March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

Sorry to see more ladies from the Feb bus but welcome all the same!

I am somewhere between 4-6dpo (Fertility Friend is convinced I ovulated on the first day of positive OPKs, Fem is guessing the day after and I'm really not sure because my temp is all over!)

Wondering if I could get away with testing on Sunday? 🤪 I have 5 cheapies I'm desperate to pee on since I ran out of OPKs last Friday!

@Anon87anything and everything will be ttc fault until bfp

paintfairy · 25/02/2020 22:01

@Anon87 🤣 Average night out.

Franklydear · 25/02/2020 21:15

Paranoia is setting in already, looking for symptoms of implantation taking in, problem is... I don’t know what they are, if any, nhs is not giving any answers at all, well none that I am liking... help!

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 20:28

So, just been shopping with DP and I've ended up dumping a load of our shopping into some random man's trolley, then dropped packets of sausages off the shelf and you'd swear with my speech that I'd had a stroke or it was the first time I'd met DP and was all gooey and adoring - that kind of babble.

Am I just a tit or can I put this down to TTC brain? 😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️

paintfairy · 25/02/2020 20:02

Mine are fairly light too. Usually 4 days max but only 2 of proper bleeding.

karenkeys · 25/02/2020 19:29

Was registering with a new dentist today and he wanted to take x-rays. It’s the first time I’ve had to say “I might be pregnant” to someone which felt odd. I hope he’s not giving me looks at my 6 month check up now if it hasn’t happened 😂 hope you’re all getting on ok

Juno231 · 25/02/2020 19:17

@lola871 thanks yeah I try not to over think it as I def know others who have experienced the same after over a decade on the pill and they certainly didn't struggle to conceive.

Now here is my crazy for today - got a horribly metallic taste in my mouth whilst in a gym class and immediately thought omg what if this is a symptom?! Nevermind my AF 😂 - what loon to be symptom spotting even whilst my body is telling me I def did not conceive...

Lola871 · 25/02/2020 18:41

Had an almost positive OPK today which is the darkest I've got! Also got ov pain so think I'm probably ovulating today or tomorrow. We DTD on Sunday and will try to do tonight and tomorrow as well.

@Juno231 my periods are super light too, one day light and then 2-3 days spotting after. I've read that it shouldn't matter as long as it's regular.

whatsthecraic91 · 25/02/2020 18:34

@Juno231 what was AF like when you were on the pill? have you been to the doctor about it?

Juno231 · 25/02/2020 16:30

Twiddling my thumbs atm girls! AF is pretty much over which worries me - ever since I got off the pill in Oct it's super light and short so I hope that won't cause problems for me. We're talking 3 days max which consists of one light day with a day of spotting on either side of it!

Got DTD in our joint calendar for my most fertile days next week so now I just... Wait.

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 16:28

@whatsthecraic91 I saw that but I refused to get so involved so early (implant only removed 3rd Jan).

I just habitually buggered myself anyway and monetary too 😂😂

whatsthecraic91 · 25/02/2020 15:35

@Anon87 I only started using FEM in January and they had a new year deal, £27 for 12 months!

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 13:08

@paintfairy See, I didn't even know about that until a quick Google earlier today. Learning every day!

paintfairy · 25/02/2020 12:11

@Anon87 actually- there's also example charts showing LP deficiency which is interesting. I just wish I could sleep. I've put today's in and it has filled in the blanks. Obviously no idea how correct that is mind.

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 12:10

@whatsthecraic91 It tells me "success" but doesn't post with an attachment 😒

@paintfairy I paid for 3 months (£15) while I learn what to look for in trends and symptoms etc, after that I'm winging it 😄

whatsthecraic91 · 25/02/2020 12:07

@Anon87 I only discovered the app about a week ago and I think it's brill! It lets me upload pics no problem

paintfairy · 25/02/2020 12:06

I haven't even been taking mine. Given up. I did randomly this morning but I'm waking a billion times a night so how accurate it is?

Do you pay pay the app? Or use the free one? @Anon87

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 12:05

It'll make more sense to you than me 😆

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 12:03

@paintfairy I only noticed the interpreted and optimized tabs on there before.
Could they not benefit yours? It said it smoothes out the pattern/fills in the blanks

paintfairy · 25/02/2020 11:52

@Anon87 I never use the app. Find it rubbish.

Ooohh that's pretty! Lol. The dip looks promising? I'm just annoyed I don't seem to be able to manage a bloody chart! Have to look at everyone else's. Haven't slept for 2 weeks? 😒

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 11:32

Doh, how poop is that? If ever I want to upload I have to open the site 😒
Anyone else have that problem?

Also, @paintfairy you love a good chart 😆😆

Anon87 · 25/02/2020 11:30

Just testing if the site lets me upload rather than the app.,

elysiann · 25/02/2020 11:10

Hey ladies - just waiting here too. Could be anything from 2 - 5 DPO, I’m not sure! I feel a bit crampy today, but that could totally all be in my head as I’m just desperate to feel something 😂 maybe I haven’t even ovulated yet. Its my first cycle so I’m just not really sure what’s normal. Two weeks feels like a very long time!
