What age were you when you miscarried?

As the title suggests. I’m interested to see ages if people who have had miscarriages.

I’ll go first
38 mmc at 12 weeks
39 early miscarriage 5.4 weeks

Dustymaiden, that is heartbreaking. I'm so, so sorry. I hope all is well with you now.

My miscarriages were from completely unplanned/accidental pregnancies so I wasn't sorry. However miscarriages are horrible - excruciatingly painful, very bloody and scary. I found giving birth to a full term child far easier by comparison.

2 at 39, 5.5 and 8 weeks (very close together). That was after trying for over a year and I'm now 40 so I don't feel optimistic

The miscarriage rate does increase with age, though, and sharply after 40.
