I've created us all another thread as we filled the last one!

@mommybear05 I had no idea how long I'd feed for. I never thought I'm definitely going to bf, once he was born though, all I wanted was to get bf right. Every time he woke in the hospital i buzzed for the midwives to check we had got the latch right.

He's already asked more today than he did yesterday and has been difficult to distract!

I'm starting to doubt that test just had a feel up there to see about CP and I swear it's moved lower and still quite firm .

I've got no cramps at all which I should have by now as AF due tomorrow but still have slight back ache unless AF is gonna be late on me again which means my cycle have changed yet again !

I don't know

Guess il find out tomorrow gonna be a long night I think ! X

francis05 · 21/04/2020 16:24

Thinn she might be on her way, just had some brown tinged cm, and cramps x

Bellabubble · 21/04/2020 15:01

@Niisa Oo that’s good to know - I shall check out amazon! I don’t normally get spotting, my body has always decided to go full on from the get go 😂 so fingers crossed! I’m usually 27 or 29 days - so to be 24 is a little weird!

I have been doing ok positivity wise since my mc, but I had a friend just announce her pregnancy to me and our friends - and it’s got me down as hubby and I really want a baby! It feels like no one was pregnant before I started trying, and after I had a mc lots of people I know are having babies! I wasn’t even aware she had a boyfriend so I’m also feeling a bit guilty that I’m a rubbish friend lol!

@Hayleylou89 Yeah will try stay hopeful considering unlikely it would pick up even if I were pg then.. now just to resist the Frer's… are you holding off using yours until tomo/thurs when AF late ? xX So hard not to let your mind wander to things like that isn't it. But you are very right focusing on the positives that you can enjoy all these things once out of lockdown properly xx I thought Id be relaxed etc too but founding myself more wound up ..I have a feeling its because first month properly TTC since a loss though … bound to change the way I handle it I guess XX

Hayleylou89 · 21/04/2020 14:25

@renna reason im ttc during lockdown is because its probably the most relaxed and calm everyones lives will be to be able to conceive and those first 12 weeks at least would be perfect in lockdown especially if u feel morning sickness etc which i did for a few weeks x

Hayleylou89 · 21/04/2020 14:23

@renna yeah the ones u used arnt very sensitive so not suprised u got bfn at 10 dpo so dnt lose hope!! mine are pretty sensitive but they are cheapies so im holding onto hope they are just rubbish haha 🤦🏽‍♀️ x
I know how u feel about thinking about things and what should of been, it would have been my baby shower on saturday, the only reason i havnt lost the plot completely over it is because of this covid thing going on and knowing it would of been cancelled anyway so in hindsight the experience would have been taken from me anyway which somehow makes that milestone easiee to deal with aswell as even giving birth without my mum... although she was there for Bonnies birth it was completely horrific experience so if everything was fine right now she wouldnt of been able to be at my first babys birth all these things kinda makes it all a bit easier to deal with as we all want our pregnancy / birth experience to be as it should be and not on lockdown xx

Donnat89 · 21/04/2020 13:57

@Renna 10DPO is really early , so don't loose hope yet and get some tests with lower miu

@Niisa thanks hun I really hope it's not a trick !

Xxx

Niisa · 21/04/2020 13:47

@Donnat89 congrats hun! I’ve read that getting a false positive is rare so stay positive! Have everything crossed for you xxxx

Niisa · 21/04/2020 13:46

@Renna I’ve also caved and ordered some internet cheapies for the first time ever - should be arriving tomorrow so will test then. They’re supposedly highly sensitive and can be used 6 days before missed AF - they’re 10mIU/ml so will see. I think mIU/ml is more sensitive than IU/ml xx

Niisa · 21/04/2020 13:42

@Bellabubble superdrug did the same thing with me 3 weeks ago when I wanted to test for a -ve after my MC - amazon has been my go to since. Slightly cheaper, £10.40 for the double pack weeks indicator rather than £13.99 (which makes a difference when you order obsessively hides eyes )

Spotting may not necessarily be a bad thing unless you’ve had them before. I’ve been spotting on/off for the last week and still no sign of AF. According to my app, AF is due today (CD26) and that’s unheard of for me too. She’s always come CD28 or CD29 xx

Renna · 21/04/2020 13:41

Thanks @donnat89 just had a little google what mIU/ml means in tests and I think I get it now. So probably wasn't much help using that cheapie at 10dpo. So need to keep positive for remaining TWW not look into it too much xx

Donnat89 · 21/04/2020 13:31

@Renna I had one of those days recently and they are horrid , 25miu is clear blue standard so shouldn't be used for early testing if that helps

It's still early for you so still a chance x

Renna · 21/04/2020 13:06

@Hayleylou89 Yeah I felt like I had to do something as I was just over thinking, feel a bit calmer I guess but still gutting seeing a BFN.

