I'm 2 dpo and would love some buddies to help get me through the dreaded tww Grin this is my second month ttc first baby

@tossacoin1 I would give premom a go for sure! I don't know if I want to temp this month, it stressed me out last month 😂

@biscuit13 well they say all it takes is one time and it's very true. My friend conceived both her pregnancies first time. I'm hoping with using opks this will be our month and that maybe I've just been timing it wrong🤞🏻 we've used pressed but my husband doesn't like it and I don't think we'll be using it again annoyingly. I went into this stupidly expecting to conceive first time, it's certainly been an eye opener

@tossacoin1 I do feel a lot more relaxed now, was very anxious when the lines were so faint.
I feel a bit of a cheat really because this was only our 2nd month "trying" but we didnt end up trying because I was ill most of the month, so we literally only dtd once (trying to make some kind of attempt), I got my static smiley so my peak opk in the morning and we dtd in the evening and then went to sleep so i stayed laying down. That was it 🤷🏻‍♀️ although I did use preseed that time so maybe that helped?
I was totally NOT relaxed because i was stressing that we weren't able to dtd leading up to peak. But i did relax after because i thought there was literally no chance! It was only because I had cramps for about a week-which was weird- and also no spots leading up to being due AF that I did a test.

@biscuit13 that's awesome! I bet that feels great watching it go darker Smile how long were you trying for? And do you mind if I ask did you dtd every day or every other day during fertile window?

@AnxiousAnnie86 @SS123456 so I have just been using up the last of the tests to see progression and plucked to the courage to do the digital... lines are much darker now :) and digital 1-2 weeks :)

@AnxiousAnnie86 that's great thanks, hopefully it will help I got the advanced one too. I'm kinda hoping it differs to the app slightly so that would explain why we haven't conceived yet

@paintfairy thank you I'm really hoping it will help this time round. Getting pregnant is expensive!

Apps can only make an educated guess. Based on how long it thinks your luteal phase is, against your average cycle length.

Obviously the only way to be accurate is with temps and opks. But even then sometimes it's not that easy!

@tossacoin1 I really liked it! It actually timed exactly with my app premom, I used the advanced one, got two days of flashing and then a static I still confirmed with a normal opk too xx

@AnxiousAnnie86 I will start using clear blue digital this cycle for the first time, how are you getting on with it? Have you found it differs to apps? I've only been going off app predictions but I think I ovulate before they say I do. March is going to be all our month 😁

@AnxiousAnnie86 I would personally recommend accupuncture, if you can find someone good. My one specialises in fertility and she’s onto her 84th pregnancy from it. You can also have it all the way through pregnancy and can use it to induce you too x

My accupuncturist told me to try to relax and only watch nice things on tv (no news or anything stressy) and to keep your tummy nice and warm (not too hot though!) and visualise having a baby 👍🏻 x

Well I'm officially out now! Kind of relieved.... I think once it gets past 11dpo and I'm getting negatives I just want it to come! Looking forward to a new cycle now, Everyone we don't catch surely brings us closer to the one we will?!

Does anyone have anything they do in lead up to ovulation, I always worry it won't happen with only just getting cycles back... I'm taking evening primrose and turmeric and will be using clear blue digital again... x

@SS123456 will do, didnt test today as I'm confident with it now. Only going to test tomorrow or sunday to make sure line is getting darker.

@AnxiousAnnie86 yeah i understand, atleast once it starts it's the start of a new cycle.
No I didnt try, think I'll wait til the weekend to try digital depending on how the frer comes out, I'm hoping the lines get darker as it was a tiiiiny bit darker yesterday but not much.
Still surprised husband last night with the frer though, he couldnt believe it! Hes very happy and excited about it :)
