Hi all! I posed on here a month or so ago & took some fantastic advise from some lovely ladies on here & started to test to see when I was actually ovulating. I belive I am now 13dpo, I have sore heavy boobs, cramps sort of pains across my hips & back ache as well as mood swings. My period is due within the next 3 days (my cycle does differ sometimes I'm 28 days but I have been 29 days the last four months), I know all these signs can be put down to PMS as much as pregnancy, however I did a test this morning & belive I can see a very faint line, is this possibly an early positive?
I have read a lot about the "blue dye tests" however this line came out whilst the test was developing within the 2 minute window not after, so I don't believe it's an evap line.
That being said, I'm trying not to get my hopes up & would love someones opinion of the test.
I'm planning to test again on Friday (if my period doesn't arrive on Thursday) & I'll get a digital test to be on the safe side!
Any thoughts are really appreciated! ❤

@Superstar41 I haven't done another test, because it was red blood I thought it couldn't be implantation? I never ever have a light period like in my entire 29yrs of life it's never happened & not like this either. I might have to buy a test now.
Could you have light bleeding like this & it be implanting?

Superstar41 · 15/05/2020 10:17

@Mamajns that could be implantation? Have you done a test since ??

Mamajns · 15/05/2020 10:09

@Littlebee1990 no need to be sorry I guess I will just have to keep on trying. This has been on of the strangest AFs I've ever had, it started very light got a teeny bit heavy (but still light), stopped & started light again today. It's that line that I don't need to wear a pad because it isn't marking.
I've never experienced anything like this 🤨, I did have cramps in my back & mega sore boobs. Its left me feeling even more confused tbh!

So sorry 😢

Mamajns · 14/05/2020 07:27

AF has arrived this morning on time as usual.
Those lines I could see must either be evap or I've had two false positives 🙁🙁🤨

@motherofdinosau thank you! I'm glad it's not just me, I had my glasses off & was walking around looking at it in different lights thinking I was going mad! ❤

@Superstar41 I'm really sorry to hear that, I know how disheartening it can be & even more so when you get a false positive! I don't have any teats left here now so I am going to Tesco on Friday & will test again then if AF isn't here on Thursday.
I have also ordered dip style preganancy tests from Amazon which may be here before Friday, if they are then I will test again & post the results.
Either way I'll update this as soon as I get a clear result.
I'm sure it will happen for you soon, I know it's easier said than done but don't lose hope ❤

I can see it in todays pictutes! Everything crossed for you 🤞🤞🤞

Superstar41 · 12/05/2020 22:01

I know !! And that was with a pink dye !! A year before I got pregnant and lost the baby which put me off trying for a year as I was terrified and I used clear blue and no issues but every time I test with pink dye I get false positives so everyone has their different opinions ! X when are you thinking of testing again!

I thought it might have been my month this month but my cervix is high and hard so think I'm out again x

Mamajns · 12/05/2020 21:58

@Superstar41 omg you really can see the second line! In my first pregnancy I used the exact same test as the ones I'm using now & had no issues, it's only recently I've been seeing alot of people saying they are getting false positives with blue dye tests, because of that I've taken them with a pinch of salt.....although when I've had negative tests before it's been negative like no other line not even the slightest hint, which is why the line...albeit very faint is giving me some hope.
I'm roughly 13/14 DPO, I say roughly as I've been tracking ovulation & had a strong positive ovulation test on the 28th of April & it was slightly lighter on the 29th of April (which accordi8to the Flo app was ovulation). We DTD three times between the 28th & 29th just to help boost our chances. My cycle does differ slightly between 28 days & 29 days but for the last 4 months it's been 29 days on the dot. So AF should arrive on Thursday (based on it being 29 days), if nothing happens I'm going to go & buy more tests & hopefully get a clear answer 🤞🤞
@littlebee1990 thank you, I agree completely I'm going to get more tests on Friday if AF isn't here before.

I would get a FRER and test again with that x

Superstar41 · 12/05/2020 20:57

This was my pink dye test last year when my boyfriend and I weren't trying , had a little accident and I thought I was here I thought I could see a line and so did everyone else but turns out it was a false positive

Superstar41 · 12/05/2020 20:47

You say that blue dyes are bad but I've had multiple false positives with pink dye:(

I really can see the second line xx how many days dpo are you now ?

Mamajns · 12/05/2020 20:44

I just inverted the image & think I can see it bit better. @Expat30 yeah that's my fear tbh, it seems really mixed with the blue dye tests. I'm going to wait until Friday as if nothing happens on thursday I'd then be a date late & have a clear answer.
Thanks for replying everyone, I'm glad it's not just me!

I'm so so sure I can see it !!

Expat30 · 12/05/2020 20:19

Get a frer. I wouldn't trust those blue dye tests I've had lines like that and not been pregnant

Buzzfrightyears · 12/05/2020 19:58

I think I can see it! Good luck

Mamajns · 12/05/2020 19:43

I've also just taken this photo, hopefully the lighting is a little better....or I might just be clutching at straws

Ok Ladies, I have done another test! Honestly the suspense of waiting was actually killing me.
It's much of the same likeness if I'm being honest.
It feels like its impossible to get it to show on the photo but I can see it in real life.
I've show my Partner & he doesn't think he can see anything. I feel like I'm crazy & honestly just want to cry, I don't know why I keep doing this to myself.
Please tell me if you think it's just me being an idiot.
I don't have any tests here now & I'm due AF on Thursday, if she doesn't turn up I'm going to go & buy some tests from Tesco.

Hi everyone
First time posting here so sorry if I'm not doing it in the right place. Yesterday I found out I'm 3 weeks pregnant. I feel happy, but I'm also feeling very low and so many worries going through my mind is this a normal reaction? Im thinking to myself what if I can't cope and life will never be the same, I know Ive always wanted a child but I didn't realise I would have all these feelings after finding out. I don't want to sound ungrateful because me and my partner haven't been using any contraception for a year and a half so I knew/hoped it would happen at some point but I'm just worried I'm not ready but at the same time I know I really want a baby! Sorry to be confusing, I also annoyingly worry a lot about what people think, Il be 28 when I give birth but worried people will think I'm too young etc (I'm very petite I look about 18!. Sorry to rant I'm just feeling a mixture of feelings and don't know why. Thankyou xx

PapercraftNinja · 12/05/2020 13:59

I can definitely see a faint one!

Mamajns · 12/05/2020 13:56

@Expat30 I haven't yet, I want to get another test that isn't a blue dye one. I almost feel too scared to test to be honest, we've been trying for over a year after an awful miscarriage & I'm desperate for it to be positive but I'm trying not to pin all my hopes on to it too much.
Also I've woke up today still with slightly dull cramps in my back but my boobs are killing me! I'm now 14 dpo & 2 days before my period, has anyone experienced this that was pregnant/went on to have a positive test?

Expat30 · 12/05/2020 12:30

Did you test again?

Mamajns · 11/05/2020 20:49

Thank you all so much for replying! I do have another test here, its another blue dye one, I was going to try & wait until Friday to test again & buy a digital one, but I guess there is no harm in doing another test first thing in the morning!
@justanotherneighinparadise @SlightyJaded I know I could see something but at the same time I was like "can you see something though" 😂, I'm doing my own head in!
Thanks @danni0509 I definitely have my fingers crossed & am hoping the best ❤
