Pregnancy after MMC

Hi Everyone,
Unfortunately I had a MMC on our second pregnancy last month. (I have a 1 year old)
I should of been 9 weeks at my Scan but baby was only 8 weeks 4 so it had just happened. 3 days later I had a private D&C as I didn’t want to risk the hospital/ the trauma of dealing with it at home with my little boy.
I had bleeding on and off for 2 weeks after (6th of April was the D&C) I had regular bloody tests, my last one my HCG had come down to 70 so 3 days later I got my first negative test.
I had an internal to confirm no retained pregnancy and was given the all clear to try again straight away. I’ve had cystitis this weekend to add to my problems and now I’m getting this on my tests. Had anyone experienced anything similar, what are your thoughts? Feel like my body’s just giving up on me haha! I’d love to be pregnant again but I’d just be surprised if it could all happen within such a small time scale
Thanks everyone

@Bells993 see we were tying for about 4 months this time around and it felt like 4 years. My heart goes out to ladies that have had to do this for years. It's soul destroying. We had an 8 week private scan and everything was fine so we told everyone. So having to tell everyone at 11.5 weeks that we've lost the baby and not going to be a new addition in time for Christmas was just so hard.
Ive got everything crossed for us all.
It's the not knowing whether im ovulating tomorrow or in another 4 weeks that's bothering me. So we're just dtd every other day just to kind of feel like we're doing something. X

@Avee96i would of thought your hormones would of gone back to normal by then, hopefully a BFP pending for you! How many weeks where you when you MC? I was 9 weeks and it took nearly 3 weeks to drop back xx

Hi @MrsTtobe
So yes my little boy was conceived with in 3 weeks off coming off the pill. I couldn’t believe it, second time round we had been trying dec Jan Feb and then got the BFP March so 3 months really. I thought the same, all i could think about was being pregnant again and my gyno and GP said to start straight away.
I took a different kind of brand test today that came back negative and according to my clear blue ovulation stick it’s now flashing so high fertility. Have no idea what to believe with not knowing when to expect a period or positive test as I have no idea where am I in my cycle! I’m going to wait till Friday to take another one, they arnt cheap are they 😭😂

I had miscarriage March 25, 2020, and for the past week I've been getting faint positives on my at home tests. Last week my blood pg test was positive and my hcg level was at a ten for 4 days. Can this be a pregnancy?

MrsTtobe · 05/05/2020 06:18

Sorry just re read and saw you have a one year old x

Hi jumping on here. I had a natural miscarriage about 3 weeks ago (over the course of 5 days). It was horrific and such a shock. I bled lightly for 3 days then the actual miscarriage for 2 days. I stopped bleeding about 4 days after that. I have 2 children and this was my third pregnancy. First miscarriage. I was told to wait until after my first period to try again but we have been pretty much dtd every other day for about 2 weeks now. I just couldn't bring myself to wait. I think trying again soon has helped us to get over it a little.
So I'm excited to see how you get on as we are in similar stages of cycles etc I guess.
I can definitely see faint lines btw. Got absolutely everything crossed for you.
Is it your first child? How long had you been ttc?

Sorry for what you have been through. Its not impossible wait a couple of days and hopefully the line will get darker. Was it the same test that showed negative ?x
