March bus

Just thought I'd start a March bus for anyone just edging into the next month for testing/AF due!

I'll start with my stats:

Trying for baby #2 with a 2.5yo DD
Cycle 2 (although first full cycle after having the implant removed)
CD1 today
AF/BFP due sometime after 5th March depending on what my cycle wants to do this month!

Going by symptoms (cramps, soreness...) I should be 13 dpo.... but, who knows?

karenkeys · 02/03/2020 13:02

I know how you feel @Franklydear I’m feeling unsure. Still just spotting since 4pm yesterday but no AF yet 😐 I’ve had this horrible feeling on and off since last night - that nauseous feeling you get when nervous but not like you’re going to be sick. Might just be because I’m nervous about AF appearing any time! I just want to know! Absolute fear on trips to the loo today 😬

Hope some of us have some luck

Franklydear · 02/03/2020 12:45

I don’t know @Newbie, I am wondering if to test myself... af was practically inexistent through the night and back to spotting, ...but I am not a stranger to paranoia

Newbie0818 · 02/03/2020 12:33

Ladies... should I test today at 10dpo?

Last night and today I’ve been having cramps, lower right side. I genuinely expected to wake up to af this morning, but nothing. An hour ago at work I thought I’d started, so ran to the toilet and found just a load of watery cm (tmi soz). I’m feeling super dizzy and tired now too.
Should I test? Or am I in for disappointment?

littletandme · 02/03/2020 11:32

@Anon87 somewhere between Wednesday and Friday I think. Going from my OPKs anyway. Since my temp didn't dramatically increase until 4 days after my second positive opk, Fem thinks I'm only 7dpo but everything else points to being around 10dpo.

@littletandme The middle and the bottom one!! When are you due on again? I can guarantee you've said but I'm a boob x

Adrianoska · 02/03/2020 10:08

Girls! Indeed all that tracking can be confusing.... I bought the bb thermometer but keep forgetting to use it. 😅 Am I right to think that the ovulation tests should be more accurate than any fertility app?
My fertile window starts today according to ovia but my sticks are negative still. We did BD last night and this month I will try to do it every other day instead of every day? Perhaps that would be more beneficial hahaha.

Sorry for all the Afs... Those are horrible times, I find it very difficult to cope when my period arrives...

Much love to you all 💕

Franklydear · 02/03/2020 09:42

@Lola871 I find the whole tracking confusing, and difficult, I remember my periods always been irregular, but of course I didn’t have any for 11 years, and some more years before that, except the few months break to fall pregnant....

Today's tweaked cheapie...

@littletandme I was wasting some time yesterday tweaking tests through FEM and one of my negatives could've been marked positive if I'd contrasted it. Or am I being super unhelpful because this would've already been done? Sorry lol x

littletandme · 02/03/2020 07:04

@Lola871 somewhere between Wednesday and Friday I think. However Fem is still saying I'm only 7dpo due to the late temp increases. That would have been 4 days after my positive opk though so don't think that's right.

Another shadow on a cheapie this morning. Didn't bother with a FRER, getting some AF type twinges/mild cramps. But I remember having cramping all the way through the first few weeks with DD.

@littletandme that must be frustrating! When is AF due?

@Franklydear have you been tracking ovulation? That might help to known when AF is going to turn up next cycle?

5dpo here, nothing much to report, hoping to leave testing at least until next week. I generally don't keep them in the house which makes it easier but I do have one hanging around so just need to stay strong.

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 23:34

Yes, disappointing but I am quite pleased I haven’t tested 3 times this cycle, ... on the funny side, dh is a bit 🙄 as I told him for the 5th time that it’s definitely af, yep, clearly af, quite sure, not even testing....

karenkeys · 01/03/2020 23:11

@Franklydear aww 👎🏻 at least you know now and you’ll be back in your fertile window soon! I’m stilling waiting for it to happen but feeling all the symptoms of AF so likely will wake up tomorrow with it in full swing! So disappointing eh

Bic501 · 01/03/2020 22:58

@Sausage1990 I used the old version of the clear blue fert monitor to conceive 2 of my children and it was fantastic, so if it's anything like the original I thought it was great.

@Hatepickinganame peppermint tea always helped me with trapped wind

Sorry to hear of af and bfn's!
Think I will be joining you on the af bus shortly, feeling a bit crampy today and af is due tomorrow I think so just waiting now! Least I'll not have to waste my frer and 🤞🏻 I will need it next month instead xx

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 22:55

Yep, definitely af, nearly a whole week early, ....

Hatepickinganame · 01/03/2020 21:59

Sorry for all the bfns and those who have af arrive!

A little tmi maybe but does anyone have any tips on reducing bloating?! Really suffering with this for the past few days!!

Sausage1990 · 01/03/2020 21:56

Sorry for all the BFNs and arrival of af's... Hopefully those early BFNs will be BFPs in a few days time 🤞🏻

I'm currently CD18 and approaching my fertile, window with Flo predicting ovulation next week but I am using opk to keep track because I think flo is off.

I had a chemical in January so the cycle appeared longer and the 1st cycle after was delayed so again it was longer than usual, so flo is predicting a 43 day cycle which isnt usual for me....its usually 32-35 days.

The plan this cycle is to try to BD at last every other day until I get a positive opk then every day for a few days to see.. Hopefully we'll be lucky this time.

A friend of mine has a clear blue fertility monitor that she bought when trying for her first and conceived 1st cycle with it. She's currently expecting no.2 and has offered it to me to use. So if we're not lucky this cycle I will be trying that next cycle for hopefully more accurate results.

Has anyone used the clearblue fertility monitor?? Xx

calimommy · 01/03/2020 20:02

@Franklydear that's always my dream haha, a few extra weeks for free

whatsthecraic91 · 01/03/2020 18:46

Sorry to all with BFNs & the arrival of AF 👎🏼

here's to the March bus and hopefully getting a load of Christmas babies!! 🥂🥂

AF has cleared off so time to get back to it! 😝

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 18:10

@newbie, I had that with my first, I got to the midwife thinking I must be 5 weeks along, to find it was more like 9...

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 18:04

Last test was on the 15th, a week after af, also very light and short, I think coming off the pill on November hasn't settled yet

karenkeys · 01/03/2020 17:58

That’s so confusing 😕 I’m trying to remember if i have had spotting days before AF before. I think it’s happened 2 days before once but usually I get spotting just the day before AF. When did you last take a test or have you not got to that yet?

Franklydear · 01/03/2020 17:52

@karen, af wasn't due until next Friday😲 but us getting heavier already... That would put due af at the end of march again... Will see
