March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

@Franklydear I’ve just went to the loo and wiped and I have red spotting now too! 😐 not due AF until Wednesday so seems a bit soon for pre AF spotting?

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 15:11

Cracked out a frer. Negative.
I don’t think I’ll be due to ovulate until the end of the month at this rate so I’ll be likely off to the April bus x

Newbie0818 · 01/03/2020 14:31

@Franklydear I think everyone’s body is different, some people I know said they had what they thought was their af (heavy, bright) and still ended up pregnant. I suppose just wait and see how it evolves.

@littletandme definitely wait a few days and do one again, just in case.

littletandme · 01/03/2020 14:03

Annoyingly the IC I did this morning also had the same kind of line as yesterday's, but I really can't see anything on the FRER Sad got a few cheapies left though so at least if I'm really tempted I can test again the next few days.

@Franklydear sorry to hear you’re spotting but until AF is in full swing you still have some hope 🤞

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 11:58

Thanks @Newbie0818, should it be bright red, though? Hanging into a tiny thread of hope.... looks like my pms symptoms are sore boobs, cramps and nausea, nice...

Newbie0818 · 01/03/2020 11:57

@EasterBunny7 have you been to the doctor yet? Anything after 12 months and they will start looking into other options usually. Sorry if you already have and that comment is super unhelpful :(

Newbie0818 · 01/03/2020 11:56

Sorry to hear @franklydear :( I hope it stays as spotting and it might be something else...?

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 11:37

So it looks like af got me😢, 23 days cycle, only spotting yet, bright red...

EasterBunny7 · 01/03/2020 10:15

BFN at what is 13-15 dpo (irregular periods). I want my mind to accept it and bring on the AF. Can't do with another extremely long period and no hope. I don't know what's wrong with me, two years of TTC and not getting anywhere. [Sad]

karenkeys · 01/03/2020 09:56

@littletandme you didn’t get a positive until 12 DPO last time so I wouldn’t worry yet! I tried another IC this morning and saw nothing. I have a big pack of the cheapies so thought i may as well but not going to use a FRER until AF is due on Wednesday.

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 09:53

Sorry for all the bfn, hopefully for some will be too early to show... I had a good sleep and woke up with no symptoms, don't know if that is good or bad? not testing yet, af not due until Friday so quite pointless really...

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 09:42

I seem to be a ball of anger this morning. Period can’t be far off!

It seems to cruel to be late and symptom heavy and then get bfn.

When we were ttc our ds I went 7 months without ovulation or bleeding. It was some kind of torture! Knowing we had zero chance and had to wait for help.

Good luck to anyone else about to test. I’m definitely staying away from cheap blue dye. At least with a frer you can confidently stop whinging yourself up with “what ifs”.

Newbie0818 · 01/03/2020 09:06

Sorry about your bfn’s ladies, but it’s still so early, keep your chin’s up! And if it a bit later, don’t forget if af isn’t here you’re still not out.

I feel like I’m coming down with something 😷 think I’ll just wait it out and see when the witch comes for testing. Really can’t see another bfn again.

littletandme · 01/03/2020 08:59

@Lola871 I hope so, confused about yesterday's cheapie as the line is still quite obvious to me but it must be dodgy if a FRER isn't picking anything up yet with FMU 🤷🏻‍♀️

OP posts:
Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 08:50

@lola871 it was a stark white negative on the Sainsbury’s test. I’m just clutching at straws I think. The faint positive on the opk I uploaded is the first surge I’ve detected since the 24th Jan so I was hoping it might mean something.

Lola871 · 01/03/2020 08:39

@posharmchairs Sainsbury's blue tests are ok but they often get a thin line which isn't a positive but looks like it could be, as long as you only look for lines of the same thickness it's ok I think.

@littletandme plenty of time still to get a BFP!

4dpo here today, nothing of interest going on for the next few days when I'm sure the symptom spotting will start!

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 07:50

@littletandme still early so there is hope yet!

I just did this opk test and got what looks like a faint positive! Does anyone know if Sainsbury’s blue dye tests are iffy?

March bus
littletandme · 01/03/2020 07:20

BFN on a FRER for me too. Possibly only 9dpo, so I'm going to wait till Wednesday now.

Posharmchairs · 01/03/2020 06:46

BFN this morning at 16dpo. ☹️

Anon87 · 29/02/2020 23:06
