March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

@sausage that's an excellent symptom to indulge in! 👌😊 I wish I had this! I am dry like a desert now.. And apparently you supposed to stay flooded by clear cm if you Conceived. So fingers crossed 🤞😊

Adrianoska · 13/03/2020 13:47

@Newbie0818 thank you so much 💖
I am going mental. Restraining myself from buying tests. My amazon cheap ones are arriving tomorrow I think...
😁

I am so emotional. This TTC is a roller-coaster. Lats night I gave my husband some unnecessary crap about being on Facebook (😔😂) and this morning I cried because he didn't hug me! Wtf.

Omg. Please someome save me and give me BFP!

🙏😞

Sausage1990 · 13/03/2020 13:43

Like @newbie0818 I've got my fingers crossed for you too @Adrianoska xx

Sausage1990 · 13/03/2020 13:42

Umm I'm about 8-9dpo roughly... Af due in 6 days. So I'll wait to see if af arrives before testing.

Has anyone had a 2nd lot of ecwm? I've had it the last few days but my opk have all been clearly negative. I had a load of ewcm and high opk around 3rd-5th march then the cm went creamy and stickier but its gone back to clear ewcm again... And quite watery too. I duno if this is normal or not.

Newbie0818 · 13/03/2020 12:01

Don’t lose hope yet @Adrianoska as it’s still early. And you will most likely get a bfn at this stage so don’t do that to yourself. A few more days, you can do it! I have my fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼🤞🏼 X

Adrianoska · 13/03/2020 10:51

Oh girls.
I can't wait much longer..
I am 9dpo today and already feeling quite negative... I am so upset that most likely it will be BFN.. Didn't test yet but really want to...

Newbie0818 · 13/03/2020 10:12

Thanks @sausage1990 I’ll see how it goes. I really hope it’s that! How many dpo are you now?

Sausage1990 · 13/03/2020 09:53

@newbie0818 yeah it's not a nice feeling seeing that positive turning to a negative, I was really sad but it was very early and our 1st cycle. Currently on in the TWW in cycle 3.
Oh but cramps aren't a bad sign. They can happen in early pregnancy as the uterus grows etc... So you're not out of the game yet 🤞🏻🤞🏻 keep us posted. I'm keeping everything crossed for you xx

Newbie0818 · 13/03/2020 07:33

It’s awful @Sausage1990! Sorry about your chemical :( must be horrible to finally see that bfp and then that happen.
Tbh I think I jinxed it by buying those tests as I’ve been having very familiar af cramps since last night :/ what will be will be I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️ (Hate that saying!)

Sausage1990 · 12/03/2020 21:23

Congratulations @Wise0wl!!! Such great news! Another BFP for the group 😊💕

@newbie0818 its so nerve wracking isn't it. I feel the fear. I had a positive on my 1st ever test but it ended in a chemical so I'm so so nervous this time... Like I really really want af to stay away so I can test and see that BFP but also so afraid it'll be a BFN.
I'm with you 100% on the way and keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏻

Newbie0818 · 12/03/2020 09:45

So @Wise0wl I suppose I’d better take hubby on holiday and get on the wine! Haha I like that advice.

@Lola871 that’s amazing! Definitely looking good for you.

I’ve just bought my first ever pack of First Response tests 🙊 I’ve only ever used cheapies so this feels different. I’m testing on Sunday I think (assuming the witch still hasn’t arrived). I’m really terrified. Like really really terrified! I don’t know if I’m looking for signs, but in bed last night I felt a sharp “poke” quite low down on my tummy, slightly off to the right. I had about 20 minutes of very mild af style cramps before bed too. I was convinced she’d be here this morning but still nothing. Sunday can’t come quick enough, but I still expect to see a bfn as that’s all I’ve ever seen!

Lola871 · 12/03/2020 07:57

Morning ladies, just checking in, how is everyone doing? Is anyone testing this weekend?

I took another test today and it's definitely darker than Monday so I guess that's a good sign, it's starting to feel more real now but quite nervous still as it's so early. I'd love to see some more BFPs on this thread, it's been quite lucky so far!

Hatepickinganame · 12/03/2020 07:48

@Wise0wl ah congratulations! So excited for all the feb bus people getting their bfps!! Xx

Wise0wl · 11/03/2020 21:03

PS thank you @Franklydear - sending all my relaxing vibes your way 😊

Wise0wl · 11/03/2020 21:03

Thank you @whatsthecraic91 @calimommy @Adrianoska and @newbie0818 - you are all too kind!

I do think it was because of chilling out, also looking at my app, the successful BD was definitely when we were on holiday, which must have helped!

It was cycle 5, and 11 months off the pill for me (we weren’t actively trying, just not using protection and a bit of me was disappointed each month secretly but needed to sort some life stuff before properly trying). I’ve also had spotting mid-cycle loads and was really worried about it. I’m sorry that I don’t have some magic formula for you all, I’ve even been drinking loads recently so this baby is definitely swimming round in some Sauvignon right now! (I know first hand how frustrating it is to say that when you’re being so good, as I was before this month, but just being honest!)

Good luck to all you lovely ladies! X

Franklydear · 11/03/2020 21:01

🤨 I thought I posted a congratulations message @Wise0wl, anyhow again I am also trying to relax about it, see if some of your baby luck comes my way

Newbie0818 · 11/03/2020 20:50

Thanks @Lola871 and @Sausage1990 - yes it’s so frustrating! The waiting is beyond awful, especially when your TWW turns out to be a 3 week wait! Fingers crossed everything works out for us all 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Yay @Wise0wl amazing! That’s really a lovely thing to hear. Good luck with it all :)

Adrianoska · 11/03/2020 20:26

🎉🎉🎉Congratulations @WiseOwl 💖💖💖
How long have you been TTC for? Was switching off the secret?
Xxx

calimommy · 11/03/2020 19:45

whatsthecraic91 · 11/03/2020 19:25

@Wise0wl ahh lovely congratulations 🥳 fab news! Have a healthy 9 months x

Wise0wl · 11/03/2020 18:52

Thank you @Juno231(great idea!) and also thank you @paintfairy and @Lola871 - I really appreciate it and you are all lovely! I will continue to lurk a bit (as I have been for the last month... sounding like a stalker!)

Lola871 · 11/03/2020 18:48

@Wise0wl congratulations!! Amazing news!

paintfairy · 11/03/2020 18:39

@Wise0wl congratulations!

Juno231 · 11/03/2020 18:38

@wiseowl that's fantastic I'm so happy for you! Keep in touch or join the ladies from the Feb bus in their graduates thread!

Wise0wl · 11/03/2020 18:17

Hello ladies,

I just wanted to check in to give you some unexpected news - I briefly joined this bus after the (brilliant) Feb bus, but was feeling v down after my BFN in Feb.

Decided to switch off for a month, no MN, got my TV ultrasound (small fibroid but nothing that should stop TTC), have been working all the hours... got a call from the GP today to book in my blood tests to explore why I’ve got spotting and they asked me what CD it was - I couldn’t remember (work has been that mental!!)

Took a test just now and got my BFP! Am in total shock. I just wanted to pop by to say hello, for thanking you for being such a highlight in my TTC journey, and I hope to catch up with you on the pregnancy boards. Have a gin for me if you’re still waiting for your BFP, as I didn’t get to enjoy my last one enough!
