Sorry to resurrect I was just reading the whole thread and loved seeing this at the end! Hope everyone else got some BFPs.

Lucindaa · 29/04/2023 00:06

@Nikster8012 never ever give up!! I had so many MC's and 2x IVF rounds. The IVF destroyed my body and self confidence, its a hormonal mind bender.

Just relax, remove every object of negativity around you and focus on yourself. For me lockdown, forced into wfh removed and reduced my stress. I went vegetarian and walked everyday. I tried to run but it seem to take me days to recover so I decided to walk about an hour a day.

After the deed I put a pillow under my back for about 30 mins and just talked to my DH about everything and nothing then settled into bed.

Sending you positive energy as it happened to me when I had zero expectations.

@dwightschrutebeets Thank you, love your handle feel like watching the office now! x

@Lucindaa I'm so happy for you! Thank you for the update!
@Nikster8012 wishing you all the luck xx

@Lucindaa h0w wonderful haha I just read through the thread. I was screaming at my phone "run out now and do a test, don't wait for amazon" hahha even though it was from 2020.
Well it's very inspiring
I am old. Not perimenopause as docs checked. But low amh.... normal for age
Chances are low though as I am at the end. But.... I always remain hopeful.
Every month I get ache ovulation cramp and symptoms..... until now. Nothing.
This month nothing apart from sore boobies at ovulation. And progesterone headache and sick after ovulation. Peak on monitor so I hope I popped an egg.
7dpo now and don't feel a thing. The one thing I feel is in my heart...I feel it. Its been 2 years now and I never lose hope.
Thanks for the thread xxx

I know this is a zombie thread but came up on my active and I've read the whole thing. Really really hope you have your babies cx

Nikster8012 · 25/04/2023 07:25

@BelievinForAMiracle hiya... is this thread still going maybe ?? Just wanted to say how inspired I was reading. I am an older TTC too. I had one failed ivf which cost me a stack load of cash and because of my heart condition I had to wait as noone wanted me despite paying etc... two years now. Can't afford anymore..... BUT reading this made me cry a little with hope.
I believe in manifest and God and the power of faith.
I 6dpo and I feel this month after two years will be a success. I dont know yet obvs, but I feel it.
So thank you for sharing.
And I hope and pray you all are with your lovely babies by now xxx

@MamaTof8
No I didn’t but actually have stopped ttc for a bit.
Are you on the ttc journey

MamaTof8 · 06/07/2021 20:28

Hi @Poppet2021
I know it's been a while.
Did you get your BFP? X

Poppet2021 · 17/05/2021 13:21

Hey ladies
Can i jump on the thread please?
I’m 7dpo today... and on Saturday night (5dpo) I ate a dinner I usually love and am fine with. But after I’d eaten. I felt so nauseous so walked about for a bit but ended being sick. Since then I’ve had a funny tummy and just feel sick at the sight of food.
Had period like pains on Saturday night - which I only get during ovulation times or when period actually happens. And I’ve got numb boobs... not sore!?

Not sure if any of this means anything.
I think it’s too early to be getting symptoms. Maybe I’m thinking to much into it?!

83MissB · 17/05/2021 13:05

I’m 6dpo feel sick and generally blah. Hoping this is my month too x

cassie0790 · 28/05/2020 14:14

AF has arrived today ladies, late but here.
I thought I had a faint positive yesterday as well!
Nevermind!

Still thinking of you all xxx

Lucindaa · 26/05/2020 16:29

@BelievinForAMiracle do you know why I'm strong because I get strenght from you girls and I know I have to keep myself sane if that helps me get one chance to become a mother.

This will be easier said than done but be positive and do what you think is right to protect you and the lil bean. x

I’m so glad you came back @Lucindaa. You are a tremendously strong woman. Well done for getting relaxed and for being so positive. It will happen.
I’ve still got a huge way to go obviously... many hurdles especially at my age.

Hoping and praying for everyone to get their bfp xxx

@roseA89 A dear friend bought us the book ‘supernatural childbirth’ by Jackie Mize in mid March Via amazon. I’d never even heard of it. It’s a thin book. In it are tonnes of stories of people having difficulties TTC who all managed to have babies by following their prayers. I read it in a day and it really inspired me and gave me hope. My DH read it over a couple of days and he felt the same. We read the prayers at the back of the book every day for seven weeks. Seven weeks to the day - I ovulated and I hadn't done so in a year! Dtd and here we are 14 days later! ... the story continues. 🙂

Enjoy the wine, chocolate and sunshine xxx

RoseA89 · 25/05/2020 12:42

@BelievinForAMiracle Your story about faith really inspired me. I’m going to start praying more and being thankful what I do have, so thank you! Wine and chocolate? You read my mind! Keep us updated on your BFP!! Xxx

BelievinForAMiracle · 25/05/2020 12:17

It will be your turn. I know that doesn’t help when you are in the middle of it. I prescribe wine and chocolate today for you. Take it easy xxx

RoseA89 · 25/05/2020 11:59

@BelievinForAMiracle thank you. I’ve been very tearful all morning! Feeling very sorry for myself, but you are right, things will get better. I just pray it will be my turn one day xx

BelievinForAMiracle · 25/05/2020 11:25

O my goodness @roseA89 you are a strong woman. That is so hard. Be gentle on yourself today. ((Hugs)) things will get better xx

RoseA89 · 25/05/2020 10:49

@BelievinForAMiracle thank you for sharing your story and congratulations on your BFP! You are a very strong woman.

Well ladies, AF arrived today. DP’s ex wife has just informed us she is pregnant with a guy she has known for 5 minutes, so I’m feeling very fragile today :( x

cassie0790 · 25/05/2020 10:21

@BelievinForAMiracle

That's so beautiful and inspiring!
And your story has really resonated with me. It's like a sign from the universe to believe and hold faith!

I'm away to read the secret now and get my gratitude journal done!

Thank you for sharing your story xxx

BelievinForAMiracle · 25/05/2020 09:53

I haven’t shared on this thread yet what a complete miracle this is! Last year when I got married the doctor said that the door of my fertility has closed and I’m in the menopause. I had my last period last May!! We both had dreams that we would have a baby. Others told us the same. These past two months my husband and I have prayed for a baby every morning and I felt myself ovulate on the 12th. Today I had a bfp! It might sound bonkers if you don’t have any faith, but anything is possible!

Harveybelle · 25/05/2020 09:37

@BelievinForAMiracle Not yet, I do have one so I might just bite the bullet.
After having my son, who's 3 now, went straight on the POP so it stopped my periods most of the time so I'm not even sure of my cycle. I just thought I'd have a period so I'd then know my cycle properly. I only had brown spotting last week once or twice so far.

Congrats on your BFP! Bet you're over the moon x

BelievinForAMiracle · 25/05/2020 09:26

@cassie0790 I am enjoying! Can’t stop smiling. 🙂
