a month, even if it's just the placebo effect. I'm definitely going to keep it up now. I feel I'm a complete convert after only 2 sessions. Wonder if he'll be convinced when/if I get a BFP 🤔

Good luck with bding this month. I know what it's like to be ships in the night sometimes and it becomes very practical and unromantic when you have to schedule in a quick 15mins as it's literally the only time you have 😂 so long as it gets the job done 🤷🏼‍♀️

Haha thanks everyone. Uterus successfully unconfused! Had a nice temp rise this morning, peak opk on Thursday and an epic breakout on my skin (which for once I don't mind 😂)- hooray for ovulation 🤗

Expecting AF in 10 days now.

Still debating what to do about my scan I've got booked on Monday. My husband thinks I should just cancel now. I think maybe still go just to check everything in there for extra reassurances it was just a random blip?

AF started today for me.
Lots of cramps... but arrived yesterday afternoon after 2600 km driving.
And already soooo busy with the family.
Grandma is stable for now and we hope that seeing us will help her find strength to get better.

I’ve just found the pregnancy thread and it’s so nice to see how all the graduate ladies are doing! Serves as a nice reminder that you were all in the same boat as us but how you’re having healthy pregnancies 🥰 And soon enough we all will be too!
7dpo and my boobs feel a tiny bit sore and tingly this evening. Trying really hard not to symptom spot as I convinced myself last month I was definitely pregnant when I clearly wasn’t 😳 it’s so hard not too though!

Fingers crossed for OV soon @Annny27! These cycles just seem to fly by! Same for you @Leok83 but not ideal with your OHs work! Hope you can still manage to fit in plenty of DTD!

@Fizzl ya I get that, will be like a clean reset and hopefully onto a normal cycle next. I bet you DH is less sceptical of the accupuncture now😄

@Annny27 OPKs still stark white but I think I have EWCM, even though had none the last 2 cycles. Except it's more like a glob of glue (sorry TMI) than the semi watery stretchy stuff I've had other cycles so don't know what to classify it as!! Have started them twice a day now to be on the safe side! Bad timing for fertile week though as DH working nights for the next few days and I'm on call so we're like ships in the night and so we've to make sure we schedule in DTD at odd times for us..not the most spontaneous!!

Yeah I get that @Fizzl, but it sounds like a good call giving it a normal cycle to settle and then going for it!

I think you are doing the right thing too @fizzl though I completely understand how hard it will be!! After such a long cycle it will no doubt do your body good to reset, and hopefully have a normal cycle next month! Plus a few more weeks of not stressing about symptoms etc can only be good.

I'm fine thank you, made it to 17 weeks and feeling ok! Tired but then I'm always tired! Just wishing time away really

My opk's have continued to get darker this afternoon I have a reading of 1.53!

@Leok83 I'm a little torn about it all as I kind of feel like we're missing an opportunity now this month but the other half of me knows it's not worth the worry. My husband thinks we're doing the right thing waiting (probably because he knows I overthink everything and he can't be doing with me whittling and stressing 😂). But it's frustrating to know I've got a whole month to wait again now (hopefully!) before fw comes round again 🤔

@Leok83 sorry for the late reply, I'm doing well thank you, had my first consultant appointment yesterday and saw the babies wriggling around again which was lovely! There are a few things that could cause problems but the consultant didn't seem worried and reassured me. Just got to have lots of scans to check how they're doing. So still a very very long road ahead but going to try and stay positive!! How are you? Xx

And my inner control freak wants everything to be as 'perfect' as possible for conception and a 70+ day cycle just doesn't seem to fit 😒 but I'm feeling hopeful for next month now 🤞

@Annny27 definitely with you! CD63 for me 😱 so if my lp stays at 10days I'm a probably going to make it to at least CD74 before af arrives. Which is just crazy unheard of for me.
