Ok, girls, our last thread did get crazy long so I am starting this one. If you don't like the name - well... too bad You'll get used to it over time .

ILTC, hi there sista! I feel like we're SO alike. Can you believe that my bleeding started again today? I was quite . And out of all places it started in a zoo when we were watching little sheep at the "petting zoo" section with DS and DH. Grrreat!~ Hope you're feeling better and this mess if over soon for all of us .

Rosybelle, hi there~ [sends a wave] Com'on over - sorry you're here but it's easier to get through things together. If you read my previous posts you know what I have to say - ERPC (or D&C) all the way. Good luck!

Scully, hi... you sound like me... actually my DH who is very much doubting TCC'ing again. And that's just after one MC! Well... we did have a stillborn DD1 but went on to have a beautiful DS. What would have happened if we got scared back then and didn't do it. Ooops, promised not to talk about it until mid-Oct. That's when my MC blood/ tissue results are back from the lab to tell us what was wrong with the baby. We agreed we wouldn't make any decisions until we find out.

Cricri, I know you won't be chechking this thread until later but hope your weekend in Holland is fab!

Hugs and smooches to all!

Dustin - so sorry you have to go through this I know there are people on here that have gone through multiple mcs and know more about tests etc I had mine about 6 weeks ago (I already have 2 DDs) I thought if I ever had a mc I would be like "oh well it wasn't meant to be" and be fine about it. "Rocked to the core" describes it exactly, I never thought it would affect me so deeply. Theres not a day goes by I don't think about it and even now I still cry from time to time. I think crying and shouting it's not bloody fair is allowed. For me getting over it has meant throwing myself into ttc another, not for everyone I admit but it's taking my mind off it but I know my world will come crashing down again when I get another BFN.

Have you got a lot of support around you in RL?

DUSTIN · 24/09/2007 14:55

I thought I was handling it ok this time but today I just can't stop crying.

EllieG · 24/09/2007 14:53

Is very true. Someone said on another thread that MC 'rocked them to the core'- that was exactly how I was feeling at the time, and I remember feeling that it was so good knowing I wasn't alone. And you aren't either x

DUSTIN · 24/09/2007 14:47

Thanks everyone. People I know try to help but unless you have gone through it yourself you have no idea.

nh101 · 24/09/2007 14:39

Ronshar I know how you feel about being happier now than before about BFPs. I was so so every time someone on here got PG! Hope you get some good news at the weekend!

EllieG · 24/09/2007 14:12

hey splishspolsh and dustin - sorry you have to be here, but is a good place to be for wound-licking and general support post mc. Plus cake is a very bonding thing.
Have just had a lemon and white chocolate muffin.

cricri · 24/09/2007 14:09

Splishsplosh and Dustin - sorry to hear about what you're going through (just been reading your posts on the other thread Splishsplosh) but as Sweetkitty says, you've come to the right place. I've drawn much comfort from the people on here since I found out two weeks ago (is it really only 2 weeks? It seems like an age ago...) that I'd had a mmc.
Mc is a terrible thing to have to go through but the people here will help you get through it I'm sure. We're here anytime you need to talk, rant, cry... Whatever!
Thinking of you xx

sweetkitty · 24/09/2007 14:04

welcome Dustin glad you found us and sorry you are having your third miscarriage

sweetkitty · 24/09/2007 14:03

welcome spilshsplosh sorry you had to find us but you have found a brilliant group of people, we cry, laugh and eat virtual cakes together.

How are you feeling? Please feel free to be as graphic as you want to be or if you don't want to be IYKWIM some people like to talk about it (me) others don't. You are going through the worst of it right now but you will come out the other side.

ILTS - pmsl at your knitting patterns

wheelybug - at your morning I had my friend over with the newborn and toddler, there were fights galore with my two and I just sat and cuddled the newborn, they are v cute at that age you forget the sleepless nights oh and he puked all over me.

ronshar - I think it's only natural to be and when you see pregnant women we were out shopping yesterday and there seemed to be loads of pregnant women I asked DP about it and he said there wasn't and I'm ultra sensitive. He also said "SK you are pushing a buggy and you have a toddler, it's not like your childless" men!!!!

nh101 - roll on 7 weeks til your scan

ellie - glad you are feeling a bit more positive too

DUSTIN · 24/09/2007 13:52

Can I join in ladies? I am in the middle of having my third miscarriage. I have been looking on these threads to see how other people cope. I am still at the stage where I get upset at every pregnant woman I see.

