TTC after MC - May 2020 Part 2

Hi ladies can I join you please, currently DPO 9 and desperate to test but I think it's too early. I ovulated late this month on CD17. Had a MMC September last year and been trying again since January. Hoping this month is my month 🤞

I had an ERPC 17 days ago, still getting BFP from that pregnancy but I also think I'm 1dpo and had sex the day before that so I'm waiting for 2 more temps to confirm ovulation. I have been doing opks but I know the HCG can show up on them so I'm not sure but it looks like my LH peaked the day before a temp rise.

I had a mmc and ectopic last year, just had another mmc. 2 months ttc first time, then three, then five. Both mmc started with spotting a few days before my 12w scan and babies stopped developing about 8w. I'm subclinical hypothyroid and nearly 36.

@VP91x try temping vaginally if you don't get your BFP this cycle. It's great. No worries about open mouth etc. It's really consistent and doesn't change fast so for example I got up and got my thermometer from across the room yesterday.

I really get stressed by timing sex when ttc. Sometimes my partner can't finish and I find the pressure of initiating sex awful. So this cycle I am reeeeaaaaally hoping I am one of those ladies who gets pregnant after mc without getting a period first. Even though this last pregnancy took 5 months of trying. This month because it's so soon after mc we haven't been trying properly so much less stress. I'm hoping sex once at O-1 will do it. Normally I'm all stressed trying to do three days in a row. 🤞🤞🤞

Having had three unsuccessful pregnancies now I just feel doomed and if I get a BFP I fully expect to fail again. But I figure I have to keep at it and learn to take it in my stride, maybe I'll get my rainbow. Good luck ladies xxxx

The previous cycle was definitely a chemical pregnancy, it didn’t progress to be positive on cbd. This time I had bfp on cbd, frer from 10dpo, the lines we’re getting darker everyday on frer and ic, I had cbd positive on Tuesday still. Then yesterday morning, frer suddenly got faint, IC was still looking ok but I decided to get cbd in the afternoon and it was flat out negative. 2 unsuccessful in a row - that’s taking a toll on me a little. AF is kicking in today, same for my abdominal region, feel like someone is kicking me once in a while.

@Meomeomeo sorry was just re-reading your post, looks like you already had CP and do you think this might be another? If so I'm really sorry it's catching you twice in a row. ☹️

@Meomeomeo sorry to hear, that sounds confusing and frustrating. I've never had one myself but I read about chemical pregnancies that sound similar to what's happening to you. If so that's sh*tty 🙁. It's probably hard to figure out until AF either arrives or doesn't arrive. I suppose if it doesn't come you could try opks in 1-2 weeks or keep testing for pregnancy. Taking the positive though, great to know you can get pregnant. Sending hugs xxx

Adding myself here if you guys don’t mind.
Early April I had a CP, we weren’t trying but weren’t preventing either so we started to ttc.
Fast forward to last week, 10dpo I got faint positive on IC, 11dpo on frer and CBD 1-2 weeks. We were happy. Unfortunately yesterday 18dpo, frer got fainter and I noticed some very light spotting (squint to see) and by the afternoon CBD was negative, followed by more obvious spotting. We’re absolutely devastated.
I’m expecting my period today or this weekend but if it doesn’t come. Do I wait till AF to arrive or is there a possibility that I could o 2 weeks from now or anytime and if timing is right I could get pregnant without having a period in between?

@vp91x - I had a strange situation this month where my temp rose like it would post ovulation and I hadn’t had LH surge yet, then the next day I got my LH surge/peak (I think I’m right in saying you can’t ovulate without the LH surge so it definitely wasn’t an ovulation rise). I’d maybe keep doing your opks just in case? There can be so many things that can affect the BBT, but if you do the opks for another couple of dsys it might give you a clearer picture ovulation wise?

To me it makes not much difference as i know im in the tww and both temps are above the coverline even though ones alot higher but for you it kinda determines if uv already ovulated or not so id just keep testing and dtd until u know you have had a def temp rise 🙏

@VP91x Id take the same reading as the right one but do be careful because it def would have jumped up with it being ur second temp of the day.. mine done it this morning cos i think i temped too early before my 2 hour window and it was 36.57 then when i temped when i woke up later it was 36.88 so im just using the lower temp as it does make quite a big diff doing it numerous times xx still keep doing ur opks if u can incase u do see a surge today x x

@VP91x sorry definitely didn't scroll across on your pics, but yeah I'd probably go with 36.42 aswell, seems to be the most consistent figure for this morning xx

I had wine last night but AF has been really heavy today it's.knocked me out so no drinking for me tonight. I can't afford an AVA at the min but DP bought me a Fitbit bless him I can link it to ovia and I'll be looking at my heart rate on it. Currently in bed feeling drained but positive for my new cycle
