TTC after miscarriage - May 2020

@smileyt my symptoms so far have been twinges and cramps, stabbing pains in my boobs extremely tired and bigger appetite although I have a 7 month old who is teething so I'm not getting much sleep at the minute so all my symptoms could be related to my little teething monster x

@Hayleylou89 yes I took both digital and cheapie and both negative and then then at 16:20
I took a cheapie and it was a high (not a peak on digital intelligence in app) but took a digital in same sample and that came up peak static smiley face x

Aw @2020wish that must be hard going having to listen/read about their journey, you would think they would be a bit more sensitive, but like @Renna says people don't understand until they have went through it. Well in saying that one of my sister in laws who has suffered a MC herself told us when she was 7 and half weeks cause she got an early scan and it was 3 weeks since my MC. At the time I didn't really think anything of it but now that I've had time to think about why didn't she just wait until she was a bit further on to tell us. Xx

@2020wish that's hard going hun. Luckily I dont have any close friends pg ... yet ... I keep thinking about one of them announcing it I'd find it so so hard. Does seem unfair they're not considering how thats going to make you feel listening to all that. I dont think people understand until its happened to them xx it will happen for you soon babe xxx until then you have us xx

@HE88 @Renna glad I don’t feel alone. A lot of my friends are pregnant. Really close ones and they were so excited that I was joining the journey with them and now I feel like I’ve to avoid them all cause it kills me everything they are texting about their pregnancy symptoms or appointments and due dates even tho they know I’ve just mc less than 2 weeks ago

@Mommybear05 @HE88 I know what you all mean. I've been feeling positive about things but then just hit me this afternoon.. saw a pg announcement of an old friend on fb . My heart sank too. I feel like pissed off and angry more than sad this PM .. frustrating . Makes you go through all sorts of emotions. But again I expected her to be pg years ago as she got married years ago and thought they would have a kid sooner so never know their story and what theyve been through too . And people may view us that way one day I guess . Xxx

@SmileyT cycle twin how's it going ? Have you started symptom spotting yet ?, I'm trying not to but I've had a few but that's probably because I've been thinking about it my Ovia app is also telling me to test in 4 days so I think I probably will although it's an awful feeling when you get the stark white negative x

@Mommybear05 tbh I'm just trying to forget about it not sure how I'll be when the babies are born though as they are due pretty close to when I would have been due.
I know people don't mean anything by it, it's just a passing comment they make. Xx

@Mommybear05 ah, thats why people should never ask when you're having a baby regardless of whether you have none or 4 children already! You never know the situation.

@he88 yes I think I do remember you saying that. That must be tough being so close to home. I’m kind of avoiding pregnant friends. Just can’t deal. The neighbours daughter I don’t know so well so it doesn’t really bother me, until I get asked when we’re having another 🙈 and then it stings! But people mean nothing by it. Xx

@2020wish it's such a horrible feeling I guess we just need to try and keep positive and hope that our time will come. Also realise that it's ok to feel sad/angry about other people's announcements, after all we are only human. Xx

@HE88 I know actually how u feel, I’m heart scared of any of my family or friends announcing pregnancies before me as I will be heart broken. I’ve a feeling my sister will :( I seen a girl in shops today with a baby bump and my heart sank

@Mommybear05 I'm still in the zone that I can't bare to hear news about other people's pregnancies. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this but both my sister in laws are pregnant one from hubby's side and the other on my side. When I found out it was my heart had been totally ripped out. Anyway I am slowly coming to terms with it but today my brother text today to say that they are having a boy which is lovely but it still hurts 😔 so I totally get what you mean about sore spots xx

Never mind my rant this morning about never thinking I was going to ovulate this month. Got my peak there now on cheapies and digital from like 0 this morning. Never been so happy 😁 when should I start to see a change in the bbt?

@Isittimeforbubblesyet hi :) yes sometimes it’s nice to take a break and staying away from the phone definitely helps with that! Your luteal phase needs to be ten days for implantation I think so you still have time :) fingers crossed for you too.

@SmileyT apprently af is due 15th but it’s telling me to test in three days. I won’t be testing in three days! I’ll test after the 15th if we get that far!

So girls as we know I’m all feeling positive this month. And thEn today I find out neighbours daughter expecting twins (lovely 😊) but then they’re like ‘oh when will you have more? You don’t want to leave it too long!’ People are unaware of my sore spots! I’m still trying not to let it get me down though! It will happen when it happens 😊

I hope you are all well. Sorry it's been a while but have been trying to manage my anxiety in the evenings so have been keeping away from my phone.

Having a quick read through, it looks like there have been a few BFP's which is great! These stories really do give me hope.

I'm currently on CD15 with flashing smileys for the past 3 days. Getting a bit stressed now as I usually have a 28/29 cycle so was thinking ovulation would have happened by now. Not having much luck on the cheapies either so am worried it might not even be in with a chance this month

Lots of luck to those on the 2WW or coming up to their fertile week!

I'm purposely buying the small bottles of wine ... if I bought the big ones I'd drink it all 😂

@SmileyT partial to a bottle haha. Honestly I couldn’t. Two glasses of wine and I’m sick! But one is nice for me. Yes it’s that fourth week of waiting that’s tricky. Ovia is telling me to test before af is due for some reason. I’m not going to. Af due Friday so I’ve got a weeks wait ahead 🙄 xx
