Catching up - ttc after miscarriage part 3

Morning @Annny27 yep I tested about a million more times all BFN. AF due tomorrow but had some bleeding this morning. Hoping it’s spotting and not her arriving early as don’t need my LP to get shorter! So feeling like an absolute idiot for convincing myself yet again that I was pregnant 😫
And feeling pretty much the same as you @ELM7, pissed off and fed up! I’m going to get rid of all my tests and next month I will not test until the evil witch is late! At least we can be cycle buddies next month too!

Morning Ladies

So AF arrived bang on time this morning so that me on to cycle 8 (I think or could be 9)

My poor DH DTD in so much pain with his back and it was for nothing. Really pissed off with TTC - so done with doing everything at the right time and it not happening. So will have my own little pity party for a couple of days and then dust myself off and get back to POAS in 10 days or so.

It's really good to hear your positive messages @MilsCookie and @TerribleImagination it's nice to see that there is a chance it'll all work out like you guys. I keep worrying about the worst happening again as well.

@Nuggetlover27 it's on premom. I find it very handy as can be hard to compare if they're going up or down, especially on those one step ones! Femometer has a similar app but it's not as good.

@Annny27 I think today (likely this morning) is the day of ovulation so tomorrow will be 1DPO I think. Hopefully your OPKs start to darken soon and ovulation is just around the corner!

Not online at all so good to have a break of feeling sorry for myself reading pregnancy threads 😅
Everybody here knows we are ttc so they are all routing for us which kind of feels good actually 😁

I had some very heavy bleeding for the last 4 days of AF so i contacted my doctor and she said to come see her but obviously i am not there..
But it sorted itself out and now it's good. I am just taking the iron with more vit C.
So we had a little scare as the bleeding was just scary... like MC scary.

We'd like to think it was a good flush out and maybe this month 7 will be our lucky month. 🤞

Like @MilsCookie said, we have to keep telling ourselves that this is a new pregnancy and the odds are in your favour here. You have had your bad luck! I was exactly the same as you at the start of this pregnancy, absolutely terrified of the same thing happening again, but then you hit those mini milestones and it starts to get a bit less scary! I was nervous as anything yesterday before my 12 week scan, but all was well! I never thought I’d get there either, but here I am, and you will too lovey! You’ve got this 💪🏻

Deffo head over to the pregnancy thread when you’re ready, we’ll all be there ready to be there for you whenever you need to vent! ❤️

@Ljm0101 congratulations! So glad to see another BFP on here! Totally normal to feel anxious and nervous. I try to remind myself often that no amount of worrying or stressing is going to change the outcome as it's totally out of our control so try not to worry too much and and enjoy your pregnancy as much as you can ☺️ as others have said it's unlikely to happen again so odds are in your favour and you've just got to try and stay positive (which, as a chronic worrier, I know is easier said than done sometimes!)

@Nuggetlover27 she just said she could see that id ovulated recently from my left ovary. Going by my opk's and temp rise FF has predicted ovulation last Friday which I think is right.

This is amazing!! 💫🌈 chances are second time round everything is going to be fine lovely - pop over to the pregnancy thread when you're ready and you'll see that everyone from the TTC after miscarriage boards is now having a healthy pregnancy ❤️ Like @TerribleImagination told me, we've had our bad luck, and this time we're so much more likely to be in the 4/5 pregnancies that do work out!! Only on CD4 atm but ordered my OPKs yesterday so they should come ready (got the one step ones @Annny27 think I may have used before but going to do 2 a day from CD12ish haha!)

Hey @Annny27 thank you so much, errrr I have a mixture of emotions ranging from absolutely over the moon to completely terrified and anxious after the last time 😢. I hope that's normal! I've been on google since 5am just for some reassurance that everything will be ok this time.
@Fizzl that's great news on the scan and it's definitely peace of mind for this cycle to come. Xx

@Fizzl yes they definitely seem way lighter than the easy@home ones..I'm not a fan and got loads of them now! It's definitely low again today so looks like that was a definite peak yesterday morning!
That's great about your scan being normal..maybe £100 down but that peace of mind will be great into this next cycle and after the hell you've had this cycle I'd say it's a small price!

@Leok83 the one step strips on Premom always read lower I think. The 2 months I used them with premom my peak was 0.82 and 0.96 whereas with the easy@home I got 1.53.

I decided to go for the scan today. My husband strangely had a bit of a u-turn on it and convinced me to go for peace of mind even though the other day he thought it was a waste of money 🙄 men.

Anyway all was good and she did confirm that I have recently ovulated (hooray) and my lining was looking thick and healthy. Best part of £100 down but my mind is now at rest knowing that my uterus and ovaries are all in tip top condition 😂
