Hi all,

I joined a similar thread last month and found it really supportive. It’d be great to hear from others.

We’ve been trying for number 2 for two years now and each month gets more emotionally difficult. Xx

Thank you everyone! Still in disbelief!

@MissH123 I haven't really had anything apart from feeling on and off like I'm going to come on since Friday still have had it again today. I'm not 100% sure how many days DPO I am but I was due on Saturday/Sunday. I never show up early on tests either! I hope this helps you x

babymaybeeee · 06/05/2020 19:15

Has anyone that is due on the 13th tested yet and got anything positive?!

Skyla01 · 06/05/2020 19:12

@Mumabx great to see a bfp!

@LKSF I hope it isn't AF. Yeah we were about to go to the gp for tests before corona. Still feeling like we can do this ourselves hopefully!

LT87 · 06/05/2020 19:12

Hi @LKSF it’s so hard when your friends don’t understand. I also haven’t told my mum we’re ttc because I know she’d get her hopes up for grandchildren and I don’t want to disappoint her.

We’ve been trying for our first baby for almost two years now. We’ve had all the fertility tests, last month we had our results and everything is all fine so that’s a positive. Just hoping it happens soon for us because it’s so soul destroying every month waiting!
Hoping everyone gets their positive soon ☺️

Sussexbysea · 06/05/2020 18:15

@LKSF depending on the area you live, after 1 year, you could get help with trying for a baby. It also depends on whether you or your partner have children too.

NHS are eager to help parents to be.

Hey Ladies, would love to chat....it’s not the same talking to friends who get pregnant straight away so have no idea what you’re going through, I read this chat all the time but thought I’d bite the bullet and join in Smile

@Skyla01 I’m in the same position as you, I’ve been trying for baby #1 for 11months!
I’m due on my period tomorrow And currently have period cramps so I know it’s coming! :( starting to think it’s never going to happen!

Good luck everyone, my fingers are crossed that you all get your positives soon xx

MissH123 · 06/05/2020 17:29

Can anyone give me any advice..

so I got a positive OPK test (CB Digital) on CD15, DTD etc... I got EW discharge on CD15, 16 and 17 but since then my CM has completely dried up...

I've always read that if your CM dries up after ovulation that it's a negative sign??

Has anyone ever experienced this and got a BFP?

Sorry for TMI!

Thanks ladies X

SmileyT · 06/05/2020 17:08

@hayho87 how long have you been trying? I honestly am noticing so many things about my body that I never even knew existed before so have no clue if they are new or I wasn't looking before. I now think I can feel ovulation but could definitely just be trapped wind 🙈

I watched a really interesting video on YouTube the other day about the fact that pg symptoms kick in when hcg is released after implantation which is generally between 6-12dpo, so anything around 8dpo is probably just normal cycle symptoms. So I've decided to just ignore all the little twinges until at least 10dpo and then lose my mind for the last 4 days 🤣

Welcome @Positivetime and @MissH123

And massive congrats @Mumabx 🥳

Sussexbysea · 06/05/2020 16:23

@Mumabx such amazing news! You’re the first in this thread with a BFP!!!!!

MissH123 · 06/05/2020 16:17

@Mumabx omggg congratulations!!! So pleased x
How many DPO are you??? I'm dying to test and I have a digital CB sitting upstairs LOL also did you have any symptoms or anything??
So please for you x

LT87 · 06/05/2020 16:08

@raspberryjamlove I’m tracking my symptoms in an app this month too to try and stop me reading too much into every small change. This tww has been the worst!
@MissH123 Haha good to know I’m not the only one counting how many times I need a wee 😂

Mumabx · 06/05/2020 16:08

Hi everyone! Thank you for your comments. I bit the bullet and took a digital test and got a positive! Now to hope it works out this time! Wishing you all BFPs too!! X

@Positivetime love that 😂

Positivetime · 06/05/2020 15:05

Hi ladies can I join here? I’m CD22, about 7dpo and cycle 3. Didn’t really know what we were doing the first two months and this month tried OPK and SMEP plan.
Really wanting to be pregnant this month but I’ve been having AF like symptoms of sore boobs, stomach cramps since yesterday. I am symptom spotting like cray! And I will likely be testing on 15th May when AF should be due but I feel AF might be coming earlier this month.
Best of luck to you all ladies x

Sussexbysea · 06/05/2020 14:53

You know how the small things in life can make you happy? My local butcher had some minted lamb steaks and I nearly cried!

I think lockdown had finally got to me 😂

Would be lovely to get some BFPs wouldn't it? I also feel like I need some good news for at least some of us otherwise it's so deflating. Plenty of time yet and everything crossed for all of us Smile

MissH123 · 06/05/2020 13:54

I'm the same! I symptom spot like mad but tell myself not to!! My CM has dried up but having belly pain on and off all day yesterday and today! Never experienced this before!
AND just done my 6th wee of the day?!

I really really hope we can share our BFPs soon on this thread! Feel like I need some good news X

raspberryjamlove · 06/05/2020 13:49

@mumbax that looks positive congratulations!

How is everyone doing? I am going crazy symptom spotting. I've had full ache in my left side but that's been there on and off since ovulating and I'm having yellow cm most days I don't remember from before (tmi)! But...I am a terrible symptom spotter! I am actually tracking them in an app this month as hoping in future I won't read into them that much if I have a reminder I've had them before!

Smiling124 · 06/05/2020 13:30

Hi everyone,

Keep going, I think we are all feeling the same.. Its so hard not to symptom spot, trying to keep my mine busy with work, still seems such a long wait! Take care

MrsLully · 06/05/2020 13:29

Hi there!
We are trying for our second one. Our first is almost 16 months old and she was an accident (a happy one though Grin ) so a bit concerned about the logistics of the whole TTC to be honest.

MissH123 · 06/05/2020 11:29

Hi all, thought I'd join too!
I'm 6DPO and keep getting uncomfortable twinges, hoping this is my month🤞🏽 no signs with the boobs though! Baby dust to all X

Sussexbysea · 06/05/2020 11:25

@hayho87 yes, sensitive boobs and nipples are a certain sign of early pregnancy. Fingers crossed you get some tingles soon

@Mumabx looks positive to me too! Congrats!

They are known for evap lines if you leave them too long, but I’m sure this isn’t that.

BabyDust13 · 06/05/2020 11:10

hayho87 · 06/05/2020 11:02

@Mumabx looks like a good line to me! Congrats xx
