TTC after miscarriage - April 2020 part 2

@Renna I was thinking the same about being in here less but the support is so good , it's difficult not to think about TTC especially being in lock down . It's difficult isn't it .

I am using OPKS for the first time this cycle I'm hoping it will make the TWW less stress full by knowing exactly when i ovulated though . We shall see

I'm on CD 3 now and AF is pretty much done so I've had a really light AF this time round , I don't get really heavy ones anyway but this is defo really light so not sure if I should be worried ?

@Hayleylou89 I noticed I had bloodshot CM yday so didnt count as CD1 but this morning AF in full flow ... so I'd count the day you got your full flow as CD1 even if it was in the evening. Xx
My cramps are pretty sore and its heavier than my last AF which was first one after MC which was really light barely lasted more than a day. But I kinda feel glad it's back to like it was before being heavier as we were talking about thin linings after MC before werent we so makes me feel like it's a signal my lining thickening up properly again x

I like the look of the ava bracelet as looks like its easier than doing temp every morning. But I'm debating with myself how much to do this next cycle ... I feel like it consumed me too much this month.. I guess it's hard not to when first proper cycle after MC .and it all hit me hard yday . DH was saying maybe I should do less tracking or coming on the threads . I find it helps talking to you ladies though.. I feel like you're my friends now lol ! Cant imagine not chatting to you but I get what he means . Chatting on here daily like I have been just makes me think about TTC more and about our loss .. so I think next cycle I'll just try going in the thread less .
It's just so hard at the mo to be able to be occupied with anything else whilst In lockdown ... but focusing on diet and exercise it is !!

Iv ordered an AVA bracelet on ebay and realised after getting it that it doesnt usually work for ppl with longer than 35 day cycles 🤦🏽‍♀️...but im going to try it and see if its any good and if anythin it should still pin point ovulation by looking at the charts and it meant to be good for when you actually get pregnant too, ill still be doing my opks but just not until about cd18 🙄.... really really hate my long cycles x x

No luck for me either this month 😓 my temp dropped yday but went back up this morning.
But I've got cramping and when checking CP/CM its bloodshot so AF arriving today I reckon. Was due to arrive tomorrow so this has been a 27 day cycle, before MC shortest I'd have is 28 days sometimes 29 -30 days . But seems like now they are 27/28 day cycles .
Just shows can do everything right in fertile period but still not get a BFP ! I got my peak and DTD plenty before peak during and after ! And used conceive plus which worked for hs before MC ... think this cycle I may need to relax with it all a bit more though. I found this TWW really hard . Need to be less obsessive .... but not sure how 🤷‍♀️ xxxx

@Niisa sorry AF got you - she got me too this morn!! After 4 days of spotting (which I have never had before, so there was a part of me really hoping it could be IB) Fingers crossed next month is our month :) xx

AF got me ladies! She just came - well, I think as it’s heavier than the discharge I’ve been getting and I’ve had something left on a pad for once! This means I’ve had a 29 day cycle which is what I had before MC. Glad my cycle has been so on point the even my MC started on my normal period day of the month. I’m joining the May bus but will stick around too so hoping to hear some positives in here xxx

@Renna - my temp was down this morning too! A teeny bit below my cover line, still spotting, but less than yesterday. This would be day 4 though - so I’m not sure that would be classed as IB!

Now I don’t know what to do about testing - whether to wait until mid next week perhaps? I can’t say I have had any symptoms really either way! A bit crampy and lower back ache, but last time I would get really dizzy and had really painful boobs - and they usually ache even before AF - but now - nothing! I have had a proper AF since mc so it be weird for this to be so so light. Feeling really disheartened with my body at the moment!

@Renna ahh ok that makes a massive difference if uv temped twice it does effect it cos uv already woken up and moved about earlier ur still in until she arrives. 🙏

Im ok just the normal tummy pains and backache that comes with it 😒 xx

@Hayleylou89 had the odd thing I think could be pg related but think I'm just symptom spotting . Like felt a bit dizzy light headed yday. And this low back pain still hasnt gone yet but only a day and a half through the antibiotics so could still be infection related 🤷‍♀️ just realised I did 2 temps this morning lol I woke up at 2.30am and did one ... I think I thought it was morning time to get up lol .. then did it at 5.30am. The one at 5.30am was a lot lower so may also not be very accurate ... still not very hopeful though. Seeing temp drop almost feels like seeing BFN lol .. cant win 🙄🙄 hope AF not treating you so bad ! Xx

@Renna yeah cp is hard to take as anything its more just cm during ovulation that u can depend on it for.. but hopefully its just ur tabs doing this with ur temp 🙏🙏 have u had many more pg symptoms x x

@Hayleylou89 yeahh it's gone below the cover line. But was still high yday so it's just shot right down like not even gone down gradually 🤔 no signs or symptoms of AF and would be very usual for her to arrive before 28 days (sunday) some times even comes CD29 .. she did last month so thatd be Monday 🤷‍♀️ just wait and see I guess ! But doesnt make me feel confident .. and its first time I've checked my CP and it's high and actually feels soft for once ! Typical haha but I've never really trusted checking my CP xx

@renna oh noooo, is it still above the coverline?... i dnt usually come on until it goes below coverline you see..here is my graph i think the day before AF it dropped and was only 1 degree above the cover line and then dropped alot yesterday then got af in the evening :( xx

How are u girls!! Im not even out of bed yet the AF cramps are awful 🙄... on a happier not it is officially CD 1 ...predicted ovulation is a CD 24 sooo a long way off yet .. really hope we get some April BFPS though xx Ill be on the May Bus xx

@Hayleylou89 hey xx how many days before AF did you temp drop ? Mines dropped today 🙄😥 I thought it should drop the same day you get AF .. shes not due for 3 days . Or did your temp drop when on antibiotics at all? Just seems weird its dropped so soon 🤷‍♀️ xxx

@Hayleylou89 yeah I did that last month, started testing early and then got annoyed that nothing seemed to be happening! Xx

@Wishingfornumber2 i know i plan to spend the first two weeks not even thinking about it and then start testing with opks a week or so before predicted ovualtion, last month i started testing way too early so it dragged xx
