I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

@BabyDust13 that’s fair enough you can’t blame him and you can get excited with us, please bring me with you! 🤣

I think for men too cosnthey don’t get to talk about it like we do it’s not the same for them. I dunno about you lot but it’s on brain constantly, bet my dh doesn’t think about it 1/4 as much as I do xxx

BabyDust13 · 11/05/2020 09:46

@Mrsi2020 thank you I'm trying not to get too overly excited because it is super early and obviously past history is making me doubt it but I have never had a line that strong. I have 1 more FRER in but ordered 2 more just because... I'm going to hold out using the digital until after Friday that's when AF is meant to turn up but I'm feeling optimistic

I feel kind of bad for my OH because he wants to get excited but he's trying to remain calm I think once we get passed Friday he'll get super excited 😊

Mrsi2020 · 11/05/2020 09:30

@popcorndiva sorry hun!

@BabyDust13 omg what a line at 10dpo. I’m going to say something I might get shot down for , but after 5 pregnancies (3mc’s) ive honestly personally seems that healthy pregnancies usually have better lines and good progression. With my mc’s I didn’t have such a strong line THAT early and the progression wasn’t the same as with my healthy babies. I had clear progression with them. I know it might mean nothing , but take some reassurance that a good strong line early for some people has been a great sign! Fingers crossed for you, what did your OH say?! Xxx

BabyDust13 · 11/05/2020 09:06

Thanks ladies 😊

LV1987 · 11/05/2020 08:45

@BabyDust13 that's a fabulous line, congrats!!

popcorndiva · 11/05/2020 08:29

Wow @babydust13 fab line at 10dpo..
Your rhr graph looks textbook too.

BabyDust13 · 11/05/2020 08:26

Morning, not rtft but your rhr increases with temp so its the same graph as if you were doing BBTs x

popcorndiva · 11/05/2020 06:59

Think I am out this cycle 5 days early. Started spotting last night, now light bleeding. Will stick on this thread though as does help me to pinpoint what's happening.

Mrsi2020 · 10/05/2020 18:56

@popcorndiva I thought implantation was more 7-9dpo but what do I know 🤣 🤞🏻 Lol xxx

LV1987 · 10/05/2020 18:43

Thank you @SmileyT... I just want to know whether this cycle is done with it not now 🤷‍♀️
Thank you for sharing your chart @inthestars90, and congrats!

popcorndiva · 10/05/2020 17:00

It could be an implantation dip @Mrsi2020
Mine dipped yesterday but hasn't risen back yet so not looking good for me

Mrsi2020 · 10/05/2020 16:53

Starts at ovulation Monday/Tuesday until today. Not looking good :( xx

Thought you ladies might be interested in this, I circled start of AF, ovulation then BFP!

@EllieJai44 I feel you!!! Never in my life have I been so pissed off that I don't appear to get any pre-AF signs 😤

@Moominmiss I think that people that have seen fluctuations around 8dpo have seen a rise after 1 or 2 days 🤞

@LV1987 at least you'll keep busy tomorrow and Tuesday will be here before you know it xx

popcorndiva · 10/05/2020 13:35

I thought my rhr had gone up 1bpm today from the dip yesterday, bit now fitbit is saying it's the same as yesterday so doesn't look good.

LV1987 · 10/05/2020 13:23

@SmileyT definitely best to wait... Plus, as I'm not 100% sure of when I ovulated the longer I leave it the better my chance of getting it right I guess. I'll wait until Tuesday now, as I've got a few urgent bits to do at work tomorrow and don't feel like either the excitement or disappointment will do me any favours!

Moominmiss · 10/05/2020 12:00

Quick question....

If you get an implantation dip should rhr just dip for 1 day then go back up?

And if implantation doesn’t happen does rhr just go down until af, or does it rise and then drop ready for af?

EllieJai44 · 10/05/2020 11:40

@SmileyT 👋 its just another day of trying to guess 😂 how you feeling today?

SmileyT · 10/05/2020 11:37

@LV1987 it's actually better to wait longer anyway... saved any confusion over faint lines. Will you test on Tuesday?

@EllieJai44 From what I've gathered on this thread, everyone's charts will be slightly different but it's a good sign if your HR is higher than normal. Mine is lowest at ovulation then heads up but others seem to spike at ovulation like yours. I'd check again for a continued increase 🤞

LV1987 · 10/05/2020 10:52

I'm down a beat today, to 63bpm... So no early testing for me 😅

Mrsi2020 · 10/05/2020 09:46

Sounds like implantation , wait 2/3 days to test ! 🤞🏻 xxx

EllieJai44 · 10/05/2020 09:42

Morning ladies, can anyone give insight as to my chart? Yesterday at 8dpo (my heart rate is always a day behind) I had a huge spike in average resting heart rate but a bit of spotting, only once and nothing else since 🤷‍♀️ test this morning (9dpo) was of course negative but its super early still

Congrats to those who got their BFPs!

BabyDust13 · 10/05/2020 08:01

My RHR stayed this same today but that's still high my normal is 63 and it's at 66 I was hoping it would rise again but who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

popcorndiva · 10/05/2020 06:51

It's gone up from 69 to 70 today. Hopefully it goes up again tomorrow and not back down. For now I will be positive about it
