Half way through the 2WW and just feel deflated

Hiya Ladies
Im 6DPO and just feel fed up. Sick of symptom spotting, sick of the voice in my head telling me this is the month only to have AF show up.
Last month took it out of me when I was 8 days late and convinced i was pregnant only for AF to show. Now this month i just feel like (as childish as it sounds) im never going to get those 2 lines. I have barely any symptoms this month other than sore boobs which i get every month.
Have any of you got tips on how to stay positive?
Also anyone else the same dpo as me and want to buddy up?

Hope you don't mind me joining! I'm 6dpo too. I'm just constantly symptom spotting and constantly on here looking signs I could be pg. it's exhausting! I just know AF is going to show. So glad I'm not the only one feeling this way!

Yeah 7dpo onwards drag because you constantly have to stop yourself from testing. The waiting game is hard and with every cycle it gets harder. I really hope we all get our big fat positives very soon. I just feel like my days are consumed with thinking about it all.

Ha @xxlannixx yes that's completely right! I'm the same. Every month after Af...'right this month I'm going to be so laid back and not even know what CD it is' ...then after ovulation my google search history shows I'm a crazy woman searching every symptom under the sun!

I'd say 7dpo onwards are the worst, they drag so much and my mind is so consumed!

Crikey, you lot have actually made me feel 10 stone lighter knowing im not the only one going through this rollercoaster. The furst half goes so quick and i think wow im chilled this month and then as soon as i ovulate my mind runs wild. I search so many things on google! Then i have a word with myself. I honestly dont feel like this month is my month but still in the back of my mind im hoping and praying. Im exhausted now.

Last week I was feeling exactly the same and today like clockwork AF is here Sad I'm trying to keep positive. It is impossible to think about anything else when there is nothing else to do right now. I'm going to indulge in things that you cant have when pregnant like lots of wine, a very hot bath and way too many chocolates! I also posted on the pregnancy forum to find out how many months everyone took to conceive and it was reassuring to see the huge variation. Gives me hope that it will happen... eventually!

Me too, I’m 12dpo and been constantly symptom spotting all I have is cramps to let me know that AF is due soon. I thought after doing a few IVF rounds and having a miscarriage I could have one of those ‘miracle stories’ by trying naturally this month. But I just don’t think it’s meant to be.

6dpo also
Sucks doesn’t it!! X

raspberryjamlove · 01/05/2020 11:02

Could have written this myself. It's so deflating and exhausting :(

Belalice · 01/05/2020 11:02

Me too! Either 8 or 9 DPO today and I can't think of anything else. This is my first month ovulating normally for years, so although I've been having a lot of cramping and sore breasts, what if this is a normal thing for me a week before AF? I don't know how I'll get through this weekend, let me know if you do want a buddy and we can do it together

Hey me too...so fed up....10dpo and squinting at a bfn hoping for some kind of hope.

Ps I'm 12 dpo and no symptoms other than a cold that won't go away. Have spotting which I always have so I know its not my month

Hllouise1702 · 01/05/2020 10:17

I feel exactly the same so no tips to share sadly. Just that I understand. Had a cry yesterday and today