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 12:54

wooly? how do you spell woolleeyy???

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 12:54

hi splishsplosh ive just read your post on my m/c thread, im so sorry, but its good that its half way over. Not good but....you know what i mean.....

Whys it always so bloody hard to find the words to say

Well this is a mad house, we dont often have cake but them lot are always pissed and i am apparently obsessed with bollocks and wolly pants

splishsplosh · 24/09/2007 12:51

Hello, can I join you?

I'm in the middle of mc, and I also like cakes.

I'm feeling sad, and my dp is doing his best now, but is a bit baffled by how upset I am, so I thought that the lovely MNers will probably help me feel better.

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 12:33

lmao at images of dp in wolly pants with his dangling bits swinging low

just as well i cant knit

ronshar · 24/09/2007 12:18

knitting special underpants, excellent. Maybe they could become lucky pants!

Thank you Ellie and NH101. I am so happy for both of you.
It has a edge of sadness for me as I feel like I am being left behind with my misery!.
I do not feel anywhere near as resentful as I was of all the BFPs of a few months ago. It was beginning to make me feel even more of a failure than I already felt.
Lukckily I am not so horrible now and feel only good things for every pregnant girl out there.
It has only taken me 6 months!!!!!
Maybe it will take me a further 6 months to get myself pregnant by then I will be positively zen like. I can only hope.

wheelybug · 24/09/2007 11:45

Will ask my Mum if she can check her knitting patterns for that ILTS !

HOw's everyone this morning ? I have had a lovely morning - needed to go and buy some paint for our kitchen and had to go to Wimbledon Village (rather nice for those who don't know it - v. boutiquey) so I decided to make the most of it as dd is at nursery. Had a browse round the shops, bought a few bits, had a coffee reading the paper and got the paint. It made me think I could get used to this ....

Which I may as well... managed to - ahem - do the deed over the weekend but got a smiley face (on OPK) this morning and DH is probably in for an all nighter at work AAARRRRGHHHHHHHHHH.... I told DH that would happen.

Right, need to go and pick the monkey up from nursery... spoil my peace and quiet

EllieG · 24/09/2007 11:37

I thought they were supposed to be kept cold? Maybe you should knit some special underpants with holes in them.

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 11:09

If his supersperm really have done the trick i will treat dp to a lovely knitted bollock warmer

EllieG · 24/09/2007 10:48

Sorry x-posts there ILTS x

EllieG · 24/09/2007 10:48

I am feeling very positive this morning. There has been lots of lovely news on this thread recently for people I am particualarly attached to and think this could signal the start of good things to come.
ILTS - keeping fingers crossed for the super-sperms!
ronshar - here's hope ing for the june thread for you lady xxx

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 10:47

well we have bd'd twice, i dont know wether to leave it about 3 weeks and try testing or just wait and wait and wait and keep bd'ing. I dunno lol

goingfor3 · 24/09/2007 10:45

iliketosleep you might be ovulating. I had really bad ovulation pains after my mc.

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 10:43

i havent a clue, i m/c 2weeks ago tomorrow and i dont keep track of AF anyway im lazy

nh101 · 24/09/2007 10:38

ILTS - you never know! When is AF due?

Ronshar, thanks so much, I really, really hope that you do graduate onto the June thread (and that we stay there this time!)

I have booked an early scan at the EPU - for three weeks today when I will be seven weeks PG exactly. Very exciting.

Saw the GP this morning, he had asked to see my after my gynae wrote to him to tell him he'd put me on Clomid. I was a bit scared - thought I was going to get told off! - but he was just confused cos the gynae asked the GP to cooperate in taking my bloods, but I had them done at the private hospital anyway and I told him I was PG and he was delighted so all is well!

iliketosleep · 24/09/2007 08:02

can i just say something so pisspottical its stupid

when i was pg i had excrutiating back pain and i wouldwake up about 4 times a night.

Well before i went for "that scan" i slept all night and the backache disappeared.

Well the last 2 nights ive woken up about 4 times. I know its stupid to think it and as much as dp's sperm is indeed super i dont think its that good
