Ok, girls, our last thread did get crazy long so I am starting this one. If you don't like the name - well... too bad You'll get used to it over time .

ILTC, hi there sista! I feel like we're SO alike. Can you believe that my bleeding started again today? I was quite . And out of all places it started in a zoo when we were watching little sheep at the "petting zoo" section with DS and DH. Grrreat!~ Hope you're feeling better and this mess if over soon for all of us .

Rosybelle, hi there~ [sends a wave] Com'on over - sorry you're here but it's easier to get through things together. If you read my previous posts you know what I have to say - ERPC (or D&C) all the way. Good luck!

Scully, hi... you sound like me... actually my DH who is very much doubting TCC'ing again. And that's just after one MC! Well... we did have a stillborn DD1 but went on to have a beautiful DS. What would have happened if we got scared back then and didn't do it. Ooops, promised not to talk about it until mid-Oct. That's when my MC blood/ tissue results are back from the lab to tell us what was wrong with the baby. We agreed we wouldn't make any decisions until we find out.

Cricri, I know you won't be chechking this thread until later but hope your weekend in Holland is fab!

Hugs and smooches to all!

Ooh Nh - fingers firmly crossed for you

nh101 · 20/09/2007 11:17

AF is due Monday - I am going to feel like such an idiot if I am not PG (which is why I am not telling anyone in RL) but there was definitely a faint line there....

I told you I couldn't hold my nerve (I was going to wait till Saturday to test - here's another secret, I did a test last night too! But that was BFN. I am so weak willed!)

Just a quick hijack for Goingfor3 if you haven't been to see your doctor yet.
I had thrush so bad I bled very early on in this pg and canesten didn't work. My docs prescribed Nystatin (perhaps Nystan) cream. It was an internal one which I had to use for 14 days - absolutely foul but it did the job and relieved the symptoms immediately.

nh101 · 20/09/2007 10:33

Oh floss - when is AF due?

Hi Ellie - good to "see" you, how are you feeling you lucky PG thing!

nh101 · 20/09/2007 10:32

Sweetkitty - don't forget sometimes you won't get a positive OPK even if you are about to OV so don't stop BDing! Have you tried taking your temp each morning? I have done it this month and it has made such a difference to my state of mind. Obviously it can't predict when you are going to OV but at least it will tell you when it has happened and then you can relax! I got my thermometer from accessdiagnostics.com (it was £8 I think) and I use fertilityfriend.com to chart.

I am 11DPO today and don't tell anyone but I did a test this morning and got the faintest of faint lines.

I haven't even told DH - I am going to test again tomorrow when he is there!

EllieG · 20/09/2007 10:18

Ooo I want to be in Austrailia having a glass of wine too

scully · 20/09/2007 10:17

I'm having a glass of wine for you all, it's my little way of de-stressing for everyone on this thread
Haven't solved our termite problem yet, will find out more on Saturday, I'll keep you posted as a little distraction

flosspot · 20/09/2007 10:08

I am going to tantrum as well . Day 28. BFN. Bugger.

Lcy · 20/09/2007 10:01

Sweetkitty - i want one too [stamps feet in tantrum like manner]. It will happen. Try and forget about the CD sticks and have lots of sex - IT WILL HAPPEN xxx

By the way i ovulate between days 16-18 so you may just be a bit later this month xx

sweetkitty · 20/09/2007 09:43

Morning all I'm a bit today as I'm using CDB opks and it's CD14 today and no to indicate LH surge. I think I am obsessed with ttc another one as a way of taking my mind off whats happened, I just want to be bloody pregnant again so much, I want a BABY!!!!!! Sorry I know so does everyone else on here

G43 - I found that smearing my whole erm fanjo in natural yoghurt inside and out was good for relieveing thrush, takes the itch away.

Lcy · 20/09/2007 09:38

Me too - tiny bits of bright red blood when wipe - yucky isnt it. Hope the doctor can help. I am going to go tommorow if over the counter stuff doenst kick in!

goingfor3 · 20/09/2007 09:36

Lcy - my thrush is driving me insane, I've had some bleeding from it when I wipe but I usually do when it get really badly. I had it nearly al the way through my pregnancy with dd1 and canestan had no effect on it so i had to use another one and I think the smae thing is happening again. I'm seeing the dr today and hopefully he can find me something else as it's making me really miserable.

Lcy · 20/09/2007 09:33

How are you feeling today Goingfor3?

goingfor3 · 20/09/2007 09:32

FlossieF, I'm so sorry to hear about what happened to you.I was really ill around the time of my mc and also had numerous antibiotics to take, in a way it almst made things slightly easier as I was concentrating more on how I felt physically than mentally and I was sleeping well too because I had been so unwell and my body needed to recover. I really hope you start feeling better soon and your luck changes.

Lcy · 20/09/2007 09:24

Hi everybody,
I've been lurking the past couple of days and keeping up with your news. Felt a bit down on Tuesday but perked up a bit yesterday. Going for lunch at a pg friend's house today so hope that doesn't set me off again - she's 5 weeks ahead of where I would have been, if you see what I mean.

FlossieF - so sorry to hear about your experiences after the ERPC. What a nightmare! As you say, give yourself time to get over the ordeal both physically and psychologically.

Rosybelle - sorry you're having to wait so long for the ERPC. You never know, the mc may start of its own accord over the weekend. Try cycling - it worked for me! I'm not surprised you're anxious - I certainly was.

Hello to everybody else and hope you all have a good day.

In my thinking positive frame of mind I've decided to add myself to the list:

Congrats goingfor3, that's great news, good luck for everyone else hoping for a positive result this month. My dh would have reason to be slightly concerned if I had a bfp this month
I have spent the entire morning on the phone, as the house we are in the process of trying to buy, had a pest inspection this morning and has termites I should probably explain that I am in Australia.....
The pest man is going back for a 2nd look on Saturday so we'll know more then......
Why is nothing ever straight forward

TJuice · 19/09/2007 22:26

hi ladies!

hi kd. sorry about your m/c - we're in the same boat. i just had a kind of very odd and short AF (m/c 17th August, weird AF 17th Sept) so things are moving one way or another. but i have heard that it takes a while to get back in balance.

does a two-day mini-AF count as AF after m/c??

sweetkitty · 19/09/2007 21:39

RosyBelle · 19/09/2007 21:38

KD - hugs right back thank you.
I had an erpc 2 years ago and it took 6 long weeks for next AF to arrive. And normally I have a v regular 28 day cycle. Hang on in there...

KD73 · 19/09/2007 21:35
