Hi all,

Now in my TWW. We have been trying for DC #2 since October 19 and I had a chemical early March.

I usually use Clearblue Dig Ovulation tests but this month I just used cheapie OPK's.

Fingers and toes crossed 🤞🏻

Would love you hear all of your TTC stories.

K x

I've got one for you ladies. But I don't know what to think. I took a frer test super early this morning because I couldn't sleep and thought I seen the faintest I'd faint lines within the 3 minute window but chalked it up as possibly indent because it was so faint. Forgot about the test and woke up this morning to this. The test is about 6 hours old so I know I shouldn't have been looking. I planned on throwing it in the bin when I realised I forgot to last night but noticed it before I chucked it. Any thoughts? I'm 9dpo today and looked at late frer before and have never had this.

I've got my fingers and toes crossed! it's a good sign if you have similar symptoms! I think I'm gonna try to wait til 24th but I'm not sure I can 😂

KSI88 · 17/04/2020 12:08

@incywincyspiders I have the same symptoms I had when I was pregnant in Feb so I hope this is my month. Trying to wait as long as I can. Got a BFP at 11dpo last time which would be either 22/4 or 23/4 as I'm not sure whether I'm 5 or 6dpo. When are you going to test?

incywincyspiders · 17/04/2020 11:14

@KSI88 think I'm just reading into everything.. when do you plan on testing lovely? you're the same as me aren't you?(5dpo)

KSI88 · 17/04/2020 11:08

@incywincyspiders Fingers crossed this is a symptom for you. Mines are darker too and my nipples do seem bigger. Here's hoping.

OP posts:
incywincyspiders · 17/04/2020 10:58

Because it's an obvious change of colour! usually my nipples are quite light but they are darker and look more swollen than usual. AF not due for another week so don't think it's cos of that.

DontStandSoClose · 17/04/2020 10:43

How do you stare at your nipples long enough to notice 😆 are changing nipples a thing?

DontStandSoClose · 17/04/2020 10:41

@Dimosaur if we have managed to get pregnant I know we will face judgement (from my in-laws not my family) and people will 100% take the mick out of us having a corona baby, even though we have been wanting a 3rd for a year and had planned it! They’ll assume it was a case of locked in the house together. I’ve decided if we are we won’t tell anyone until 20 weeks, it’ll give my in-laws less time to judge us 🤣.

My period is due today, no signs yet... I think my husband is going to the shop either later or tomorrow so he can get a test then unless my period puts in an appearance. I don’t have any symptoms at all, but I didn’t with my other pregnancies, I only started to feel anything after 6/7 weeks.

incywincyspiders · 17/04/2020 10:37

Guys, my nipples have got darker (tmi)... I don't want to symptom spot but it's really hard with stuff like this 😂😂

Dimosaur · 17/04/2020 01:06

@dontstandsoclose I feel the same about a positive pregnancy test, altho I really want another baby, I'm so nervous about being pregnant again, the nausea, sickness.

I think with my first I was oblivious, but now I know what's coming! Haha
Plus with what's going on in the world, I'm worried family will think we're silly to be trying!

Had left side cramps tonight, I'm only 1dpo though!
Told myself I wouldn't get caught up in symptom spotting!

Chan098 · 17/04/2020 01:03

Thank u very much my period Usually happen the same time every month just not sure what day it was x

serialplanner · 17/04/2020 00:55

@Chan098 Hi lovely. I hope you are okay. There's a lot to consider here including your cycle length and it might only be possible to work out by a test. However, in general if an average cycle is 28 days and most people ovulate around 14 days after, that would suggest you conceived with your second partner if your period started on 21st Feb as a general ovulation would be 6th March.

