@paintfairy it was around 2pm on the 14th so maybe you are right, thank you! I was quite hopeful for this month but feeling less positive now but time will tell I guess! 😊

If it's staying generally higher then you must have ovulated.

AnxiousAnnie86 · 19/02/2020 09:19

@paintfairy thanks I'm just not sure it's high enough.... it's worrying me that I didn't ovulate

@AnxiousAnnie86 it'll do little dips all over. But the dip you are looking for is the final one before the temp increase. It'll never dip after ovulation (there'll still be variances but it'll never go as low as before ovulation).

paintfairy · 19/02/2020 09:05

@SS123456 was your positive opk later in the day on 14th? In which case 16th is likely right.

AnxiousAnnie86 · 19/02/2020 09:04

@paintfairy mine had a dip? I guess it doesn't help that I don't sleep well and I wake up a lot!

@SS123456 it really is so so confusing!! I wish I hadn't started temping lol I have no idea what I'm doing

Thank you @paintfairy , it's a mine field trying to get it right!

SS123456 · 19/02/2020 09:00

@AnxiousAnnie86 if I'm reading your chart right yours looked like it spiked to me

SS123456 · 19/02/2020 08:59

It's annoying it's changed as I thought we dtd 3 times in the fertile window but maybe not now! We dtd the 12th and 14th and this seems to think I ovulated on the 16th so hopefully still in with a chance. I got a positive/high opk on the 14th so I guess this thinks I ovulated later than that based on bbt

paintfairy · 19/02/2020 08:57

@SS123456 that's because the first dip it thought was ovulation, because the next day there was a slight rise. However there was then a dip again- which there should be no temp drop after ovulation. So either its correct now, or the temps you put in on those 2 days after the first predicted ovulation day were incorrect. Which is why it really matters about correct timing etc when talking BBT. Because a slight deviation can cause the app to then be out. It's all best guess on the data available. Hence why dtd beyond what you 'think' is ovulation day is a good idea.

AnxiousAnnie86 · 19/02/2020 08:43

@SS123456 oh really I didn't know they did that! Is that because of the spike in temp? It's most likely when you had your peak though isn't it? Did you have that base covered if it was 3 days ago?

This is mine still no massive spike? Unless I coubt the after ov....

My app seems to have pushed me back from 5dpo to 3dpo when I entered my BBT this morning 🤷🏻‍♀️

I hope your head gets better @AnxiousAnnie86!

Hey ladies how you all doing this morn? I've woken up with a splitting headache! So obviously my symptom spotting is beginning!! X

Hey girls, sending baby dust your way. I feel like I've missed my window this month, it's a couple of days until implantation would happen but I feel a bit full, like not painful cramps but like uncomfortable fullness?..

Maidmummy · 18/02/2020 10:13

@AnxiousAnnie86 never too early for symptoms, I started writing mine down and things have been happening since 1dpo, I know deep down that the symptoms are caused by a surge in progesterone after ovulation but I've also read that if the symptoms continue to worsen after 7dpo then there's a chance of pregnancy as progesterone is supposed to start falling back down in preparation for AF coming but if they worsen it's because progesterone is continuing to rise to sustain a pregnancy. I really need to stay away from Google it's driving me insane Grin

AnxiousAnnie86 · 18/02/2020 10:03

@Maidmummy cramps are a good sign and if you are still a bit a to go before AF!! Boobs are a great sign if you don't normally have them! I have everything crossed for you!

I have really really painful boobs but they've been sore since OV So can't mean anything the only tiny thing is I didn't want coffee this morn. But I know it's too early at 4dpo to mean anything at all x

OP posts:
Maidmummy · 18/02/2020 09:46

@AnxiousAnnie86 I always SS from day dot I find it helps the days go quicker, I've got sore boobs which I usually only get on the day AF arrives and on/off cramping, I was cramping about an hour ago and suddenly felt wet and thought "oh no AF is early" nope just loads of creamy CM.

Do you have any symptoms yet x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 18/02/2020 08:40

@Maidmummy it sounds hopeful then! Any other symptoms?? I always symptom spot drive myself mad! I'm doing it already even though I'm 4dpo

Maidmummy · 18/02/2020 07:45

Weird how I'm the only one in my house out of 5 of us that has a cold, and it's not even a full on cold like I'm used to no aches no fever or chills just my nose and a cough, weird lol x

Maidmummy · 18/02/2020 07:43

@AnxiousAnnie86 I'm telling myself the exact same thing lol I developed a stuffy nose and a cough yesterday which according to Google cold symptoms can happen when the embryo implants as the immune system weakens to stop itself rejecting the embryo so I'm holding out hope that's what's happening and if it is true then the earliest I would get a positive would be tomorrow. Told you I'm clutching at straws Grin

AnxiousAnnie86 · 18/02/2020 07:40

@Maidmummy I guess the think is the most common day to implant is 9dpo, then it's 48 hours for hcg to build, thats what I always try telling myself x

OP posts:
AnxiousAnnie86 · 18/02/2020 07:39

@Maidmummy I didn't get a positive on one of them until after AF Was due x

OP posts:
Maidmummy · 18/02/2020 07:36

@AnxiousAnnie86 It's a one step internet cheapie x

AnxiousAnnie86 · 18/02/2020 07:31

@Maidmummy what kind of test did you use? Xx

OP posts:
Maidmummy · 18/02/2020 07:20

@AnxiousAnnie86 it really is, I'm sort of hoping the same happens with what happened with my son's with my eldest I tested @ 10dpo in the morning and took it as negative as it was a shadowy grey line on an ic but tested later in the evening on the same day with frer and it was positive, with my youngest it was around 12dpo negative ic in the am but a blazing positive on an ic 8 hours later, I'm really clutching at straws here lol x
