March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

@Adrianoska it's not over yet! For your first one you only got a BFP at 15 DPO no? Which cycle is this again, I want to say third or fourth? You'll get the good egg soon, I'm sure of it!

Adrianoska · 16/03/2020 07:34

I can't even go back to bed, I don't want my husband to know this terrible news. I really am so worried 😭

Franklydear · 16/03/2020 07:32

@Adrianoska, I had that at the beginning of the month, cry today and back strong tomorrow

Adrianoska · 16/03/2020 07:08

The world is ending for me this morning... 😔
12dpo and BFN. I really am too upset. Currently sitting in the loo and sobbing. 😢💔

Franklydear · 16/03/2020 06:35

@calimommy don't be so hard on yourself, try to enjoy the journey too, also things will change but the world is not ending just yet

calimommy · 16/03/2020 02:08

@Sausage1990 we only moved here 4yrs ago, we are from Ireland. I have 3 boys 6,4&2 who are pretty fucking wild I'll be honest, but the warm Cali weather suits them haha I never had any delay getting pregnant although I did have two losses at 9 & 11 weeks in between my first and second boys. I wanted to give myself an extra year before having the 4th baby, a 3yr gap instead of two -because it is pretty exhausting, and now I'm on my 5th cycle with no joy? I'm afraid something is wrong tbh. I know many will read that and eye roll at 5 cycles, but my previous history of 5 pregnancies was 'if I had sex when I ovulated then I always got pregnant' so I can't help but think something is changed. Anyho, 8DPO and crossing my fingers because my DH has declared that this is absolutely the last month ttc -the world is on fire and the markets are dying... no more babies! 😬🤷‍♀️

Adrianoska · 15/03/2020 23:28

@sausage I am too 11dpo... And really not even testing... I know. I feel empty...
California? Ahhh 🙂
Here in Nottingham (UK) we have no school closures yet. Just rain.
Oh god... I want a baby!!!! 🙏😔🙄

Sausage1990 · 15/03/2020 23:14

@calimommy that's really difficult. Were not in isolation atm in the UK but I'm sure it will come.
So where are you in your ttc journey? How many kids do you have? I'm currently on cycle #3 for our 1st...11dpo and actually feeling really crampy this evening (it's 11om here) and feels like af may arrive soon :(

calimommy · 15/03/2020 22:56

@Sausage1990 except we aren't supposed to go anywhere or see anyone!!! 😭 anyho

Sausage1990 · 15/03/2020 22:50

@calimommy Oh goodness that's a long time... Its like the summer holidays all over again 😳

calimommy · 15/03/2020 22:43

@Sausage1990 we live in California. The children are off till the 16th of April 😬

Sausage1990 · 15/03/2020 21:38

@calimommy that's so hard with the kids off school for so long. Where do you live?

No schools near us are closed yet (in South Wales, UK) but I'm sure it will come. I work for the NHS so it's business as usual for now but our clinics will be cancelled soon and the hospitals are preparing for it all. Its a difficult climate but we should all try to remain calm and look after our neighbours and loved ones 😊

I'm currently 11dpo also @Adrianoska and not really feeling anything either... I've got watery and ewcn still but except for that just the usual pre af occasional crampy belly & a small amount of breast tenderness... Trying to not read into anything too much but keeping fingers crossed regardless 🤞🏻

Franklydear · 15/03/2020 20:29

I am planning to test next on 3-4 April, that would be a few days after af due, assuming a cycle of 28 days, and also the start of a week of work, so perfect to assume whatever the result in peace

Franklydear · 15/03/2020 19:59

@newbie I hadn't considered not being able to get an appointment, I have a dedicated asthma nurse and often can get same day appointment, I'll be sure not to take her for granted.

Newbie0818 · 15/03/2020 19:07

Yes @Franklydear I would book an apt but my surgery doesn’t have ANY apt’s until about May 😖 it’s ridiculous. Dh said that I should take another test next weekend just to be sure, and then I’ll see if I can speak to my doctor over the phone to get things moving. It’s just worrying.

I’ve always had a massive fear of not being able to have kids and I feel like at 26yo it’s coming true 😰 feeling quite low. But I’ll survive! More concerned that all our schools are still open here and we’re both teachers, so prime Corona targets!

calimommy · 15/03/2020 15:33

All schools are closed and where possible people are working from home. We have to stay away from other people.
Can't BD with three kids hanging off us 😂

Adrianoska · 15/03/2020 15:12

That's so bad! So sorry! But at least you can BD loads? 🙂🤗
Why is your school closed?
I am also worried a little bit about the state of things but I am much more concerned about my tummy than anything else! I am literally obsessed. I am 11 dpo... Didn't test since 9 dpo {negative obviously}. I am so hopeful... But have no symptoms. At all. So probably BFN.
Aghhhhh! 💖

selina37 · 15/03/2020 14:09

Omg @calimommy I feel for you. I can't believe this corona stuff is happening... I dreading the world coming to a standstill and what's going to happen next...

calimommy · 15/03/2020 13:59

Well we are stuck at home (children & husband) for 4 weeks as they have closed the schools and we have to social-distance. Usually the weather is beautiful but it is pouring and I'm literally questioning the meaning of life 🤯😭 haaalp I usually go to the gym everyday and all I have been doing so far is eating and breaking up fights. I'd rather have the corona.

Franklydear · 15/03/2020 10:44

I would be very surprised if it happens this month, hardly any bd at all let alone in the fertile week, and gone out with friend right about ovulation time and gotten not just drunk but totally wasted (I haven’t done that in over a decade, promise😳🤢)

Franklydear · 15/03/2020 10:41

@newbie my cycles are all over the place too, too short and hardly any bleeding, I would ask an appointment, at least with the nurse, like for the smears, to put your mind at rest, I will do that if next af is as bizarre as the previous two...

Newbie0818 · 15/03/2020 10:14

Thanks @whatsthecraic91 I’ve been a bit of a mess this morning but dh has been so supportive. I’m really thankful. He said one way or another we will get our blessing so I’m trying to follow his positive example.

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble now :( have you been to the doc regarding the ovulation? Perhaps if you get af or a bfn and no af, you could book a dr apt?

whatsthecraic91 · 15/03/2020 09:57

@Newbie0818 so sorry, it's so frustrating not knowing where your at. I will also never go back on the pill again, I was lucky and mine came back right away but I'm convinced it's the reason I'm having problems now, we've been trying since January 2019 😥

In other news I still haven't fucking ovulated, temp still flat lining, getting annoying now ☹️

Newbie0818 · 15/03/2020 08:36

It’s a bfn on a FRER. I think this has just confirmed that there is something wrong with my body now. CD43. Heartbroken.
We’re going to have to halt trying for a couple months now because of flights in December, but good luck to everyone else x

Sausage1990 · 14/03/2020 20:31

@calimommy & @Franklydear it's a good feeling to feel calm and relaxed in the TWW 😊 I'm glad we're feeling that way this cycle (so far)

@Adrianoska oh don't worry hunny we've all been there testing way too early. Don't feel too bad 😊 I agree with @whatsthecraic91that you need to do something nice to distract yourself... Something lovely with DH maybe ❤️

Also I 100% agree @newbie0818 the pill really screwed up my cycles and I won't be going back on it ever again. Xx
