Better to think maybe too late and still try then not try and think - 'grrrr really should have given it everything' as the end of the month approaches. Well, this is my motto anyway! At least if I know I had the best possible attempt at ttc I'm not thinking, 'that was my fault I wasted a month.'

And I am the worlds most impatient person. So I'd hate to think that I could have possibly been pregnant a month earlier.

at your message sybil My DH is the one who's been poorly the last few days but we've been making up for it since yesterday (though it's day 13 and possible a little late as I think I ov today or maybe tomorrow)

Hello all, really just checking in and seeing if you are all ok. CD14 today but have horrible sore throat and couldn't feel less like bding. Persona seems to think I haven't ov'd yet so am going to give it a rest tonight.

DH seems unaccountably relieved by this news, apparently he hadn't been keen on getting near me and my sore throat either.

nomore....it's beginning to sink in now. Though because of mc, am a bit reluctant to 'graduate' just yet.

nomoremagnolia · 21/09/2007 19:01

Have you all seen flosspot's news? Take a look on the clomid thread

I've had the same haircut from the same hairdresser now for over 10 years. He's just about got the hang of it, even down to admitting that there are some bits at the nape of my neck that always hang down longer and my hair's too thick for his comb to be able to get there properly - so he lets me pull them down and cuts them off...

Dh and ds also go to the same place now. Trust me, you need to find a good hairdresser that does toddler cuts - you don't want to have a go yourself - sharp scissors next to a moving target that wants to see what the shiny things are doing....

Flosspot (hugs) Hope the chocolate helps (I can't try that as a pick-me-up - violently allergic to it).

Ready · 20/09/2007 22:08

DH found this... says it is more similar than my attempt! Mine isn't as volume-y

Ready · 20/09/2007 22:02

HAHA! DH just came in and said it doesn't look that short! So I am clearly exaggerating my bravery!! Back to the search

nomoremagnolia · 20/09/2007 22:01

oooh I like! you're braver than me , I think I'm too conventional with my hair

And a the length is a bit thicker... Oh I am rubbish at describing it, even with pictures. Tut.

Ready · 20/09/2007 21:58

I know I should laugh at wigs, but PMSL at "Shelby" - er don't you mean shouldn't

I can only hear/think Shel-beeee in a steel magnolias accent!!

OP posts:
Ready · 20/09/2007 21:45

shouldn't laugh, I meant to say!

Ready · 20/09/2007 21:43

I think the "Samantha" would really suit you actually

Ready · 20/09/2007 21:42

Fiona Bruce is very attractive, I think. I prefer the "SamanthaRP" to the "Gwen" myself.

nomoremagnolia · 20/09/2007 21:30

'Gwen' is very Fiona Bruce don' you think? Is that good or bad?

OP posts:
nomoremagnolia · 20/09/2007 21:27

OP posts:
nomoremagnolia · 20/09/2007 21:25

ok it's a wig website but have a look at this - scroll down to 'SamanthaRP' what do you think?

I'm after something shorter but still long enough to tie up for the gym etc. Want it to look nice (and styled) when worn loose as I only wear my hair up at the mo as the only way to describe it at the mo is just scraggy! I'll look for a pic of what i'm thinking of...

OP posts:
Ready · 20/09/2007 21:18

well, the length is just to my shoulders, but loads of choppy layers cut into it, that frame my face. Makes me look a bit older, but still probably not 28! Trying to think of someone who has a similar cut, I am poo at explaining!
