@newbie0818 that's so frustrating not knowing where you are... I'm in a similar situation. I think I'm about 6dpo but not actually sure.

Flo predicted ovulation on the 8th but my CM suggested between 4th-6th and my opk was high on the 3rd-5th although never a peak. They're clearly negative now tho. I get ovulation cramps 85% of the time but got none this cycle clearly...

I hate not knowing. I'm just going to wait to see if af shows up next week and hope and pray we did enough this month 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

CD39, either 19dpo or 9dpo 🤷🏼‍♀️ Still a bfn (though I didn’t use FMU and didn’t hold...). No sign of af still. Getting fed up of waiting now 😑

@whatsthecraic91 I've been taking it every day (or trying) for months. I think I'm just mental. 😂 Didn't sleep on a relaxing weekend away either for DH's birthday.
I'm going to try and keep busy. I'm out this weekend. I always find the second week harder. We are having next month off I think (due date would be like 30th December) and I'll bet money I suddenly sleep. But I'm looking forward to it.

@paintfairy oh no that's so annoying! I think nothing of taking my temp! I'm usually half asleep when I do it😂 try it for a week and see if if it comes part of your routine and gradually you'll think nothing off it! I hate the TWW too! Hopefully it will fly in for me as work is so busy at the minute it's great! Have you anything nice planned to keep your mind off of it?

I had high opks yesterday but not peak. However, I usually only have 1 surge. We were away for the weekend so I was only able to test sometimes so I likely just missed the peak one. Last month I ovulated only about 12 hours after the peak so theoretically it has already happened, yes. It was high yesterday morning. I hate the 2ww. 😩

@paintfairy we are trying what the Dr said, willing to try anything at the min! Why are you not sleeping? My thermometer has an alarm and goes off at 5.45 every morning I get up at 6 for work, it's a bit annoying on weekends but I just go back to sleep after! Have you had a positive opk? So are you in the dreaded TWW now?

Hi all, I hope it’s ok if I can join.

Currently 7dpo, DTD the day before and day after ovulation, this is my first cycle of TTC.

I was on the implant for 3.5 years, I’ve had a couple of periods since but still unsure on how long my cycle is but a couple of them have been 31 days so I’m using that as my guide.

I’ve had terrible back pain and lots of ( TMI) white mucus but this happened 4/5 dpo, I knew I had ovulated on the date that I did due to the CM and ovulation stick showing a positive.

Does anyone know what I should expect as this is new to me.

@whatsthecraic91 sounds positive! We've managed every other day but only because we want to. Temps remain a struggle due to my lack of sleeping but my opks are now negative and last month I ovulated quickly after getting positive. Haven't noticed pain this month though which makes it hard to know. Could do with being able to get a proper temp reading.

Hope everyone has had a lovely day! Loads of CM today like I thought I had wet myself so I'm assuming ovulation is today or tomorrow! Temps will tell me in a few days! DTD tonight or tomorrow hopefully 🤞🏼🤞🏼we have been every third day so all bases should be covered!

@Newbie0818 it's a herbal supplement. Google Vitex Agnus Castus. I take it twice a day, in the morning and evening.

Ohh I will keep my fingers crossed for you for the next cycle. I had my boy when I was 30, took me 6 months to get pregnant... But now I am 36 and I am panicking. I will try this agnus castus too, if o luck this month... I have 6 days till I can test apparently. But I have no symptoms. So sad... ❤️

@Adrianoska oh forgot to say I’m 31 so getting a bit worried I’m not getting any younger.

@Adrianoska well AF definitely showed up this morning. My cramps were getting really painful last night so knew it was coming. Onto month number 3 for us then. I’m definitely going to track ovulation this time as I’ve no clue when it happens!! Also as someone else mentioned above Angus cactus, I’ve seen a few people mention this so might give that a go.
My last two periods were 3 days last so TTC definitely plays tricks on your body, this time I’m early and had the spotting before so I guess it evens out and I’m back to my normal 30 day cycles.

@Sdoo4 fingers crossed its not AF... 😊 Yeah second month only and it does feel forever already... I remember that. I am on my fourth and losing my freaking mind!
How old are you? Looking forward to your test 😁... I never had a spotting in my life yet last month I was spotting for 3 days (obviously convinced myself it's the implantation) and then my period arrived... I think the TTC is completely changing my body! Xxx

Re hormones, I don't normally go for herbal stuff being the practical person I am, but my dr was less than helpful regarding spotting issues I had some years ago after stopping BF (literally MONTHS of constant spotting) and a friend of mine casually mentioned Agnus Castus. It could have been a coincidence but the first month of using it my spotting stopped immediately and I also got pregnant. I'm using it again this time, this will be my second month of using it. I didn't have any spotting issues this time, just very odd repeated peaks in LH (average of 3 separate +OPKs per cycle). Ive had just one +OPK episode so far, which I'm hoping was a true O. 🤞

I’m having the same issue @franklydear, been in the pill for 10 years and haven’t had a normal period since I came off in August :( shortest one has been 33 days and this one is 37 so far :/ no signs of af. Really worried it’s not going to come at all and still be a bfn.

Thanks @Lola, I’ve been on the pill for so long, my cycles are all over the place, I didn’t have two the same length yet... I just wish my hormones weren’t playing havoc with me, ... congrats on yours, don’t leave us just yet.

BFN ladies, that little bleeding must have been what passes for a period these days... obviously cycles all over the place

@Adrianoska this is only our second month trying but feels like forever already!! I’ve had this light brown spotting for most of the day today so I’ll see if AF comes tomorrow, not due until Thursday. I never usually get any light bleeding beforehand. I’m definitely going to use OPKs next month so I’m tracking ovulation properly rather than going by my clue app.

@Adrianoska the findings make sense tbh. An app is working off symptom input from you and averages of cycles, whereas the OPKs measure the hormone in your body.
