@lostfrequencies TMI but my brown discharge became heavier this morning and it has now started to turn dark red so I really think it’s my period. 😫 just wondered what your bleeding was like with your 1st because I’m so confused as to why I’m getting the faint lines on the pregnancy tests

I’ve done another test this morning and it still very light. I don’t think it has darkened at all. What does everyone else think?
This was definitely within the 5 minutes though today.
I’m hopefully getting some one step early pregnancy strips getting delivered today too so I have saved my urine in the bathroom (disgusting I know) so I can test with them if they arrive soon.

So pleased for everyone that has had a BFP this month. I’m going to have a moan though So fed up. I’m a day late but just got another BFN with fmu using a CB. It’s so emotionally draining. I’m struggling with dealing with DS who resembles Velcro and everything that is coming with lockdown and the emotional rollercoaster of this too. Sorry for whinge

From personal experience I have never seen a line like this on a FR that’s an indent ? Fingers crossed xx

I see the same kind of line as yesterday. I think it's just the indent I'm looking at way TMI but I get these hormonal spots on the inside of my thighs each month around when AF starts and I can see one brewing so I think I'm out.

@EmmaA91 completely understand where you’re coming from. This is only me second cycle trying and I had the same mind frame! It’s just scary isn’t it and the 2WW and then getting your period is the worst feeling. Don’t worry, every woman feels the same. Have you tried using ovulation testing strips to track you ovulation? I started doing this this cycle and it helps give you an idea of when you are ovulating. For example, the app I had told me I would ovulate on day 14 and I actually ovulate on day 18/19 so if you haven’t got something like that, you could be baby dancing on completely the wrong days!!! Just a thought. But even if you are using these, I think every woman is different and it’s completely normal for it to take time so don’t worry. Just try and stay as calm as you can and it will happen - that’s at least what I keep telling myself lol!

Hi guus, I would like to join this thread as you all seen very nice and going through the same thing I am. My husband and I (both 29 this year) are trying for our first baby, we've been trying since January after I had my mirena coil removed after eight years. We assumed it would be easy and would conceive quickly alas, it appears not. I made the error of thinking every twinge, every stomach ache or sore body parts meant I was pregnant and gave been sorely disappointed every time my period has come. I've got myself het up, convinced we can't conceive and I'm actually infertile and then I have to have a word with myself and realise I'm panicking too early and we've got to give it time. But I'm sure a few can relate! Once that switch is flipped, there's no switching it off. All I can see are babies everywhere! Sorry for the essay, I don't have many others I can talk to about it!

@Nannon145 I know I got carried away the first month lol it is easy to get excited, but I dunno this time feels different I do have different mood swings 😅 like one minute I'm furious for no reason just someone eating can grate on me but 5 minutes later I'm fine lol 😆 yea I will hold off testing until next week I'm so impatient though lol 😆 thanks for your advice xxxx

@vikki414 them symptoms could all be symptoms of pregnancy but also, from previous experience, sometimes you can get a bit carried away of noticing everything in your body and think you’re having all these symptoms when you are not. Maybe take a test when your 13/14DPO if you can last till then? My fingers are crossed for you!!!

@49louise96 it’s hard to tell really. I’ve heard bad things about blue dye tests so maybe try with a first response test. They seem to pick things up a lot better than other tests. Also, with the fact it only really shows when it’s dry, you can’t really go by then results because you’re meant to read in the time window. Maybe try again in a couple of days with FMU with a different type of test? I really hope you get your positive x

Hi can I join?

I was due on Monday and took a test same day. Got nothing until after the test dried and was clear so guessed it was evap line.

When I took a test yesterday I still could see nothing until it had completely dried. Not sure if it is evap line or a very faint positive. It’s so hard to get a photo this is all I could manage. What do you all think?

I didn’t take the test with fmu but have a spare to do tomorrow.

Hiya is it OK to join in? I'm 9dpo but I need some advice or thoughts, me and my partner have only really started ttc, I came off the pill back in February and we are in our 3rd month now and I've started getting some symptoms that I've never had before, my breasts have been tender for the last 2 weeks since my last AF, I've been getting lower back pain and like a dull ache as if I'm about to start af, but nothing is happening, I'm getting the occasional dizzy spell but nothing major and my appetite has grown a little. I don't want to get ahead of myself but I would really appreciate some thoughts xxxx

I know, that’s what I’m doing. Just waiting and seeing. Not getting my hopes up either. Just wish this spotting would stop 😩

Fingers crossed for you @Nannon145 I bled twice in my first pregnancy - just a few days after the BFP and then at 18 weeks. Both scary and I remember thinking oh that's it, it's all over. But now he's 3.5y! It's horrible having that feeling of impending doom and like it's too good to be true. But all you can do is wait, annoying but it's the truth!

@Nfox2591 Hi! 2WW is horrible. This is only my 2nd month and I’d never imagine it to be like this. In regards to the discharge, it’s very possible. Pink or brown is usually what they say the implantation bleeding could be! My fingers are crossed for you.

@lostfrequencies it’s so addictive. It’s scary how addictive it gets!!! And even when we see them 2nd lines, it’s not good enough. I’m seeing 2nd lines but getting this brown discharge and I just can’t shake the feeling that something isn’t right!

Ah thanks guys. Will try to hold out til Friday but feel like I'm very likely to cave tomorrow morning. I'm due to do the food shop soon so will no doubt just pick up some more. It's addictive isn't it. You'd think I'd be over the addiction by now - TTC my DS took 18 months, and I'm now on my 9th cycle TTC again!

Hey all, hope you don’t mind me commenting.
I’m cycle 1 TTC number 1 and 9DPO. I’m in the TWW and it’s driving me insane. So much for we’ll just stop not trying!!
I did a first response test today which was negative. I’ve just been to the toilet and noticed the slightest amount of pinkish milky discharge (TMI sorry) had a few sharp pains the last couple of days. AF is due next Monday. Do you think this could be implantation bleeding?

And my first one on Monday! They look very similar to both mine and @jaylou7. Don’t lose hope @lostfrequencies. ❤️❤️❤️

@lostfrequencies I see the slightest bit of a line too!!!!!! Try and hold out until Friday and do the test with FMU. But I know it can be so hard to wait!!!! So if you feel like you can’t wait, just try and make sure you do tomorrow’s with FMU!!

I feel so silly posting this after such a clear positive!

My 2 FRERs arrived today and I am so bloody predictable because I did one within 5 mins of the post coming, even though it was just a 2 hour hold in the middle of the day. As per usual I have made my eyes go crossed by staring at it so much and I feel like I can see the slightest suggestion of a line. Probably just the indent... Or maybe even nothing at all!

Now to try and hold out til Friday....
