@MrsTwentyEight I wonder if tracking actually sometimes is counter productive. We aren't machines. And everyone is different. There's many cases of people getting pregnant having only DTD outside of the fertile window, so I'm thinking just doing it mostly in it, is maybe not a good idea?

I use cheap one step opks. I ran them alongside the cb one month and they agreed. I buy like 50 at a time. 🤣

Not tested. My temp is so low I expect AF tomorrow maybe. I did have cramping this afternoon, which is unusual, I actually thought it was coming early! I don't usually get cramping until AF is actually starting. But last month taught me anything can happen! Just to keep you on your toes. 🙄

I sort of did. My CB digital was a flashing smiley for 2 days and then I ran out on the third day. I based it on lower belly cramps as my OV day lol. My cycles must be messed about due to my weight loss possibly. I had a 30 day cycle last month. I think next month I’ll just DTD every 2 days until AF shows. Feel like tracking OV is actually counter productive for me!

I hope you get your BFP! Have you tested yet at all?

@Mrstwentyeight Did you track ovulation? Your luteal phase is usually only 14 days, so if you have longer cycles then you must be ovulating later?

That actually happened to me last month. 42 days. I'm not even sure if I ovulated. I put it down to the coronavirus but no idea what went wrong. It's never happened before.

My LP is sometimes slightly longer than 14 days. I'm due tomorrow but it might be Wednesday. Temp is right down this morning though, so it'll definitely come.

@paintfairy any news ? AF was due today for me but no sign yet. I have a feeling this is going to be a long 43 day cycle 😭 Why does it happen every time we TTC!

Ahh @paintfairy I really hope it’s good news!! I had a BFN on FRER yesterday 12DPO so I’ve told myself I’m out. So annoyed but oh well. Was too good to be true on 2nd cycle. My AF due tomorrow - but even she doesn’t, I bet it will be like my crazy January 43 day cycle. She’s a cow!! Haha! But got everything crossed for you!!

@MrsTwentyEight how are you holding up?
I've had this horrendous metallic taste in my mouth for days and its really annoying me now. 🤣
However, I'm 99% sure AF is on her way. Due Tues/Wed. I'm spotting like I usually do. And my temp was 0.05 lower yesterday and had dropped by another 0.05 today. So not a good sign at all.
I don't think it's ever going to happen!

@Mrstwentyeight I do own one Frer. I had a pack of 2 but wasted one last month on my mental cycle. AF was that late I wanted to rule it out. But I won't be using the last one unless I'm sure i am. Which then seems pointless anyway? 🤣🤣🤣
Because in actual fact - if you know for sure when you ovulated (usually I do, last month was a one off) then my AF always comes on time. If it doesn't, then that would tell me what I needed to know. Why we have some bizarre need to keep looking ove no idea! And i find once you start, that's it. 🤣 As I near AF the temptation to use ICs starts becoming more and more difficult! 🙄 I'm ok though today. We can do this! 💪

@paintfairy haha well that’s good TTC or not!! Mental well-being has to come first. Thanks to you - I didn’t test today. 10DPO and I’m tired of wasting tests 😂 I have a CB digital at home which I’m only using if I’m positive on another test...don’t even have any FRERS. All this test malarkey, I’m sure my AF will turn up on June 1st 😞

@MrsTwentyEight 🤣🤣🤣 I've never felt so good. So I'm not sure that's a good sign. 🙄 But then I know people who haven't even known they were pregnant for ages so clearly you don't always feel anything. I'm just keeping myself busy, to keep my mind off it.

Haha @paintfairy this is so true. People don't even implant at 9DPO gheez what am I doing. I feel no different either haha

@Mrstwentyeight I'm 9 dpo too. Potentially nothing has even happened yet? 😂 I just wouldn't bother testing. Only leads to disappointment. Don't feel any different though.

@MimiArm thank you! It’s keeping my mood up when I see BFNs as I tell myself more time to lose more weight haha :)

@paintfairy you’re right, as I’m approaching my AF, I’m feeling on edge. Even had a bad dream that I got a BFP but my parents were really disappointed ?! The dream doesn’t even make sense as they’d be thrilled !! And I tested with cheapies and got a BFN on 9DPO :(

@whatsthecraic91 yes they most definitely are a blessing and a curse! It helps to talk to like minded people though, for sure. I'm really pleased you finally got your BFP. It must have been a stressful wait!

@Paintfairy Couldn't after more. The forum can be good but also can be a load of bs haha. And as for symptom spotting, also agree that it means nothing unless you've past the point of successful implantation.

Haha ok I’ve stopped symptom spotting. I told myself I’ll wait till my period was late to test so that’s what I will do!

@paintfairy yes it was a long road to get here! Don't lose hope, I had a few dark times along the way! Yes I totally agree, I always wondered if they were people that already knew they were pregnant and loved the attention. Or maybe they were genuine and then I'd be thinking WTF am I doing wrong when they can catch first try. Theses forums are a blessing and a curse all at the same time x

@Juno231 that's why I am avoiding the buses. I've noticed too that some people appear, shout loudly, and then miraculously get a BFP. The sceptic in me has even wondered if these are 'real' people as it were.

@MrsTwentyEight it all means nothing. 😂 I've had everything now I think (over different cycles). CM, boobs hurt differently, really hot in bed, metallic taste, snuffly cold symptoms, implantation twinges. Never meant zilch. I have metallic taste actually today. But because I've had it before (not for a few months) I'm like- nope, means nothing. I'm not listening! 😂 Otherwise you go mad!

@Juno231 I get you, I hated when people joined a thread one day then the next day got their BFP, I was so bitter. Try and stay positive it took us 16 cycles and thought it was never going to happen.

@MrsTwentyEight symptom spotting is a bitch try not to do it, easier said than done I know!!

Had my scan today and everything looks good. I have everything crossed you ladies get your BFPs soon 🤞🏼😘x

Hi all! Lovely to hear from you again, you were my favourite bus after all! I'm on cycle 5 now and a resident of the June bus. Keep seeing other ladies getting their BFPs on their first try and it's pretty depressing tbh!