I use the femometer ones which came with a box of my ovulation cheapie opks - Ive just checked the instructions it says 25IU/ml .. I don't even know what that means?

Just having one of those days where I feel down and rubbish and thinking about what should have been :( xx

Hayleylou89 · 21/04/2020 12:55

@Renna .... ahh u caved still very early as u know tho.. dnt feel bad we all do it 🙈....what ones did u use? Mine say they are 10miu and frer are about 6miu xx

Donnat89 · 21/04/2020 11:40

@Renna I couldn't tell you about them as I really do not know , I would suspect they are not very sensitive though if they say from day period is due xxxx

Renna · 21/04/2020 11:30

@temogemo sorry for your loss xxx I had ERPC on 2nd march . SorryAF showed that is frustrating but is good you got the negative results so you know theres no retained tissue .. I'd say maybe use an app to predict when you af should have been based on surgery being cd 1. And then what cd you would be on now if AF did show .. so you have a bit of an idea .. I have a 28 day cycle and my af came 30th march so yours may be similar. And my next af due Sunday. And I'd say maybe start doing opks every day and look out for a peak so you then know you have ovulated and then you can have an idea of what your cycle is xxx I have seen some people can take 8 weeks to get af so hopefully shell come in the Next week and you can start a fresh but deffo worth doing the opks in case your cycle completely changed xxx

Renna · 21/04/2020 11:27

@Donnat89 the ones that came with my femometer ovulation test cheapies in the same pack. Xx

Hi all, apologies about barging in on the thread - just didn't think this would warrant a new thread and thought you'd all understand/be able to give some advice?

I had my D&C 7 weeks ago on March 3rd and I've patiently been waiting AF to return and nothing yet, I've had x2 negative tests so know HCG from miscarriage has now gone.
I am desperate to start TTC again and wanted to wait for my first cycle but I'm just getting to the point of not wanting to wait anymore. But don't really know how to 'try' without being able to track ovulation, TWW etc

So any advice/experiences of trying without AF returning would be helpful, thanks x

dinosaur17 · 21/04/2020 11:16

@Donnat89 Congratulations! X

Donnat89 · 21/04/2020 11:15

@Renna what ones are they ? X

Donnat89 · 21/04/2020 11:15

@Renna defo still too early ! I have my fingers crossed for you xxx

Renna · 21/04/2020 11:14

@Hayleylou89 @Donnat89 the instructions on my cheapies say to use on day of missed period so guess they're not as sensitive xx

Renna · 21/04/2020 11:13

@Hayleylou89 okay I'm obvs not that patient ... just used my first IC and got a BFN ..thought I had to do something because I couldnt switch off from thinking about it . Hopefully will make me stop over thinking a bit 🙄 just need to think like you now that theres still a chance as only 10dpo. .. I was tempted to use a frer but today is literally just about 6 days before AF due. So I'll wait to use them . Xx

Donnat89 · 21/04/2020 11:11

@Hayleylou89 yes I'm the same I should have cramps by now but nothing like I usually get , it's a hard one as my body likes
To change things up now and again

Yes I have I dipped one and was BFN . So that isn't helping me feel too optimistic but as I said I know a few that have shown BFN for weeks in cheapys and confirmed BFP on others so it's a difficult one . They work I'm sure I'm just not convinced they are as sensitive as they claim .

Xxxx

Bellabubble · 21/04/2020 11:11

Less than half an hour after my last post and I have spotting 🙄 so thinking AF is on her way - although that makes this a 24day cycle - which is unheard of for me! 🤞🏻 My cycles get more predictable soon! I’m definitely holding out for some BFP messages in here soon xx
