I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

I've still not had any sleep since Monday night so my heart rate has been at a steady 96-102 fat burn zone all day think I'm running on fumes 🙈

TheLastStark · 20/05/2020 13:52

Cheers!

Ltay2 · 20/05/2020 13:49

I am out now until August but still going to keep up with supplements, OPK and CM tracking and RHR to give me a better idea of my body 🤞🏼

Ltay2 · 20/05/2020 13:47

@TheLastStark This is it!

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 13:39

@mrsemilyb fab! I think it’s good to even keep your mind occupied, it’s another thing to distract us! Lol xx

MrsEmilyB · 20/05/2020 13:38

@ltay2 ahh you beauty! Just bought a Huawei fitness band for next cycle!!

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 13:37

@BabyDust13 I have a digi for next wed to hopefully see 2-3 and I have 3 FRERS which I will probably take on alternating days all being well so Friday Sunday and Tuesday . I have ic’s for the addiction 🤣 xxx

Ltay2 · 20/05/2020 13:29

@BabyDust13 @MrsEmilyB This is the thread I mentioned regarding heart rate. Hope you find it useful 💕

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 12:48

@Mrsi2020 I'm not very good with OPKs but the ones that say high don't look that strong to me but your RHR looks good for the right dips

Also if you are only 9DPO that's pretty good going that a digi picked it up that early so even though the line looks faint I'd say you're in a pretty good place

Have you got more FRERs?

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 12:25

That would mean I’m technically 9dpo today which would explain my faint test and digi saying 1-2??? Any thoughts? This was my opk , but I stopped testing after the 5th?!

Maybe I ov’d later than I thought - Monday 11th ? I just checked and I had ewcm on 10/11th and we did 11th May. Which would mean I had a dip in rhr for ovulation and implantation????

Haha you’re one of the only ones that’s on the only three ones I’m on lol! Thanks! Panicking tho that the line should be darker? Maybe I ovulated later than I thought xxx

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 11:09

@Mrsi2020 I know I've said congratulations on all the threads we're on but I'm so happy for you 🥳

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 11:05

Girls I’m just seeing your replies. I had so much uni coursework and schoolwork with kids to do, I tested this morn with an ic and then did a frer. Is this even possible at 15dpo? Xx

@Mrsi2020 hope you are well. I can't tell with your chart either bet you just want AF to arrive now to let you know either way. Are you planning on testing anymore?

Ltay2 · 19/05/2020 12:28

My RHR is up to 63 today from 59/60 usual. CD13 today so I'm assuming this is because ovulation is close!

Juno231 · 19/05/2020 10:38

@Mrsi2020 your chart boggles my brain lol. I'd so so think it was a BFP based on that. The little dip today I'd dismiss as a fluctuation lol.

How many DPO are you now?

MrsMGE · 19/05/2020 08:05

There's some truth in in - I'm 10 weeks pregnant and my RHR is around 75, up from 55/57/60. My HR is regularly pretty high these days, higher than my DH's by 10-25 or more BPM. But every now and then it drops lower for a short period of time and I didn't notice it being higher before my BFP. I too tracked regularly on my Fitbit app so not sure how reliable it is before you get a positive test. You'll likely see the difference later though. Good luck ladies x

Mrsi2020 · 19/05/2020 07:56

Hi everyone, hope you’re all keeping well. I’m still waiting on af to arrive... had a dip in rhr Just thought I’d share if anyone else is looking. I think this means af is around the corner xxx

I don't think so @Juno231, it definitely seems like a real period. This morning I had started to convince myself that it was implantation bleeding, but now I've come to terms with that being wishful thinking. It took a full on melt down with tears to get there, but I think I needed it. And now, I need a gin... Remind me I had gin if I start harping on about another rise tomorrow!

Juno231 · 17/05/2020 20:19

@LV1987 mine has gone up 2 but due to wine 😂. Still low at 61 though and in previous cycles my AF tends to be the lowest rhr all cycle and only starts creeping back up for ovulation.

Could you be having an implantation bleed maybe?

popcorndiva · 17/05/2020 19:32

Hi @Hayleylou89 your rhr is usually calculated when you sleep so you need to wear it to bed for it to be accurate.

@xoJellyBean not everyone's rhr chart looks the same and I think I speak for the majority who are using it to understand our cycle and not relying on it. There has been research on this actually but as fitness trackers are now more common it's where we are starting to see patterns across women's cycles. Not completely infallible as it relies on people not drinking before bed, sleeping well, not stressing which is not easy to do. I am a geek though and love a graph

Hayleylou89 · 17/05/2020 18:59

Hey girls, may i join? i recognise some of u from other threads ... im 6dpo today and ttc after losing my first baby girl at 23 weeks in feb :( I got my peak on cb connected on monday and think i ovulated tuesday as i had quite intense pains that day (although my natural cycles is saying weds)
