March bus

littletandme · 07/02/2020 12:43

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

Hi everyone, currently on my CD 11 and got my peek this morning.I will probably Ov tomorrow which is what the app predicted as well.We dtd on Monday, today and will do again tomorrow.Kinda disappointed as I wanted to try more this month but we couldn't because of the work.Anyway, hope this would work🙏🏻.Do you guys think I should try friday as well(1 day after ov)?🤔
Baby dust to you all!!

MrsB2019x · 19/02/2020 19:01

I don’t tell DH when I’m ovulating either, although he told me the other day that he would have no problem if I wanted more sex for a better chance... he says that now... 😏😂

Sat on CD11 just waiting for fertile window to roll around.. didn’t ovulate until CD17 last month so just need to wait!

littletandme · 19/02/2020 18:39

Woohoo finally got my peak opk! Just hoping I will actually ovulate this time Grin

Hey Guys, how are we all today??

My OH and I have decided that because my cycle is so wild, we're doing something called the '30 day s*x challenge', which basically is an excuse to BD for each day in the month!
My last lot of spotting looked like it was mixed with EWCM (tmi!), so we're really confused and hoping this will pay off!
Currently on CD 6 (but had v short AF), and apps say O is due in 7 days (but who knows).
Would love to hear how everyone's doing for some reassurance!

karenkeys · 19/02/2020 11:21

@Franklydear that’s good to hear! Thanks for the reassurance. Feeling a lot more positive today 😃

Franklydear · 19/02/2020 10:55

@karenkeys, I don't tell him either, doesn't help that I kinda want to get pregnant instantly, I decided so I'm pregnant, done. Life turns out ok, if not to the plan, give you an example, my mum had me at 34, dB at 37 and adopted brother at 58, he was 4Hmm

Anon87 · 19/02/2020 09:53

Hiii 👋🏻 finally making a tiptoe over from Feb Bus. FEMS got me at 10dpo on 28th Feb so....

Can't believe the part 2 thread is over halfway again!

paintfairy · 19/02/2020 09:34

@karenkeys I'd like more than one too. But what will be will be. I think if it's meant to happen it will, no matter what age you are.

Even I'm not in the mood myself some days. Feeling you HAVE to do it, is hardly ideal. 😂 Its hard to switch off and enjoy it too.

karenkeys · 19/02/2020 09:11

@paintfairy sorry I realise my comment about age 32 being late to start last night might upset people. I was more thinking I’d like to have more than one child and with a gap between I would be getting to late 30s. Articles/books always making out after 35 can be more difficult doesn’t help!

Last night was definitely ovulation pressure as we never have problems any other time but luckily a good nights sleep lead to us being successful with DTD this morning so. hopefully it will be a one off. I have realised it’s not ideal to tell him too much about exact dates isn’t exactly going to get him in the right mood!

paintfairy · 19/02/2020 08:26

@karenkeys I am 37 with none currently, so if you've left it too late, no idea what that says about me!

My DH is a bit the same. I think you need to make it clear there's important times in your window. But then maybe don't tell him when? Just initiate it? Mine doesn't struggle to do it but he's not happy and it definitely changes the mood. I'm going to try not saying too much next month!

karenkeys · 19/02/2020 08:08

@Franklydear thanks for talking some sense into me! I’m feeling much better this morning after having an early night and we had some luck this morning, so I’m in with a chance again 🤞 🙂

Strawbs20 · 19/02/2020 07:25

Fertile* I'm obviously typing with my eyes closed this morning 😂

Strawbs20 · 19/02/2020 07:24

Hi everyone ill join too please if that's OK 😊

Cycle 3 ttc #3

Period due around 4th March so I'm now in my 2ww I think, I don't track ovulation but do get lower back pain and cramp during my sertile window so I have a rough idea. Good luck everyone

Franklydear · 19/02/2020 00:24

@karen, you haven't left it late, I had my first at 32, just when I was ready, trying for number two at 42, talk about now or never, ...

karenkeys · 18/02/2020 23:49

How are you all doing? I’m having a bit of a low day unfortunately 😔 I’m looking likely to be ovulating on Wednesday/Thursday so we were planning to DTD tonight and Thursday but tonight my husband was having trouble getting there if you know what I mean. I think I’ve made a big mistake telling him my ovulation pattern and now I’m worried this is going to happen all week and we won’t manage to properly try. I’m just feeling so fed up today and I really underestimated how hard this would be. Hope you ladies don’t mind me opening up on here, just don’t have anyone else to talk to. I turn 32 next month and I just think I’ve left it to late for my first baby if it’s going to take a long time to get there.

Mycrazylife85 · 17/02/2020 22:58

@littletandme I would say you've not ovulated with such a low temperature. I was told anything over 36.4 with a three day rose above that, suggests ovulation. I temp also and have erratic OPKs but the temp will be the only thing that'll confirm it. I have PCOS though

littletandme · 17/02/2020 22:42

@paintfairy thanks, in a way I hope it was CD7 but I know that's unlikely if my temps are still low (36.14 this morning, when post-ov last month my lowest temp was 36.47 the day before AF arrived). I'm feeling weirdly crampy although have been bloated and gassy today, last time I felt this bad was the day before ovulation last month. I wish I could just turn off my brain now and stop thinking about every little possibility.

paintfairy · 17/02/2020 22:17

@littletandme CD7 does look strong but then it seems early? Although not unheard of. But if temps aren't confirming, just carry on DTD anyway and then you are covered.

Hatepickinganame · 17/02/2020 22:02

@calimommy i didnt know there was a movie of it! So watching that this week now!

calimommy · 17/02/2020 20:36

@Hatepickinganame fuck me I didn't read the book but I watched the movie Sarah's Key, took me a week to recover. I was heaving sobs

Hatepickinganame · 17/02/2020 20:27

@sausage1990 cilkas story had me in floods of tears. If you like second world war books, read Sarahs key. So good. And theres another one i dont remember the title but ill try to find out as it was amazing! I do love to read. I frequently re-read harry potter so will check out the book you recommended! And i love book suggestions too lol ill go check my goodreads for some of my favourites 😊

calimommy · 17/02/2020 19:37

Sorry I see now it was CD7. I would keep testing, I'd say you haven't ovulated yet and that you are due a surge within a day or two

calimommy · 17/02/2020 19:35

It looks like you ovulated on the 13th? @littletandme

karenkeys · 17/02/2020 19:17

@littletandme that sounds really confusing. You’re making me feel better about not bothering with any OPKs. I’m just going for trying every other day and hoping it covers ovulation. I’m sure if more months pass I’ll be on those kits though!

littletandme · 17/02/2020 19:13

@Midge28 it's Femometer :)