This isn't an exact science though at all and there are a lot of factors to consider so you should talk to a medical professional xxx

Chan098 · 17/04/2020 00:11

I Wondering if any one could help me I am pregnant don’t know how far I am and I had 2 sexual partners one on 29 feb and 6 March 2020
My period is roughly 20 or 21 feb could anyone help

DontStandSoClose · 17/04/2020 00:08

If I'm honest I feel a bit Confused about seeing a positive with everything going on at the moment, we don't really have time to wait though! I freaked out both times I got pregnant before, the first planned but i anticipated it'd take months and it didn't, totally freaked! Second was a few months before we even planned to start trying, again a freak out. Common theme really. I was hoping the third would be immediate joy and not a freak out followed by joy like the others! I guess it must be my standard reaction lol. Even if it takes months I bet I still have my moment of "oh god what have we done" Grin

Aluasen · 16/04/2020 22:01

@DontStandSoClose I'd be tempted to move my food shop a little earlier so I can get some tests 😂 I have no self control though. I am a POAS addict!

DontStandSoClose · 16/04/2020 21:50

I still don't feel like my period is brewing, I often spot a teeny bit of brown (tmi I know) the day before but nothing so far 👀. My periods have jumped around a little since my second child though, my cycle used to always be 28 days, spot on, but after breastfeeding for 2 1/2 years they haven't settled. Generally speaking it's now shortened to 26 days but I have the odd longer 28 and even 30 day cycle. So a late period by a day or 2 wouldn't be unusual. I think my husband has completely forgotten we actually tried this month, he's not even asked when my period is due!

KSI88 · 16/04/2020 20:53

I feel the same with the thirst ladies. I've drank loads today. Wish it was time to test! I've even looked up sneezing as an early sign of pregnancy. Yes, this lockdown has made me lose the plot. I'll need to avoid Googling symptoms!

MissAR · 16/04/2020 20:47

@laura214 Google can be so mean sometimes isn't it?!🙄
If this won't lead me to bfp, I hope it will be over until my testing day as it gets difficult to take a reliable test with such a diluted urine.

laura214 · 16/04/2020 20:34

MissAR I feel the same today so thirsty and my lips feel cracked and dry! Have been good and only drinking water and enough of it but still really thirsty. I googled it too and it came up but won't know until test. I supposed!

MissAR · 16/04/2020 20:13

Also @Olivia2020 I think exercising in your TWW is in fact really good.My Ovia app keeps telling me this so often that I think she can see me laying on my couch doing nothing.I don't think extreme workout is good but I don't see a problem with running and easy things.I m too lazy so no exercising for me and still nothing so...

MissAR · 16/04/2020 20:06

Hey, just wondering if you ever heard about dry mouth and being really thirsty as a sign of pregnancy? Since last night I m drinking like crazy and my mouth its still really dry even after drinking...I could easily drink a river now and still need more lol.
I won't classify this as a sign but my mouth felt really wierd and don t know what evil spirit made me google it and of course is somewhere on the list(at this point i feel like everything you feel might be pregnancy related after reading what google says🙄)
So would like to hear your thoughts 🙏🏻maybe this will bring me back to earth 😄

incywincyspiders · 16/04/2020 17:46

I might just be symptom spotting and honestly could just be my body still adjusting from not being on the pill but I have had nausea and a weird taste in my mouth all day. My nipples are so sore. I'm only 4dpo (maybe 5 max).. it's unrealistic that these are symptoms right?

Olivia2020 · 16/04/2020 13:29

No scientific evidence lol just a lot of google searching! I basically want someone to say live your normal life in the 2ww, when in reality we all know that's hard haha

DontStandSoClose · 16/04/2020 12:35

I'm only telling you circumstantial evidence, have you read a scientific paper that suggests it makes a difference? I'm no fertility expert I'm just going off my own experience. i mean I wouldn't attempt the marathon des sables in my 2 week wait lol, but 5 mile around the block I'm sure you'll be fine.

Olivia2020 · 16/04/2020 12:18

Thanks @DontStandSoClose so even during your tww? In my head I'm imagining implantation not happening because of lots of movement or something like that
