@willow146 (sorry it won't tag for some reason) I'm going to try and wait, will you be testing early??

I hope everyone has a great weekend and our second week of waiting doesn't last forever xxxx

Willow146 · 14/02/2020 12:42

That sounds sensible :)
I bought loads of cheapies from amazon thinking that if I wanted to get a test out my system I could just do it, but I don’t know if that will just make me more anxious as even if it was negative I wouldn’t actually believe it until my period arrived anyway 😏 I think I’ll test next Sunday

gingerglitter4ever · 14/02/2020 12:32

@19Katie89 feeling fine! Approaching possible implantation day (7 dpo on Sunday) thinking of this one sticks maybe keep an extra eye on how I’m going sun-thurs (7 dpo - 12 dpo) but so far no symptoms 🙈

@Willow146 if I see in my BBT chart some sort of implantation dip, probably gonna test 4 days after, otherwise (since a dip doesn’t always happen but still physically happen) I’ll wait until the day after AF is late. How about you? 😊

Willow146 · 14/02/2020 11:12

Fingers crossed for you @19Katie89 are you testing early?

@gingerglitter4ever when are you planning to test?

19Katie89 · 14/02/2020 06:01

@gingerglitter4ever it's just dull cramping that comes and goes.
How are you feeling? Xxx

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 22:08

@19Katie89 that could be a great sign, particularly at the dpo your at, implantation perhaps? 😊 what kind of cramps are they?

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 17:11

@Willow146 I still getting cramps???? How are you feeling? X

feelingpositive2020 · 13/02/2020 14:41

I'm now 5DPO and feeling so bloated since I ovulated. I was on my first round of chlomid so I think it's that :( x

@gingerglitter4ever thank you!!

@Willow146 I feel exactly the same, we fell pregnant on our first try on all 3 previous pregnancies. We have left a big 5 year gap between the birth of our DS and now so anything could of changed, I might book into the doctors for a quick check up if we have no luck in the next few months.
I also have a bicornuate uterus to make things even more interesting, apparently with this I am prone to having small babies although DS was born 2 weeks early weighing 9lb 7oz Haha xx

Willow146 · 13/02/2020 10:30

@gingerglitter4ever yes I really like the clear blue ones and they have always been accurate for me, last month with my forever run of flashy faces I did have a period that was late by 4 days. They are pricey tho!
I had a mc in 2018 then fell pregnant with my son who is now 13 months. I fell pregnant first try with my mc and my son and now on 4th cycle trying for baby 2 so getting a bit anxious that something might be wrong as I fell so easy last time. I have noticed since having my son my periods are heavier

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 09:31

@19Katie89 I’m really sorry to hear about your MC, even if they happened before your DS 😕 Hopefully this month is your month, crossing my fingers and toes for you!

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 09:28

@Willow146 do you find the clear blue ones to be good? I’m still not sure what I would get 🤷🏼‍♀️

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 07:54

I wasn't very clear on my previous message, my miscarriages happened 8 and 7 years ago xxx

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 07:52

I am now 6dpo. It feels like forever Haha.
I have previously had 2 miscarriages, 1 at 13 weeks and 1 at 8 weeks, but we have also been very lucky and blessed to have a beautiful boy who is now 5 years old, we have decided to try for our 2nd after 5 years Haha xx

gingerglitter4ever · 13/02/2020 07:46

@19Katie89 this is my 4th cycle trying for baby #1 and the first cycle I’ve been taking my temp, I have sat I’m way less anxious than I have been other months, I mean ideally the best method would definitely be to combine OPK strips with BBT monitoring so that you know ovulation days for sure when they happen, that’s been the only irritating thing for me reading the BBT chart, that now after I’m 4dpo, I know that’s when I ovulated. So maybe BBT is only good after ovulation haha! Like things like spotting an implantation dip (which doesn’t happen for everyone apparently but could show up on the chart) and also seeing temps rise again in the coveted triphastic pattern 👀 if this month doesn’t work for me, I think I’ll combine both for sure!

How many dpo are you again?

No symptoms for me yet, but will pay attention from Sunday (7 DPO) and onward 😇

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 07:23

We try every other day, but my OH work has been crazy so it has been hard Confused
I've had cramps in the afternoon for the last 2 days and I feel a little tender today. My period is only due on the 22nd. I just wish there was a way we could find out early Haha xxx

Willow146 · 13/02/2020 07:18

I used the clear blue OPKs and got a static smile after 4 days of flashy which is an improvement on last month as I got 9 days of flashy and went out of my mind!! How often are you having sex when getting a positive opk?
I feel ok at the moment, no different than I have every other month but guess it’s still very early. How are you @19katie89

19Katie89 · 13/02/2020 06:59

@gingerglitter4ever if we are not lucky this month I will try tracking it next month. I have the app My Tracker and I have been using OPKs, the tests came up positive for 2x days in this months fertile window.

How is everyone feeling?

gingerglitter4ever · 12/02/2020 19:48

@19Katie89 I use the Fertility Friend app, there I can log my symptoms, basal body temp and when me and DH DTD. I quite like tracking BBT, I keep a thermometer by my bed and take my temp first thing everyday, it’s been interesting so far and not too complicated, I’m just trying to read it accurately and since I have no baseline yet, it’s a bit of a blind march atm.. but I can highly recommend Fertility Friend! And as for vitamins, I take a prenatal multi for folic acid build up 😊

@Willow146 Baby dust to us, it’ll be exciting comparing symptoms as we get further along in the TWW! ✨

Willow146 · 12/02/2020 17:33

@gingerglitter4ever yay that’s exciting! I have everything crossed for us both.

I used conceive plus this month and OPKs, but I used OPKs last month and nothing.

19Katie89 · 12/02/2020 15:47

@gingerglitter4ever
I have never tried charting, how does it work?

Is anyone taking supplements or tried anything in particular to try and help? Xxx

gingerglitter4ever · 12/02/2020 14:11

@Willow146 we are cycle twins! According to fertility friend / bbt chart there I ovulated on Sunday and am due AF on the 25th as well, let’s do this!! TWW you ain’t got nothin on me!

Going to keep a hawk eye on possibly implantation dip in my BBT chart this go round, is anyone also charting? My first month doing it and it’s quite interesting but slightly confusing too...

19Katie89 · 12/02/2020 13:19

Hey!!
I'm have also been cramping but I'm only 5dpo!! Its going to be a long ass 2ww!!
Fingers crossed for you!!! Xxx

Introvert86 · 12/02/2020 12:42

Hello all,
Please can I join, I'm 7DPO and AF due 19th, so halfway through the TWW. I'm addicted to peeing on sticks. Symptoms so far include cramping and headaches. No increased CM and no sore boobs which I hear are typical + signs. Not feeling hopeful and going a bit crazy at the same time.
Keeping my fingers crossed for you all xx

Willow146 · 12/02/2020 09:23

I was so convinced last month I was pregnant, I was so gutted when the test was negative. So nice we can support each other :) it’s around day 8/9 I start getting twitchy! Anyone have any ideas on keeping the tests away? 🥴
Fingers crossed for you @feelingpositive2020 that the clomid has made a difference this month
