Hi all,

I joined a similar thread last month and found it really supportive. It’d be great to hear from others.

We’ve been trying for number 2 for two years now and each month gets more emotionally difficult. Xx

@Lottie3093 yay to a peak nearly in that TWW 🤞

Lottie3093 · 07/05/2020 19:26

@bluebubbles12 aww good, I'm pleased for you.
Its the first time Ive used opks too and like you its a good job as my fertile window on my apps was showing as finished on 2nd when it actually started on the 3nd!

Good luck!

bluebubbles12 · 07/05/2020 19:08

@Lottie3093 I just came back on here to say that I've finally got my peak too! I'm on CD18, so ovulation most likely CD19 and the past two months my cycles have been 28 days and 29 days, so I'm hoping this month will be a longer cycle too 🤞

It's my first month using opks and I'm so glad I am because my apps were saying ovulation on Monday, so I may have got my timings all wrong without them!

So I'll no doubt be testing a bit later than most people on here, but I hope to see lots of BFPs soon!

Lottie3093 · 07/05/2020 16:38

@SmileyT thanks i hope so, im CD22 today and finally got a peak on opk. Im hoping for a longer cycle this month for a longer leutal phase 🤞🏼🤞🏼

lucymagoo · 07/05/2020 16:22

@Sussexbysea @Skyla01 yes think I'll test again tomorrow, it's clear in the pic before it got uploaded and turned up in the time frame etc etc so I'm quite hopeful it's not an evap or anything. But yes very very faint and stronger on one end than the other so who knows. I'm 8dpo today and AF due on 12th according to my app.

Skyla01 · 07/05/2020 16:17

@LKSF I know I hate having to tell DP too, feels like a double blow!

@lucymagoo I can't see a line but it's still early- try again in a few days and hopefully it is more obvious then.

Sussexbysea · 07/05/2020 16:03

@lucymagoo can’t see anything on the picture but sometimes things are clearer in person. Will you take another tomorrow or wait a few days? Are you late or due soon?

@MissH123 you're stronger than me!! Grin yes will keep you updated thank you Thanks

MissH123 · 07/05/2020 15:02

@lucymagoo so hard waiting though isn't it!!🤣 I'm 7dpo and I have 3 tests upstairs ready and waiting but they have been there for some time🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm going to text next week some point!

I hope the line is darker tomorrow!! Please keep us posted and sending you positive vibes!!!💕

lucymagoo · 07/05/2020 14:48

@MissH123 yeah I should have bought more! I assumed I'd have more restraint apparently. It appeared in the time limit. Will retest tomorrow or the next day with a corner shop test 😂

MissH123 · 07/05/2020 14:40

Omg I want to see it in person! @lucymagoo
Have you just taken the 1 test??? Xx

lucymagoo · 07/05/2020 14:16

Ok mumsnet has compressed the image and it's completely erased it 😂 I swear on my phone the line is much clearer

lucymagoo · 07/05/2020 14:12

I am 8dpo and gave in, used my last FRER. Does anyone else see anything?? I swear I see a faint faint line

LKSF · 07/05/2020 13:23

Thanks everyone....Just want to go outside and scream with frustration!!! Hardest part is having to tell my husband the bad news....yet again😭 xx

Skyla01 · 07/05/2020 13:21

@LKSF oh no! Be kind to yourself and maybe a glass of something? Sending you positive vibes for your new cycle xx

LT87 · 07/05/2020 13:20

AF has just arrived 😭 maybe my turn will be next month.

Good luck to you that will be testing soon 🤞🏼xxx

lucymagoo · 07/05/2020 12:20

@CEW19 I've heard they're less sensitive but not sure by how much, I'm wondering too because I'm 8dpo and only have 1 FRER left, but 2 digitalis. I'm going to struggle not to use it and then kick myself for wasting it too early Grin

Skyla01 · 07/05/2020 11:27

@CEW19 I don't have any personal experience but I believe the digital ones are less sensitive so are not do likely to pick up a positive if you are testing early.

I would just drink the prosecco anyway! Grin

Skyla01 · 07/05/2020 11:25

Welcome @ktl1a sorry about your mc that sounds really tough. I think a lot of symptoms can be in our heads / feel stronger if we think about them. So perhaps since you're a bit more relaxed you aren't noticing things as much?

@BernadetteSunday try searching for "betina Rae gentle yoga for the tww". She has a whole YouTube channel of stuff. I might try and do the routine today.

Sounds like lots of us are at that tricky stage around 8dpo- it's getting closer but still too early to do anything! Sending positive vibes to you all xx

CEW19 · 07/05/2020 11:24

Hi Ladies, thought i'd jump on and ask for some advice. On cycle 3 trying for first baby. AF due on Sunday - my birthday - so really want to test before so that i can either have a birthday surprise or a bottle of prossecco to drown my sorrows! I have two CB digital tests, how accurate are they compared to strip tests in testing early? anyone had experience getting early BFP (big fat positive) or got a negative then a positive a few days later? Is it too early to tell? the stress is killing me! haha
