Anyone testing around 20th April?

Hey all, just an update..

My period is now 7 days late and I have taken a test this afternoon and I feel like there is a faint line but I might be going crazy... will be taking another in the morning and hopefully it’s darker.. can anyone else see the line ? Does it look like a evap line ?

@Whitey5 I'm not late yet - just was hoping I'd be one of those lucky people who gets a squinter at 8dpo!! (I know I'm ridiculous for testing early...)

Yes, I actually caved and tested yesterday afternoon. There was a faint positive and a darker one this morning. I can’t quite believe it and am trying not to get too excited.
Everything crossed for your next test. How late are you?

I tested this morning but it was a Big Fat Negative . If AF doesn't visit then I'll test again on Friday I think.

Hi everyone! Mind if I join? We've been TTC since January and my period is due today. No sign yet. I feel a bit pre-menstrual in that I'm tired, grumpy and hungry but also don't have the cramping and discharge I'd normally have.
In February I had a really abnormal period but think that was due to stress and possibly not ovulating.
It's horrible waiting! I bought some cheap tests from the supermarket today but think I'll wait until at least tomorrow to test.

It’s a possibility but it’s also very easy to get your monthly symptoms confused with pregnancy ones.

I was threw days late this month and had all the signs and then came on today 👎🏻

Hey all, my period was due 2 days ago and I have nearly every pregnancy symptom you could think of but my test yesterday was a BFN! Am I testing to early ? Could I have ovulated late ?

That’s me out again this month, AF just showed up. So fed up!!

AF showed her ugly face this morning, I really thought this month would be the month.

Yeah drove me crazy especially as I was so regular before the pill 28 day cycles. And so desperate to conceive I naively thought it would be quick. Aww let us know how you get on!

I'm having some red spotting which is a bit disconcerting but gonna test again tomorrow and hopefully everything is okay

120 is a mega-cycle - that would have driven me crazy! I'm only 9dpo so tomorrow is the soonest I would consider testing even though I know it would be better to wait a week... but I've always been an impatient person!

Hi @CaribouCarafe,no idea as it was my first cycle post pill and up to testing I was on cd 120! So no idea when I ovulated! Anyones guess. The thing that prompted me to test was that I had some spotting last weekend that didn't progress to af.

How many dpo are you?

@Sussexbysea got a faint positive Friday, and slightly darker positive yesterday.. Won't believe it until I get a darker one tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed for me

I know what you mean about the worry. And then once the baby is born, there’s a whole new set of worries. It never stops.

Thank you it was a pleasant surprise as I’d taken so many tests that all said no in the last few months when you see one that’s ain’t you can’t believe it. With the Clear Blue ovulation test it says each day if they detect a surge in the hormones, and then when is your peak time so it’s really good. I’m sure it worked for me. I didn’t think without having a proper period I’d be able to conceive but I did so it obviously is possible. I thought you stop worrying when you got pregnant but actually you just have a whole set of new worries hoping it all goes ok. Fingers crossed for you :)

Thank you for your reply it's good hear from someone in a similar situation 😌 I will definitely try that as the ovulation tests I used all said negative which freaked me out so hopefully they were just shitty tests
